Note: In translating present continuous tense (passive voice) affirmative sentences, ‘is’, ‘am’, or ‘are’ is followed by ‘being’ and the third form of the verb.

Note: In negative sentences, ‘not’ comes in-between ‘is’, ‘am’, or ‘are’ and ‘being’, but in interrogative sentences, ‘is’, ‘am’ or ‘are’ is put before the subject while question word becomes the opening word of the sentences as shown in the examples.
