ऐतिहासिक रूप से विश्व के विभिन्न भागों में काल, स्थान व संस्कृति के अनुरूप कई धर्मों का उद्भव और विकास हुआ. समय, स्थान और सांस्कृतिक व आध्यात्मिक परिस्थतियों के परिवर्तन से धर्म में भी परिवर्तन आए.

बाहरी रूप से सभी धर्मों में मूलतः एकता के बुनियादी तथ्यों एवं मूल्यों की बात की हैं. सनातन धर्म और वैदिक धर्म का कोई एक प्रवर्तक नहीं है. विश्व के अन्य धर्मों के अपने अपने प्रवर्तक है. वर्तमान समस्या अलग अलग धर्मों और मतों में एकता स्थापित करने की चेष्टा हैं.

डॉ सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन ने आध्यात्मिकता को धर्म का अभिकेन्द्र माना है. उनके अनुसार धर्म का सार इस बात में निहित है कि आत्मा का उन्नयन के लिए आध्यात्मिक पक्ष पर बल दे और जीवन को धर्म निरपेक्षता की ओर अग्रसर करे.

धर्म का अर्थ गीता के अनुसार (Meaning of religion, according to Geeta)

भारतीय संस्कृति और दर्शन में धर्म सदैव एक महत्वपूर्ण संकल्पना रही है. पाश्चात्य जगत में भी धर्म और राजनीति में अटूट सम्बन्ध रहा है.

जहाँ तक धर्म शब्द की परिभाषा का प्रश्न है यह अलग अलग संस्कृतियों व देशों में अलग अलग अर्थ में प्रयुक्त हुआ है. धर्म का सबसे पहले आगाज पूर्वी संस्कृतियों में हुआ है.

पूर्व में विकसित संस्कृतियों में धर्म पर सर्वप्रथम चिंतन व मनन हुआ. भारत में इसे कर्तव्य, अहिंसा, न्याय, सदाचरण तथा सद्गुण के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त है.

सामान्यतः हम धर्म को विश्वासों और प्रथाओं की ऐसी प्रणाली के रूप में परिभाषित कर सकते है जिसके माध्यम से लोगों का समूह यह व्याख्या करता है कि उसके लिए क्या पवित्र और अलौकिक हैं.

वस्तुतः धर्म उन्नति और कल्याण में साधक होता है व्यक्ति का उच्चस्थ स्थान स्व को जानना है. जब वह स्व को जान लेता है तभी परमार्थ में जुटता है. अंग्रेजी में धर्म का समानांतर शब्द Religion रिलिजन है जिसका अर्थ है आस्था, विश्वास अथवा अपनी मान्यता.

लेकिन अंग्रेजी का शब्द रिलीजन सही अर्थों में धर्म को स्पष्ट नहीं करता. वस्तुतः धर्म किसी पूजा पद्धति, कर्मकांड, उपासना विधि अथवा संकीर्ण अर्थों में तिलक, चोटी, दाड़ी या गंडा ताबीज धारण करने का नाम नहीं हैं.

गीता में श्रीकृष्ण कहते है कि प्रत्येक मानव देहधारी को प्रकृति प्रदत्त उपहार स्वरूप विवेक प्राप्त हुआ है. यही विवेक मनुष्य को सर्वश्रेष्ठ जानने और सर्वश्रेष्ठ करने के लिए उद्यत बनाता हैं.

यही मनुष्य का धर्म अर्थात स्वधर्म है. इसलिए मनुष्य को परमार्थ के कल्याण के लिए सदैव उद्यत रहना ही सही अर्थों में धर्म का अनुसरण करना हैं.

धर्म / रिलीजन का महत्व

वास्तव में प्रत्येक मनुष्य का अपना सुनिश्चित कर्म अथवा कर्तव्य निर्धारित होता हैं. जिसे उसने कर्म के आधार पर पाया अथवा निर्धारित किया हैं इसलिए श्रेष्ठ सामाजिक संरचना के लिए समाज के सभी वर्गों को व सभी व्यक्तियों को अपना अपना कर्म अर्थात अपने अपने कर्तव्यों का निष्ठापूर्वक पालन करते रहना ही धर्मानुसार आचरण करना हैं.

