Why do I need to take IELTS, TOEFL or PTE?

What are the minimum requirements to apply for a course abroad?
The course requirements for every country differ in one way or the other. While there are certain prerequisites that students need to keep in mind before applying for a program, there are other decisions that students make on the basis of the chosen academic institute. Therefore, the minimum requirements for any course depend on many factors.
Our Services
At Think Global Education, we pride ourselves on our ability to create curricula with effective outcomes. Even after their implementation, our programs are still making an impact on various institutions, continually earning them favorable results in relation to their learning objectives. We are experts in American-style education, and we can create curricula under the following fields:
- Undergraduate Studies
- Dramatic Writing
Many components come into play when setting up a successful educational program. Our team will work with you through two basic phases involved in the process.
Phase One: Research
Creating an effective program requires having exceptional clarity of where you are at the moment and what you want to achieve. For this reason, the first phase involves significant research. This includes:
- Examining the local environment
- Determining your aspirations for the program
- Identifying the prerequisites for establishing a successful program
- Pinpointing required resources such as teaching space, equipment, and other necessities
- Exploring possible funding sources or government’s grants
Phase Two: Set Up
Once the expectations and requirements are set, we will then move forward to the development of the program. The principle areas to establish include:
- Designing the blueprint for each program
- Designing the curriculum
- Developing the descriptions for each course
- Establishing a progression for each course throughout the academic year or cycle of learning
- Developing assessments and evaluations for class content, student progress, and faculty effectiveness
- Providing assistance with faculty recruitment
Designing and implementing cutting-edge educational programs require experience and guidance. While we believe in the effectiveness of local management, we are also willing to help you as long as your organization feels it is necessary. If you are a local institution that is wishing to seek U.S. accreditation, our team will gladly guide you throughout the process.

Introducing THINK Global School
- April 29, 2009
- by Aron Solomon
Why THINK Global School?
A need or problem encourages creative efforts to meet the need or solve the problem. This was acknowledged by Plato in The Republic and has driven much creative invention in the area of education.
This very formal introduction (and, we promise, the first and last bit of formality on this blog. Ever.) aside, we wish that the world didn’t need schools such as TGS. We wish that our world was more like a 1970s Coke commercial and that as the camera faded, black, we were dancing and singing. A paradigm of harmony.
But that’s not our world.
In the past seven years I’ve travelled 1,500,000 miles and in the process have built business and personal relationships that have not only transcended those miles but have taken exploration, discovery and understanding as their foundation. I’ve spoken with people in Sichuan Province, China, who have the same basic concerns as people in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I’ve been remarkably lucky to lead a truly international life, one where I don’t consider any particular country or place to be “home,” but am instead as comfortable in Oslo as I am in Miami as I am in London.
To borrow from the words of Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder, people ARE the same wherever you go. We all want security, we all want a sense of belonging to something bigger than ourselves. Politics, ideologies, avarice, jingoism, and other complicated words all serve as barriers to understanding. To peace. To the elusive harmony of the Coke commercials.
Hence, THINK Global School.
A high school that will bring kids and teachers together from all over the world to study in three international cities each year. We’ll travel. And play. And eat really amazing food. And learn uber-cool languages and even be able to order shrimp in Swedish (it’s räka, by the way). And when our kids graduate and go to university they’ll GET the world. They’ll understand people and places and issues and they’ll have cool stories to tell about when the moose ran across the highway and we ate tapas in Madrid at midnight and learned the words in Mandarin to “One Night in Beijing” at the teen-friendly karaoke place with the huge ice-cream sundaes. Yep – been there. Crispy-good chocolate sprinkles.
My name is Aron Solomon and it’s my honour and privilege to serve as the CEO and Head of School of THINK Global School.

Why Should Schools Practice Place-Based Learning?
By lee carlton july 5, 2022.
Where and how do you learn? How do you develop a passion for curiosity? How do you keep your mind open to new people, ideas, and possibilities? These are all questions being faced by educators and students as our world gains a more global context. For a rare few who are lucky enough to have talented and equally curious teachers, this might happen in the confines of the classroom. But...

1. Hi Maxim. It's been two years now since you graduated from THINK Global School. What have you been up to in that time? Since graduating from TGS, I have been attending the University of Toronto studying mineral (mining) engineering. I know you might be asking why, out of all engineering, I chose mineral engineering? The Culture of Tattoos in Japan
By keo s. april 13, 2018.
Tattooing is the most misunderstood art form in Japan today. Looked down upon for centuries and rarely discussed in social circles, people with tattoos are outcasts in this country, banned from most public spaces such as beaches, bathhouses, and even gyms. Tattoos have an extensive history in Japan, and to truly understand the stigma behind them it is essential to be aware of their significance. The first records of tattoos...
