I am Richard Oyugi, Writer 332562, and my account was terminated. I was told by my Personal Manager - Olivia Moore, that I would be paid after three months which elapsed on 28th February. I was to receive my pending payments latest on 3rd March 2023, however, I have not been paid until now after waiting for such a long time. I had a balance of about $ 1000 at the time of closure, since then they have been giving fines, for orders that were done more than 3 years ago, yet I cannot access my account. The essay had almost ideal indexes in terms of mechanics, acquiring 100% for grammar and word choice, and 97% for spelling and punctuation. The second paper also had high scores for grammar (92%) and spelling (92%), but the vocabulary wasn’t so impressive though, gaining only 64%. As for the reasoning and logic, both texts received somewhat similar marks – 87% in the essay, and 85% in the memo. However, the second assignment had much lower efficiency levels (60% against 79%). 

The main reason for such a lower grade for the business memo was the citation formatting. If the essay only had problems with vertical and line spacing, and some font control, the second task had these issues plus the insufficient organization of references, especially Internet notations. In-text citations were also noted as seriously deficient, which is usually not a great sign for the work.  We asked Dr. Sybil about the importance of formatting for writing assignments:

For us, professors, sufficient formatting is always a sign that students read the instructions and can follow them properly. This is also how we tell whether the student does the work themselves or not. It gives consistency to the text. It’s much easier to follow structured writing than just a train of thought. Formatting rules are not hard to follow, you just need to get used to them and you won’t have any more problems further on.