यह तभी संभव है जब मनुष्य स्वार्थ, संकीर्णता, अभिमान तथा दूसरों पर शासन करने की इच्छा का परित्याग करे. धर्म सर्वत्र पवित्र माना गया है लेकिन धार्मिक पवित्रता सापेक्ष्वादी हैं.

जिसको एक धर्म पवित्र मानता है संभव है उसे दूसरे धेम में घ्रणा की दृष्टि से देखा जा सकता हैं. वास्तव में मनुष्य ही यह निर्धारित करते है कि उनके लिए क्या पवित्र है क्या नही.

धर्म को एक ऐसी एकीकृत प्रणाली के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता हैं. जो अपनी प्रथाओं और विश्वासों से एक समुदाय विशेष को नैतिकता से जोड़ता है. समाजशास्त्रीय दृष्टिकोण से धर्म हर समाज में विद्यमान होता है.

सामाजिक धर्म का मुख्य कारण सभी मानवीय गतिविधियों को एक सूत्र में बाँधने का आधार प्रदान करता हैं. अतः एक समुदाय विशेष के धर्म को उसके राजनीतिक, सामाजिक और मनोवैज्ञानिक जीवन से पृथक करना अत्यंत कठिन हैं.

धर्म के कुछ प्रमुख महत्व इस प्रकार है।

1: धर्म से समाज संगठित होता है

किसी भी धर्म के कारण ही उस धर्म को मानने वाले लोगों में आपस में प्यार और सम्मान बना रहता है, क्योंकि समाज को संगठित करने में धर्म की बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है।

जो व्यक्ति एक समान धर्म को मानते हैं वह एक समान मत होने के कारण एक दूसरे का विरोध नहीं करते और समान विचारधारा होने के कारण वह एक दूसरे के सुख दुख में भी बराबर शामिल होते रहते हैं। इस प्रकार उनके बीच एक ग्रुप बन जाता है।

2: सामाजिक व्यवस्था धर्म करता है?

कई समाज शास्त्रियों ने यह मत व्यक्त किया है कि व्यक्ति को और समाज को जीवंत रखने में धर्म की बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है।

धर्म होने के कारण ही व्यक्ति अपने धर्म के ईश्वर से डरता है और वह गलत अथवा अनैतिक कामों को करने से बचता है। इस प्रकार सामाजिक व्यवस्था को बनाए रखने में काफी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका धर्म की होती है।

3: सामाजिक नियंत्रण में धर्म सहायक होता है।

पाप और पुण्य की भावना समाज में रहने वाले सदस्यों के मन में धर्म के कारण ही पैदा होती है और धर्म के कारण ही व्यक्ति अपने व्यवहार और आचरण में समय-समय पर सुधार करता रहता है। 

किसी भी धर्म में पारलौकिक शक्ति काफी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है और पारलौकिक शक्ति हर व्यक्ति के आचरण और वर्क को भी देखती है। इसके अलावा गलत काम करने पर अथवा धर्म विरोधी काम करने पर व्यक्ति को सजा भी दे सकती है। इसी भय के कारण कई लोग गलत कामों को करने से बचते हैं।

4: धर्म समाज का कल्याण करता है।

दुनिया में जितने भी धर्म है वह सभी अपने अपने सदस्यों को हमेशा लोगों का कल्याण करने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं। सभी धर्मों की मूल अवधारणा यही है कि वह मानव का कल्याण करें तथा जितने भी जीव जंतु संसार में पैदा हुए हैं उन सभी के प्रति दया का भाव रखें।

धर्म के कारण ही लोग धार्मिक कामों में और सामाजिक कामों में ज्यादा रुचि लेते हैं और समय-समय पर लोगों के कल्याण के लिए अलग-अलग काम करते रहते हैं।

Hinduism is the world’s oldest religion, according to many scholars, with roots and customs dating back more than 4,000 years. Today, with more than 1 billion followers , Hinduism is the third-largest religion worldwide, after Christianity and Islam . Roughly 94 percent of the world’s Hindus live in India. Because the religion has no specific founder, it’s difficult to trace its origins and history. Hinduism is unique in that it’s not a single religion but a compilation of many traditions and philosophies: Hindus worship a number of different gods and minor deities, honor a range of symbols, respect several different holy books and celebrate with a wide variety of traditions, holidays and customs. Though the development of the caste system in India was influenced by Hindu concepts , it has been shaped throughout history by political as well as religious movements, and today is much less rigidly enforced. Today there are four major sects of Hinduism: Shaivism, Vaishnava, Shaktism and Smarta, as well as a number of smaller sects with their own religious practices.

