Custom Presentation Boxes: Boxed Brilliance for Your Brand

Presentation folder boxes protect marketing materials and leave a lasting impression with clients. They are custom made of a durable stock similar to cardboard with graphic design to match the company's branding and image. You can use them to elevate your next sales presentation and include a photo of the product on the box.

They also are great for photographer portfolios, displaying some of the best photos on the outside and protecting the photography inside. Four color process imprint method is best for printing photos, but also consider a tote box with a handle for more luxury as well as a more professional look. Sizes range from a 1/2" to 2" capacity. Similar to a supplier wholesale program, we pass the savings on to everyone. The more you buy, the cheaper the individual cost of each piece becomes.

Maximizing Impact with Presentation Box Customization

• Be aware of the size and thickness of your presentation materials and choose a sales box that comfortably fits the collateral you plan to put inside.
• Aqueous coating enhances both your presentation box's appearance and durability. It's available in four different styles: gloss (for a shiny appearance), matte (for the same protection but minimizes reflectivity), satin (for a medium shine and smooth texture) or soft-touch (for a velvet-like texture).
• Lamination gives sales boxes extra protection against damage such as stains and tears. Ultraviolet (UV) coating gives marketing materials an especially shiny appearance but doesn't offer much additional protection.
• Our presentation folder boxes have either flaps or tuck tabs. Flaps come with free Velcro closures so that the box can open and close quickly and easily. Tuck tabs naturally "tuck" directly into the box, making it more secure during transportation.
• Select a box with a handle to make it easier to carry.

They are usually zippered, but also may have tie closures. They are usually empty and are often available in larger sizes. Presentation Case - Presentation cases are similar to portfolios, but feature a binding and sheet protectors in which to display artwork. Since they have a binding, they are not usually available in extra large sizes. Compact Presentation Album - Compact presentation albums are books with sealed pages. They have a fixed number of pages and are not refillable. Their slim design makes them perfect for promotional materials and portable presentations, such as model or photographer portfolios. Spiral Book - Spiral books fit somewhere between a presentation case and a compact presentation album. They are still slim and make a very clean, compact presentation, but rather than having sealed pages, they are bound with spirals. They may be fixed or refillable. Ring Binder - Ring binders are professional versions of the binders you remember from school. They may have the classic three ring system or a multi-ring system. The three ring style makes the binder easy to use with a three hole punch and the multi-ring system makes the binders compatible with presentation pages. Rod Binder - A rod binder is similar to a spiral book, but uses fixed cartridge of sheet protectors. The cartridges attache to the spine with a rod. The resulting presentation is slim and opens flat. Post Book - Post books are bound with a post system, giving the presentation a modern look. They can be used with sheet protectors, adhesive hinges or pre-drilled paper. Easel Binder - Easel binders are ring binders or presentation albums with built in easels for a quick, easy presentation. When the book is closed, the easel collapses. Presentation Box - Presentation boxes are boxes made to store and present photos and artwork. They are often acid-free for long term storage. Photo Album - Photo albums come in two varieties. The traditional photo album has acid-free card stock weight pages on which to mount photos with photo corners or adhesive. Modern photo albums have sleeves to hold the photographs. Description

An attractive, inexpensive portfolio box designed to enhance the presentation of your digital prints & images while providing exceptional long term archival quality protection.

Boxes lie flat when open to allow examination & organization of the contents allowing you to transfer prints from one side to the other during presentation. Manufactured from our exclusive acrylic coated 60 pt. acid/lignin-free, buffered (pH 8.5) black board with an interior white acid/lignin free surface. Corners have black metal edges for added structural support, ensuring the boxes will not crush during storage & handling. The heavyweight acrylic coated boxes are easily cleaned with a moist cloth. SafeCote® boxes are excellent for collections that receive heavy use or are stored in environments where humidity & moisture are potential problems. Boxes are designed to hold the print or the photo in one of our print envelopes, folders or storage/display boards. Price per each.

Hartnack and Company are small artisan bindery located within rolling hills of Devon. We do not have rows of high tech, case making machinery, (if you are looking for a company to make hundreds or thousands of something, we are probably not the bindery for you). It’s about all about making first impressions count. A beautiful presentation folder, that feels substantial and well-made can only mean one thing. That the branding on the cover stands for the same qualities. Commissioning your bespoke binder starts with a blank sheet. It can be made to fit any size of paper. A4, A3, A2, American Letter, Portrait or Landscape and any custom size. Your binding options can either be ring binders, lever arch binders, of which we have a wide variety to choose from (see here), or alternatively screw post binders. Your cover colour options are even larger, and the materials are just as varied (see here). Lastly the personalisation of your business presentation folder ranges from full cover, full colour printing to the elegant foil blocking of your logo on the cover. A good quality, custom made sales and marketing folder is worth the investment not just because of the information within it, but because of what it says about your business.

Portfolio book or portfolio box - A presentation portfolio can take the shape of a number of styles from our range of binders and boxes. Leather, book cloth, with a spine or without a spine. A screw post mechanism, a ring binder mechanism.  A clamshell box or a drop back box (with binder mechanism if required). The options are many and varied. Apart from the A3 Landscape OTS portfolio, which is only available in one size and format, all our portfolios are available in international and US sizes, as well as custom sizes.

There isn't a 'standard' fabric swatch book for our swatch customers.

Designers approach us because they are looking for something specific; A swatch book that is personalised in a specific format and size and in single digit quantities.
