Pour conclure, l’entreprise Zara a une forte notoriété et influence dans le marché du textile. Elle est très proche de sa clientèle et connaît ses attentes, c’est pourquoi son succès est mérité malgré la qualité médiocre de certains produits et les prix un peu trop élevés. A mon avis, sa valeur perçue impacte donc son rapport qualité-prix car malgré ça, les clients restent séduits par les collections renouvelés et restent fidèles car ils auront tendance à faire plus confiance en de grande enseigne comme Zara.