Hinduism Beliefs, Symbols

Some basic Hindu concepts include:

• Hinduism embraces many religious ideas. For this reason, it’s sometimes referred to as a “way of life” or a “family of religions,” as opposed to a single, organized religion.
• Most forms of Hinduism are henotheistic, which means they worship a single deity, known as “Brahman,” but still recognize other gods and goddesses. Followers believe there are multiple paths to reaching their god.
• Hindus believe in the doctrines of samsara (the continuous cycle of life, death, and reincarnation) and karma (the universal law of cause and effect).
• One of the key thoughts of Hinduism is “atman,” or the belief in soul. This philosophy holds that living creatures have a soul, and they’re all part of the supreme soul. The goal is to achieve “moksha,” or salvation, which ends the cycle of rebirths to become part of the absolute soul.
• One fundamental principle of the religion is the idea that people’s actions and thoughts directly determine their current life and future lives.
• Hindus strive to achieve dharma, which is a code of living that emphasizes good conduct and morality.
• Hindus revere all living creatures and consider the cow a sacred animal.
• Food is an important part of life for Hindus. Most don’t eat beef or pork, and many are vegetarians.
• Hinduism is closely related to other Indian religions, including Buddhism , Sikhism and Jainism.

There are two primary symbols associated with Hinduism, the om and the swastika. The word swastika means "good fortune" or "being happy" in Sanskrit, and the symbol represents good luck . (A hooked, diagonal variation of the swastika later became associated with Germany’s Nazi Party  when they made it their symbol in 1920.)

The om symbol is composed of three Sanskrit letters and represents three sounds (a, u and m), which when combined are considered a sacred sound. The om symbol is often found at family shrines and in Hindu temples.

Hinduism Holy Books

Hindus value many sacred writings as opposed to one holy book.

The primary sacred texts, known as the Vedas, were composed around 1500 B.C. This collection of verses and hymns was written in Sanskrit and contains revelations received by ancient saints and sages.

The Vedas are made up of:

• The Rig Veda
• The Samaveda
• Atharvaveda

Hindus believe that the Vedas transcend all time and don’t have a beginning or an end.

The Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, 18 Puranas, Ramayana and Mahabharata are also considered important texts in Hinduism.

Origins of Hinduism

Most scholars believe Hinduism started somewhere between 2300 B.C. and 1500 B.C. in the Indus Valley, near modern-day Pakistan. But many Hindus argue that their faith is timeless and has always existed.

Unlike other religions, Hinduism has no one founder but is instead a fusion of various beliefs.

Around 1500 B.C., the Indo-Aryan people migrated to the Indus Valley, and their language and culture blended with that of the indigenous people living in the region. There’s some debate over who influenced whom more during this time.

The period when the Vedas were composed became known as the “Vedic Period” and lasted from about 1500 B.C. to 500 B.C. Rituals, such as sacrifices and chanting, were common in the Vedic Period.

The Epic, Puranic and Classic Periods took place between 500 B.C. and A.D. 500. Hindus began to emphasize the worship of deities, especially Vishnu, Shiva and Devi.

The concept of dharma was introduced in new texts, and other faiths, such as Buddhism and Jainism, spread rapidly.

Hinduism vs. Buddhism

Hinduism and Buddhism have many similarities. Buddhism, in fact, arose out of Hinduism, and both believe in reincarnation, karma and that a life of devotion and honor is a path to salvation and enlightenment. 

But some key differences exist between the two religions: Many strains of Buddhism reject the caste system, and do away with many of the rituals, the priesthood, and the gods that are integral to Hindu faith.

Medieval and Modern Hindu History

The Medieval Period of Hinduism lasted from about A.D. 500 to 1500. New texts emerged, and poet-saints recorded their spiritual sentiments during this time.

In the 7th century, Muslim Arabs began invading areas in India. During parts of the Muslim Period, which lasted from about 1200 to 1757, Islamic rulers prevented Hindus from worshipping their deities, and some temples were destroyed.

