Assignment Submission Notice for Term-End-Examination: June,2024

All the students of IGNOU-2842 are informed that submission of assignments for June, 2024 Term-end-examination can be done through offline mode. Submission of assignments will start from 16th March,2024 (Saturday) and it will end on 30th April, 2024 (Tuesday). Students must carry the IGNOU ID card while submitting the assignment in IGNOU S.C.-2842 (Bhairab Ganguly College).

Please note that assignment submissions can only be done during office hours of IGNOU-2842. The submission times are as follows ( except holidays ):

Sunday: 09.00 AM to 11.00 AM

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 01.00 PM to 04.00 PM

Please adhere to the timings mentioned above and ensure that you submit your assignments within the stipulated time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Download Acknowledgment Form (Front Page) and Evaluation Form (Last Page) from our Study Center website's download section. If you have already collected this then ignore. Please arrange assignment copies course wise just like this step - at first Acknowledgment copy, Assignment Question (current session), Answer sheets (as per current session question), Evaluation copy and tie it in specific place. Download the Receipt Form from the same place for your assignment receipt, this copy need not be attached with the assignment. Notification regarding PGJMC, MAJMC & MAJMCOL Viva Test (Registration Process)

IGNOU Study center 2842 is going to conduct viva voce test of MJML-020, MJML-021, MJML-120 & MJML-121 on 18th February,2024 & 25th February,2024, so those who want to give this test should register themselves through google form link in instruction. And follow each step of the instruction below. 

Instruction:

1.       Register your name by this Google form ( https://forms.gle/MeXUqRvxQ38kfEFZA ) and upload softcopy links (content of CD/DVD/Pen Drive) within 10 th February,2024 and make sure that someone can access your file after clicking on your link. Because this link will be sent to the head office of IGNOU for future verification. Follow Google form instruction for more details.

2. Only those candidates who have filled the Term-end-exam form of December:2023 for MJML-020, MJML-021, MJML-120 & MJML-121 viva voce (practical examination), only those candidates will fill this registration form.

3.       Students will report to the IGNOU study center-2842 on the specified day and time according to the practical viva time schedule. 

4.       Carry your IGNOU Identity Card & Hall Ticket (Term-end-exam form of December:2023) when visiting for viva test.

5.       Candidates must bring their hard copy of Portfolio (MJML-20 & MJML-21 or MJML-120 & MJML-121) and Softcopy content of CD/DVD/Pen Drive (MJML-20 & MJML-21 or MJML-120 & MJML-121) for audio-visual and viva voce test.

IGNOU Term-end-exams will be held from 01.12.2023 to 09.01.2024, with exams scheduled from 10 AM-01 PM and 02 PM-05 PM. IGNOU Study Centre-2842 will be open on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) during this period for exam-related tasks, except on holidays. Please note that the study centre will remain closed on all Sundays throughout the term-end examination in December 2023. We kindly request you to refrain from visiting the study centre on Sundays during this exam period. After the exams, the office hours will revert to the regular schedule. Instruction to Examinees for Term-End-Examination: December,2023

This is to inform all examinees that the IGNOU Term-end-examination: December 2023 will begin on 1st December, 2023 and continue until 9th January 2024. You are required to download your hall ticket from the link provided below and follow below instruction carefully before the examination hall visit. We advise you to keep track of any updates or changes regarding the exam through the official IGNOU website.

  INSTRUCTION TO BE GIVEN TO THE CANDIDATES :-

a.   Carrying of Mobile phones, digital watch and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the confidential room of the Examination Centres. Only the Centre Superintendent may carry the mobile phone in case of exigencies.

b.  No candidate should be admitted to the Examination Hall unless she/he presents  the Hall Ticket issued to him/her or otherwise satisfies the Centre Superintendent as to his/her eligibility and identity. The Hall Ticket of all candidates should be verified during all sessions of the Examination. All the candidates should carry with them the identity card issued by the University. If for some reason, the examinee does not have his/her valid IGNOU identity card, and their name appears on the attendance sheet, they may show any valid Photo Identity card issued by any Government Institution for entry in the examination hall.

c.     Every candidate shall take his/her seat at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

d.  No candidate shall be admitted in to the examination hall after 30 minutes have elapsed since the commencement of the examination.

e.  No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before 60 minutes have elapsed since the commencement of the examination.

f.   Centre Superintendent should bring the instructions to the rooms as mentioned in the hall ticket.

