San Miguel Skarn, Sierras Septentrionales de la Provincia de Buenos .Aires: S]80 isotope zonation o f the metasomatic process. The San Miguel Skam is part of the basement rocks of the Sierras Septentrionales de la provincia de Buenos Aires, named Buenos Aires Complex. It has a mineral zonation generated by the interaction of an aqueous fluid with a calcitic marble. Determinations of 5180 in the marble (calcite), in the exoskam minerals (wollastonite, vesuvianite, clinopyroxene and calcite) and in the endoskam minerals (gamet and clinopyroxene) allowed identifying variations in the isotope valúes according to the location of the studied minerals. The more depleted 180 valúes were recorded in the endoskam minerals while the more enriched ones in the exoskam minerals pointing out an isotopic exchange between the aqueous fluids and marble. 5180 of fluids (9.99%) could be determínate from the isotopic analyses of calcite, slightly higher than that expected considering the cióse to 8%o va...