Mahatma Gandhi

Between 1757 and 1947, the British controlled India. At first, the new rulers allowed Hindus to practice their religion without interference, but the British soon attempted to exploit aspects of Indian culture as leverage points for political control, in some cases exacerbating Hindu caste divisions even as they promoted westernized, Christian approaches.

Many reformers emerged during the British Period. The well-known politician and peace activist, Mahatma Gandhi , led a movement that pushed for India’s independence.

The partition of India occurred in 1947, and Gandhi was assassinated in 1948. British India was split into what are now the independent nations of India and Pakistan , and Hinduism became the major religion of India.

Starting in the 1960s, many Hindus migrated to North America and Britain, spreading their faith and philosophies to the western world.

Hindus worship many gods and goddesses in addition to Brahman, who is believed to be the supreme God force present in all things.

Some of the most prominent deities include:

• Brahma: the god responsible for the creation of the world and all living things
• Vishnu: the god that preserves and protects the universe
• Shiva: the god that destroys the universe in order to recreate it
• Devi: the goddess that fights to restore dharma
• Krishna: the god of compassion, tenderness and love
• Lakshmi: the goddess of wealth and purity
• Saraswati: the goddess of learning

Places of Worship

Hindu worship, which is known as “puja,” typically takes place in the Mandir (temple). Followers of Hinduism can visit the Mandir any time they please.

Hindus can also worship at home, and many have a special shrine dedicated to certain gods and goddesses.

The giving of offerings is an important part of Hindu worship. It’s a common practice to present gifts, such as flowers or oils, to a god or goddess.

Additionally, many Hindus take pilgrimages to temples and other sacred sites in India.

Hinduism Sects

Hinduism has many sects, and the following are often considered the four major denominations.

Shaivism is one of the largest denominations of Hinduism, and its followers worship Shiva, sometimes known as “The Destroyer,” as their supreme deity.

Shaivism spread from southern India into Southeast Asia and is practiced in Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia as well as India. Like the other major sects of Hinduism, Shaivism considers the Vedas and the Upanishads to be sacred texts.

Vaishnavism is considered the largest Hindu sect, with an estimated 640 million followers, and is practiced worldwide. It includes sub-sects that are familiar to many non-Hindus, including Ramaism and Krishnaism.

Vaishnavism recognizes many deities, including Vishnu, Lakshmi, Krishna and Rama, and the religious practices of Vaishnavism vary from region to region across the Indian subcontinent.

Shaktism is somewhat unique among the four major traditions of Hinduism in that its followers worship a female deity, the goddess Shakti (also known as Devi).

Shaktism is sometimes practiced as a monotheistic religion, while other followers of this tradition worship a number of goddesses. This female-centered denomination is sometimes considered complementary to Shaivism, which recognizes a male deity as supreme.

The Smarta or Smartism tradition of Hinduism is somewhat more orthodox and restrictive than the other four mainstream denominations. It tends to draw its followers from the Brahman upper caste of Indian society.

Smartism followers worship five deities: Vishnu, Shiva, Devi, Ganesh and Surya. Their temple at Sringeri is generally recognized as the center of worship for the denomination.

Some Hindus elevate the Hindu trinity, which consists of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. Others believe that all the deities are a manifestation of one.

Hindu Caste System

The caste system is a social hierarchy in India that divides Hindus based on their karma and dharma. Although the word “caste” is of Portuguese origin, it is used to describe aspects of the related Hindu concepts of varna (color or race) and jati (birth). Many scholars believe the system dates back more than 3,000 years.

The four main castes (in order of prominence) include:

• Brahmin: the intellectual and spiritual leaders
• Kshatriyas: the protectors and public servants of society
• Vaisyas: the skillful producers
• Shudras: the unskilled laborers

Many subcategories also exist within each caste. The “Untouchables” are a class of citizens that are outside the caste system and considered to be in the lowest level of the social hierarchy.

For centuries, the caste system determined most aspect of a person’s social, professional and religious status in India.

धार्मिक यानी कोई धर्म से जुड़ा हुवा. कोई एक निति नियम और विधि का संप्रदाय. ये एक वर्ग है. एक समूह है, जिसमे उनको मानने वाले कोई न कोई नियम से जुड़े हुवे होते है. धर्मकी बागडोर श्रध्धा है, आस्था है.

