MS PowerPoint को ओपन कैसे करें 

दोस्तों MS PowerPoint को ओपन करने के कही सारे तरीके होते है आइये जानते हैं | 

आपको अपने कंप्यूटर या लैपटॉप में सबसे नीचे टास्कबार पर search box दिखाई देगा उसमे आपको टाइप करना होगा powerpnt.exe उसके बाद आपको अपने कीबोर्ड से इंटर बटन को प्रेस करना होगा तो आपके सामने MS PowerPoint ओपन हो जायेगा | 

दूसरा तरीका

• टेंशन होने पर एड्रेनालाईन (Adrenaline) का उत्सर्जन हमारे शरीर में बढ़ जाता है, ऐसी स्थिति में दिल की धड़कन और मानसिक और शारीरिक चेतना बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ जाती है।

• दूसरा डिस्टेंस जो अनैच्छिक होता है तथा इस पर व्यक्ति नियंत्रण नहीं रख सकता और कई परेशानियां खड़ी करता है इसे नेगेटिव स्ट्रेस (stress management in hindi) भी कहा जा सकता है।

• योग का सहारा लें और ध्यान लगाएं।
• रोज़ सुबह दौड़ें।

जब भी आप मानिसक तनाव से जूझ रहे होते हैं तो हमेशा अपने आप को किसी ना किसी ऐसी एक्टिविटी में व्यस्त रखें ताकि आपको मानसिक तनाव के बारे में ध्यान ही ना जाएं। इसके लिए आप कई सारी एक्टिविटी से लेकर योगा तक का सहारा ले सकते हैं। कहा जाता है कि मानसिक तनाव से निजात पाने के लिए आप नियमित रूप से योगा कर सकते है। इसके अलावा कई सारी इनडोर और आउटडोर एक्टिविटी में भाग ले सकते हैं। योगा के साथ आप कई ऐसी मुद्रा का भी प्रयोग कर सकते है। जिनके द्वारा आपको मानसिक तनाव खत्म करने में काफी मदद मिलेगी।

अगर आप शरीर और मस्तिष्क को शांत रखना चाहते हैं, तो सोने से कम से कम एक घंटे पहले आराम करें। अपने स्मार्टफोन को ना ही चलाए। इसके अलावा आप गर्म पानी से ना सकते है गर्म पानी से नहाएं, किताब पढ़े, म्यूजिक सुने और ध्यान करें। मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने के लिए ये सभी आदतें बहुत प्रभावी साबित हो सकती है।

आधी रात के बाद निकोटीन या कॉफी जैसे उत्तेजक पदार्थों के सेवन करने से बचें, खासकर अगर आपको अनिद्रा की परेशानी है। शराब का सेवन बिलकुल नहीं करें। शराब और कॉफी आपका स्ट्रेस दूर नहीं कर सकती, इसलिए इन चीजों का परहेज करें।

दहेज़ प्रथा पर निबंध – 1 (250 – 300 शब्द).

दहेज भारत के विभिन्न हिस्सों में फैली एक पुरानी प्रथा है और आज भी प्रचलित है। यह शादी होने पर दो परिवारों के बीच पैसे या उपहारों का आदान-प्रदान है। दुल्हन के माता-पिता द्वारा दूल्हे या उसके परिवार को पैसा या महँगी चीजे देना दहेज़ प्रथा कहलाता है। यह हमारे देश में प्रचलित एक सामाजिक कुप्रथा है जिसके कारण लड़की के माता-पिता पर आर्थिक बोझ बढ़ जाता है।

दहेज प्रथा के कारण

समाज में दहेज प्रथा के बढ़ने का एक मुख्य कारण पुरुष प्रधान समाज है। यह एक ऐसी स्थिति पैदा करता है जिसमें माता-पिता अपनी बेटी की शादी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए दहेज देने के लिए मजबूर होते हैं। दोनों लिंगों के बीच सामाजिक और आर्थिक असमानता एक और प्रमुख कारक है जो हमारे देश में दहेज प्रथा के प्रसार का कारण बनता है।

दहेज प्रथा के प्रभाव

दहेज प्रथा का भारतीय आबादी पर दूरगामी प्रभाव पड़ा है और इसने समाज को बहुत नुकसान पहुँचाया है। इसने दुल्हन के परिवारों के लिए एक बड़ा वित्तीय बोझ पैदा कर दिया है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप वे भारी कर्ज में डूब जाते है। यह प्रथा कभी-कभी परिवारों को उच्च ब्याज दरों पर ऋण लेने या यहां तक कि दहेज के लिए अपनी संपत्ति बेचने के लिए मजबूर करता है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप कई निर्दोष लोगों की मौत भी हुई है क्योंकि लोग दूल्हे के परिवार की मांगों को पूरा करने के लिए इस प्रकार के कदम भी उठाते हैं।

दहेज प्रणाली अभी भी कायम क्यों है ?

