- Works with multi-disciplinary team to improve the quality of life for people suffering with mental illness, addiction, physical illness, criminal justice involvement, and homelessness.
- Conducts timely and accurate GAINS screenings and LOCUS assessments tools for consumer treatment.
- Assists in completion of consumer Treatment Plans and provide services as defined by plan goals.
- Manages and coordinates case load of 40 and maintains 75% face-to-face contact with consumers.
- Teaches psycho-education around consumer mental health diagnosis and coping skills to manage symptoms.
- Provides direct community support/counseling and recovery services to consumers.
- Monitors consumer psychiatric treatment and medication compliance, as well as other plan goals.
- Assists with coordination of psychiatric and medical care and provides consumer with referrals/resources.

- Provide extra assistance to students with special needs such as delayed learning.
- Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips.
- Tutor and assist children individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
- Enforce administration policies and rules governing students.
- Discuss assigned duties with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional efforts.