प्रत्येक धर्म इश्वर पर आस्था से जुडा हुवा है. धर्म का ध्येय इश्वर है. फिर वह मूर्ति हो, या केवल एक निराकार स्वरूप या कोई चिह्न. भूतकाल में हो गये कोई भी अवतार. अवतार का मतलब वह असामान्य मानव के रुपमे वह दिव्य शक्ति का प्रगटीकरण जो इश्वर का होने का अहेसास भी कराए और एक राह भी दिखाए.

धर्म पर हमारी आस्था होती है. अतूट विश्वास होता है. सभी धर्म के रक्षक होते है, मुख्या होते है उसे धर्म गुरु कहते है. या उसे और कोई नाम दे दो, लेकिन वह धर्म के बारेमे सभी को शिखाते है. धर्म का अलग अलग पहेरवेश भी होता है. कोई निशानी भी होती है.

मतलब की दुसरे धर्म से उसे अलग करने के लिए कोई अलग तरीका अपनाया जाता है. धर्म में धर्मस्थान होता है. वह मन्दिर के रूप में हो. मस्जिद के रुपमे हो या फिर चर्च के रुपमे हो, गुरुद्वारा हो, या कोई भी अन्य रुपमे हो. लेकीन एक अलग स्थान धर्म का होता है जो इश्वर का स्थान माना जाता है. उन पर भी लोगो की आस्था भारी होती है.

पशु और मानव में यही एक अंतर है जिसे वह अलग पड़ता है. पशु को खान, पान और प्रजनन का ही पता होता है. लेकीन मनुष्य को अक्सर एक परेशानी सताती है की वह कौन है ? उसे खो जाने का, छुट जाने का और कोई मुसीबत आने का डर सदेव रहता है !.

उनके पास बुध्धि है. इसलिए वह बार बार सोचता रहता है. उसे समाधान चाहिए. ! जो कुछ भी वह देखता है वह क्या है ? किसने बनाया है. ? उनके बारे में निरंतर सोच धर्म को जन्म देता है. ये सोच आज की नही है हजारो वर्षो से यही सोच चल रही है और यही सोच के अलग अलग नतीजे ही धर्म है.

हमने इतिहास को देखा है की हर समय में कोई न कोई ऐसा आता है जिसे शंशय उत्पन्न होता है. उन्हें लगता है ये सब क्यों है ? कौन कर रहा है ? तब वह सामान्य जीवन को त्याग कर उनकी शोध में निकल पड़ता है ! यही से अध्यात्म की यात्रा शुरू होती है.

उनके लगातार प्रयास के नतीजे पर उन्हें परम सत्य की उपलब्धि होती है. यही उपलब्धि को वह दुसरो में बाटता है. उनकी कही गई बाते कभी कभी नया धर्म का रूप भी ले लेती है. इस तरह से अलग अलग धर्म बनते है हलाकि जो वैदिक धर्म है वह सबसे पुरातन है और उनके रचयिता कोई एक व्यक्ति नही है बल्कि अनेक मनीषीओ की तपश्चर्या है !

इस तरह से एक सोच जो इश्वर की है उसे केवल मानना और जीवन व्यतीत करना धर्म है. लेकिन वही इश्वर जो सर्व व्यापि है. वही परमात्मा जो प्रत्येक में विद्यमान है, उन्हें शोधने का प्रयास अध्यात्म है. उनकी अनुभूति कैसे हो ऐसा सोचना अध्यात्म है.

जो प्रश्न हजारो वर्षो से उठ खड़े होते है. उनके उत्तर तैयार रखे गये है. उनको केवल मानना धर्म है और उनके अनुशार अनुभूति कैसे हो ये शोधना अध्यात्म है ! अध्यात्म एक विकाश है. जो चेतना केवल शरीर और इन्द्रिय में ही रत रहती है. उनसे आगे बाहर की चीज वस्तुओ को ही इकठ्ठा करने में एकरूप होती है उन्हें स्वयम को जानने में लगाना अध्यात्म है.