सवाल यह है कि दहेज को एक दंडनीय अपराध घोषित करने के बाद और कई अभियानों के माध्यम से इस प्रथा के असर के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने के बाद भी लोग इसका पालन क्यों कर रहे हैं? यहां कुछ मुख्य कारण बताए गए हैं कि दहेज व्यवस्था जनता के द्वारा निंदा किए जाने के बावजूद बरकरार क्यों हैं:

• परंपरा के नाम पर

दुल्हन के परिवार की स्थिति का अनुमान दूल्हे और उसके परिवार को गहने, नकद, कपड़े, संपत्ति, फर्नीचर और अन्य परिसंपत्तियों के रूप में उपहार देने से लगाया जाता है। यह चलन दशकों से प्रचलित है। इसे देश के विभिन्न भागों में परंपरा का नाम दिया गया है और जब शादी जैसा अवसर होता है तो लोग इस परंपरा को नजरअंदाज करने की हिम्मत नहीं कर पाते। लोग इस परंपरा का अंधाधुंध पालन कर रहे हैं हालांकि यह अधिकांश मामलों में दुल्हन के परिवार के लिए बोझ साबित हुई है।

• प्रतिष्ठा का प्रतीक

कुछ लोगों के लिए दहेज प्रथा एक सामाजिक प्रतीक से अधिक है। लोगों का मानना है कि जो लोग बड़ी कार और अधिक से अधिक नकद राशि दूल्हे के परिवार को देते हैं इससे समाज में उनके परिवार की छवि अच्छी बनती है। इसलिए भले ही कई परिवार इन खर्चों को बर्दाश्त ना कर पाएं पर वे शानदार शादी का प्रबंध करते हैं और दूल्हे तथा उसके रिश्तेदारों को कई उपहार देते हैं। यह इन दिनों एक प्रतियोगिता जैसा हो गया है जहाँ हर कोई दूसरे को हराना चाहता है।

• सख्त कानूनों का अभाव

हालांकि सरकार ने दहेज को दंडनीय अपराध बनाया है पर इससे संबंधित कानून को सख्ती से लागू नहीं किया गया है। विवाह के दौरान दिए गए उपहारों और दहेज के आदान-प्रदान पर कोई रोक नहीं है। ये खामियां मुख्य कारणों में से एक हैं क्यों यह बुरी प्रथा अभी भी मौजूद है।

इन के अलावा लैंगिक असमानता और निरक्षरता भी इस भयंकर सामाजिक प्रथा के प्रमुख योगदानकर्ता हैं।

यह दुखदाई है कि भारत में लोगों द्वारा दहेज प्रणाली के दुष्प्रभावों को पूरी तरह से समझने के बाद भी यह जारी है। यह सही समय है कि देश में इस समस्या को खत्म करने के लिए हमें आवाज़ उठानी चाहिए।

• लड़की के लिए भावनात्मक तनाव

सास-ससुर अक्सर उनकी बहू द्वारा लाए गए उपहारों की तुलना उनके आसपास की अन्य दुल्हनों द्वारा लाए गए उपहारों से करते हैं और उन्हें नीचा महसूस कराते हुए व्यंग्यात्मक टिप्पणी करते हैं। लड़कियां अक्सर इस वजह से भावनात्मक रूप से तनाव महसूस करती हैं और मानसिक अवसाद से पीड़ित होती हैं।

• शारीरिक शोषण

• कन्या भ्रूण हत्या

एक लड़की को हमेशा परिवार के लिए बोझ के रूप में देखा जाता है। यह दहेज प्रणाली ही है जिसने कन्या भ्रूण हत्या को जन्म दिया है। कई दम्पतियों ने कन्या भ्रूण हत्या का विरोध भी किया है। भारत में नवजात कन्या को लावारिस छोड़ने के मामले भी सामान्य रूप से उजागर होते रहे हैं।

दहेज प्रथा की जोरदार निंदा की जाती है। सरकार ने दहेज को एक दंडनीय अपराध बनाते हुए कानून पारित किया है लेकिन देश के ज्यादातर हिस्सों में अभी भी इसका पालन किया जा रहा है जिससे लड़कियों और उनके परिवारों का जीना मुश्किल हो रहा है।

दहेज प्रणाली भारतीय समाज का प्रमुख हिस्सा रही है। कई जगहों पर यह भारतीय संस्कृति में अंतर्निहित होने के लिए जानी जाती है और उन जगहों पर यह परंपरा से भी बढ़कर है। दुल्हन के माता-पिता ने इस अनुचित परंपरा को शादी के दौरान नकद रूपए और महंगे तोहफों को बेटियों को देकर उन की मदद के रूप में शुरू किया क्योंकि उन्हें शादी के बाद पूरी तरह से नई जगह पर अपना नया जीवन शुरू करना पड़ता था।

शुरुआत में दुल्हन को नकद, आभूषण और ऐसे अन्य उपहार दिए जाते थे परन्तु इस प्रथा का एकमात्र उद्देश्य समय गुजरने के साथ बदलता चला गया और अब उपहार दूल्हा, उसके माता-पिता और रिश्तेदारों को दिए जाते हैं। दुल्हन को दिए गए गहने, नकदी और अन्य सामान भी ससुराल वालों द्वारा सुरक्षित अपने पास रखे जाते हैं। इस प्रथा ने निरपेक्षता, लिंग असमानता और सख्त कानूनों की कमी जैसे कई कारकों को जन्म दिया है।

