    Per the title, Im turning 30 in a few months and feel absolutely defeated that I squandered my best years to get into med school but incredibly motivated to rectify my situation.     Hey y'all, I'm writing my personal statement for TMDSAS. I include a sentence I said in Spanish to a patient when I noticed she was struggling to converse in English. In my original draft, there was an upside-down question mark and a tilde over the "n" in the sentence, according to proper Spanish grammar.