एक बार वह जागरूकता develop हो गई. फिर उसे ही अपने और अन्य के अस्तित्व को बहेतर बनाने में लगाना भी अध्यात्म का हिस्सा है. हमने ये सब इतिहास में देखा है की अनेक महापुरुषो के जीवन में यही घटना क्रम रहा है. स्वयम को जानना, दिव्य चेतना को जानना और उसे बाहरी दिशामे लगाना. लोक कल्याण में उसे समर्पित कर देना.

बहुजन समाज अनिश्चिता का भय और आकाक्षाओ की पूर्ति करने के लिए इश्वर या भगवान को मानते है. वह दुखो से मुक्त होना चाहते है. कुछ न कुछ पाना चाहते है. उसे मालूम है की कोई ऐसी शक्ति है जो ये सब चलाती है. उसे मानने से मुजे वह सब मिल शकता है.

अगर मेरे पर कोई आफत आने वाली हो वह भी रुक जाएगी ! और होता भी है जब कोई इश्वर को सच्चे भाव से पुकारे तब वह उन चेतना के साथ एकाकार होता है, उनके काम होते है. या यु कहो की जो इश्वरिय शक्ति सर्वत्र है, वही उनकी श्रधा के जरिये बहती है. उनके कार्य हो जाते है.

धर्म का जनून भी होता है. लोग अपनी मान्यता मतलब धर्म से इतने एकरूप हो जाते है की अगर कोई उनसे विरूद्ध बोले या कुछ भी करे तो गुस्से हो जाते है. यहा तक की दुसरो को मारने के लिए तैयार हो जाते है. कभी कभी तो उसे धर्म के सिध्धांत पता भी न हो. उसने उनके ,मुताबिक साधना की भी न हो फिर भी एक दुसरे के साथ लड़ते है. हिंसा पर उतर आते है.

धर्म के नाम पर जितना रक्त बहा है उतना रक्त दुसरे किसीभी कारण से नही बहा है. हा धर्म का रक्षण भी करना चाहिए क्योकि ये वह सिध्धांत है, जिन पर हमारा जीवन का ध्येय टिका है. ये वह पध्धति है जिन पर हमे आस्था है. आस्था फिर से लगने में कई वर्षो लग जाते है.

दूसरी बात अस्तित्व की भी है. धर्म के साथ एक समुदाय जुड़ा हुवा है. उसी समुदाय के साथ संस्कृतिभी जुडी होती है. दुसरे धर्म और संस्कृति का समुदाय उसे स्वीकारता नही है या वह गुलाम बनके रह जाते है. इसलिए धर्म का रक्षण सही है.

लेकिन अध्यात्मिकता उनसे भी आगे है क्योकि धर्म का बाहर से रक्षण करना इतना पर्याप्त नही है. लेकिन लोगो की श्रध्धा मजबूत हो शके इसलिए उस राह पर चल कर भी दिखाना है. यही अध्यात्म है.

अब अध्यात्म की बात करे तो वह बहुत निराली है अध्यात्म कोई पूर्व नियोजित नही उनमे खोज समाई हुई है. उसमे केवल मान्यता नही लेकिन अनुभूति का आधार होता है.

श्रधा, आस्था ये सब धर्म के स्तंभ है. लेकिन इनसे आगे अध्यात्म है क्योकि व्यक्ति अध्यात्ममें इश्वरीय चेतना को विकसित करता है. परमात्मा का जो आनंद है उसे प्रगट करता है. यह आनंद और चेतना तो सर्व में है लेकिन उनके साथ एकाकार न होने से या केवल मन और उनकी उलझनों से घिरे रहने से उन्हें ये आनंद नही मिलता.

यहा पर अध्यात्म एक साधन के रुपमे है. जिस तरह से कोई athlete अपने शरीर को लगातार प्रयास और महेनत से कौशलयुक्त बनाता है. उसी तरह से एक अध्यात्मिक मार्ग में आगे बढ़ा हुवा धीरे धीरे अपनी चेतना को उपर उठाता है.

जो सभी चेतना का आधार है उस ईश्वरीय चेतना तक पहोचता है एक सर्किट उप्तन्न होती है, जो दिव्यता और आनंद प्रदान करती है. नई राह दिखलाती है. मेरा ब्लॉग साधना के बारेमे नई नई बाते दर्शाता है. इतना ही नही साधना कैसे की जाये उनके लिए योग शाश्त्र और उनके सलग्न class भी शिखाये जायेगे.
