Kuoming has four years of professional experience in education consulting and visa support and is originally from Taiwan. With extensive experience in Education, Information Technology, and Customer Support, he is familiar with Chinese-speaking markets such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. Kuoming was awarded a Master of Information Technology at the University of South Australia, and is passionate about sharing his six years of Australian work and study experience to help students to achieve their own study goals and career aspirations.

Giang (Jane) Tu

Fluent in English & Vietnamese

Jane has been studying and working in Australia since 2017 and has extensive experience in business, hospitality, customer service and international student support. She graduated from Bachelor of Business (Economics, Finance and Trade) and Master of Management (Marketing) at University of South Australia. Extremely friendly and outgoing, Jane loves engaging with students and helping them to achieve highly rewarding study, career, and lifestyle outcomes.

Jinisha Phanse

Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi Originally from Gujarat in India, Jinisha has extensive experience in international student support, customer service and hospitality. Being an international student herself, she understands the unique needs, wants and challenges of international students who are living and studying in Australia fa from home. Jinisha offers expert counselling advice that always serves the best interest of her customers. 

Shiva Ghimire (MARN 1686773)

Fluent in English and Hindi Shiva has been living and working in Australia since 2009. After earning a Master of Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law, he began working with IDP and supporting international students in 2014. Shiva’s expert-level knowledge of both Education and the Australian Visa and Migration sector has helped hundreds of students to successfully fulfil both their short-term study goals and their long-term career and lifestyle aspirations.

Summer Qian (MARN 2217722)

Fluent in Mandarin and English Originally from China, Summer has lived in Australia for almost a decade having completed her Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Adelaide University in 2014. Summer has extensive experience in education and migration support services.