दहेज प्रणाली के खिलाफ कानून

दहेज प्रणाली भारतीय समाज में सबसे जघन्य सामाजिक प्रणालियों में से एक है। इसने कई तरह के मुद्दों जैसे कन्या भ्रूण हत्या, लड़की को लावारिस छोड़ना, लड़की के परिवार में वित्तीय समस्याएं, पैसे कमाने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग करना, बहू का भावनात्मक और शारीरिक शोषण करने को जन्म दिया है। इस समस्या को रोकने के लिए सरकार ने दहेज को दंडनीय अधिनियम बनाते हुए कानून बनाए हैं। यहां इन कानूनों पर विस्तृत रूप से नज़र डाली गई है:

दहेज निषेध अधिनियम , 1961

इस अधिनियम के माध्यम से दहेज देने और लेने की निगरानी करने के लिए एक कानूनी व्यवस्था लागू की गई थी। इस अधिनियम के अनुसार दहेज लेन-देन की स्थिति में जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है। सजा में कम से कम 5 वर्ष का कारावास और 15,000 रुपये का न्यूनतम जुर्माना या दहेज की राशि के आधार पर शामिल है। दहेज की मांग दंडनीय है। दहेज की कोई प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष मांग करने पर भी 6 महीने का कारावास और 10,000 रुपये का जुर्माना हो सकता है।

घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम , 2005 से महिला का संरक्षण

बहुत सी महिलाओं के साथ अपने ससुराल वालों की दहेज की मांग को पूरा करने के लिए भावनात्मक और शारीरिक रूप से दुर्व्यवहार किया जाता है। इस तरह के दुरुपयोग के खिलाफ महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए इस कानून को लागू किया गया है। यह महिलाओं को घरेलू हिंसा से बचाता है। शारीरिक, भावनात्मक, मौखिक, आर्थिक और यौन सहित सभी प्रकार के दुरुपयोग इस कानून के तहत दंडनीय हैं। विभिन्न प्रकार की सजा और दुरुपयोग की गंभीरता अलग-अलग है।

दहेज प्रणाली को समाप्त करने के संभावित तरीके

सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए कानूनों के बावजूद दहेज प्रणाली की अभी भी समाज में एक मजबूत पकड़ है। इस समस्या को समाप्त करने के लिए यहां कुछ समाधान दिए गए हैं:

दहेज प्रणाली, जाति भेदभाव और बाल श्रम जैसे सामाजिक प्रथाओं के लिए शिक्षा का अभाव मुख्य योगदानकर्ताओं में से एक है। लोगों को ऐसे विश्वास प्रणालियों से छुटकारा पाने के लिए तार्किक और उचित सोच को बढ़ावा देने के लिए शिक्षित किया जाना चाहिए जो ऐसी बुरे प्रथाओं को जन्म देते हैं।

• महिला सशक्तीकरण

अपनी बेटियों के लिए एक अच्छी तरह से स्थापित दूल्हे की तलाश में और बेटी की शादी में अपनी सारी बचत का निवेश करने के बजाए लोगों को अपनी बेटी की शिक्षा पर पैसा खर्च करना चाहिए और उसे स्वयं खुद पर निर्भर करना चाहिए। महिलाओं को अपने विवाह के बाद भी काम करना जारी रखना चाहिए और ससुराल वालों के व्यंग्यात्मक टिप्पणियों के प्रति झुकने की बजाए अपने कार्य पर अपनी ऊर्जा केंद्रित करना चाहिए। महिलाओं को अपने अधिकारों, और वे किस तरह खुद को दुरुपयोग से बचाने के लिए इनका उपयोग कर सकती हैं, से अवगत कराया जाना चाहिए।

• लैंगिक समानता

हमारे समाज में मूल रूप से मौजूद लिंग असमानता दहेज प्रणाली के मुख्य कारणों में से एक है। बहुत कम उम्र से बच्चों को यह सिखाया जाना चाहिए कि दोनों, पुरुषों और महिलाओं के समान अधिकार हैं और कोई भी एक-दूसरे से बेहतर या कम नहीं हैं।

इसके अलावा इस मुद्दे को संवेदनशील बनाने के लिए तरह तरह के अभियान आयोजित किए जाने चाहिए और सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित कानूनों को और अधिक कड़े बनाना चाहिए।

दहेज प्रणाली लड़की और उसके परिवार के लिए पीड़ा का कारण है। इस कुरीति से छुटकारा पाने के लिए यहां उल्लिखित समाधानों को गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए और इन्हें कानून में शामिल करना चाहिए। इस प्रणाली को समाप्त करने के लिए सरकार और आम जनता को साथ खड़ा होने की ज़रूरत है।