We are informing PGJMC and MAJMC students that the submission process of your MJML-20 and MJML-21 portfolio hard copy and soft copy content via CD/DVD/Pen drive is starting simultaneously to our study center-2842. Acknowledgment copy and evaluation copy should be attached with hard copy format. Pack the soft copy contents securely and label them with your name and enrollment number.

These copies should be submitted to our IGNOU study center-2842 during office hours from July 12, 2023 to July 30, 2023.

This is to inform all students of IGNOU-2842 (Admission Session : July,2022) that some courses will commence offline classes tentatively from March 18, 2023, for Master Degree and Bachelor Degree programme. Please note that you must carry your IGNOU ID card when attending the classes. Also, it is advisable to stay updated with the IGNOU 2842 website ( https://sites.google.com/view/ignou2842 ) for any changes or updates in the class schedule.

However, due to some technical difficulties, we regret to inform you that the classes will not commence from this week. We will keep you informed of any updates regarding the class schedule.

Assignment Submission Notice for Term-End-Examination: June,2023

All the students of IGNOU are informed that submission of assignment for June 2023 term-end-examination can be done through offline mode. Submission of assignments will start from 5th March 2023 and will end on 30th April 2023. Students must carry the IGNOU id card while submitting the assignment.

Please note that assignment submissions can only be done during office hours. The submission times are as follows ( except holidays ):

This is to notify that the viva-voce examination will be held on 25.02.2023 (Saturday) and 26.02.2023 (Sunday). The viva-voce examination for MAJMC will be conducted at  11:00 a.m. onwards, while for PGJMC, it will be conducted on 26.02.2023 (Sunday) at 09:00 a.m. onwards.

It is important to note that only those students who have submitted their softcopy as per the previous notice through the given Google link are eligible to appear for the viva-voce examination.

All the eligible students are must bring following documents during examination.

·         IGNOU ID card,

·         Hardcopy of MJML-020, MJML-021 portfolios

·         An audio-visual CD/DVD/Pen drive containing their project work.

These documents are mandatory for the viva-voce examination.

The candidate name wise time schedule is attached herewith. Students must appear for the viva-voce examination at their designated time slot.

Please note that the COVID-19 guidelines will be strictly followed during the examination. All the students are required to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing throughout the examination.

Dear Students of MAJMC/PGJMC,

The last date of registration through google form for MJML-020 & MJML-021 viva has been extended till 12th February, 2023. Because this link will be sent to the head office of IGNOU  for future verification.

2.       After collecting data then study centre prepare schedule and send to regional centre Kolkata (28) for approval. after finalized then upload viva schedule in  our website of IGNOU-2842 or send to your register email.

3.       Students will report to the IGNOU study center-2842 on the specified day and time according to the practical viva time schedule. Viva schedule will be uploaded in our website after being approved by IGNOU RC-Kolkata.

4.       Carry your IGNOU Identity Card when visit for viva test.

5.       Candidate must bring your hard copy of Portfolio (MJML-20 & MJML-21) and Softcopy content of CD/DVD/Pen Drive (MJML-20 & MJML-21) for audio-visual and viva test.

Notice regarding Term-end-Examination:December,2022

Term-End-Examination: December, 2022 will start from 2nd December, 2022 and it will continue till the 9th January,2023. Therefore, the examinee are informed that before visiting the exam hall, they should bring their IGNOU Identity card and Hall ticket (compulsory for all examinees) with them, and they are informed to take the exam by maintaining face mask and distance according to the covid-19 protocol. If any candidate has not yet got the hall ticket then they can download it from our IGNOU-2842 website.

The study center will be open from next 2nd December,2022 to 9th January,2022 according to the examination schedule and for this reason study center will be closed on Sundays (Study centre close dates are 04.12.2022, 11.12.2022, 18.12.2022, 25.12.2022, 01.01.2023, 08.01.2023) during the examination period. During Term End Examinations December, 2022 the office will be open for examination work and oral information only. After the Term-end-examination the office will be open again according to the office hours.

IGNOU Assignments July 2023 & January 2024 – The IGNOU Assignment Question Paper is now available for Download for TEE Session June 2024 as well as TEE December 2024. IGNOU Assignment Submission Last Date is 15th May 2024  which is applicable for TEE June 2024  students. IGNOU Assignments have 30% weighted in each IGNOU program so candidates can’t ignore it. Advantages and disadvantages of Submission Of assignments via link
