ابتدائی طبی امداد

جب کسی حادثے میں کسی شخص کی مدد کی جاتی ہے تو اسے ابتدائی طبی امداد کہا جاتا ہے۔ تاکہ اسے اسپتال لے جانے تک آرام آجائے۔ جس شخص کے پاس ابتدائی دوا ہے اسے معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ اسے ایمرجنسی کے دوران کیا کرنا چاہئے۔ غلط فرسٹ ایڈ سے اس حادثے والےشخص کی جان جانے کا خطرہ بڑھ سکتا ہے۔

حادثے کے بعد یہ کئی بار ہوتا ہے کہ ابتدائی طبی امداد ملنے کے باوجود متاثرہ کی حالت بہتر ہونے کی بجائے خراب ہو جاتی ہے۔ ایسی حالت فرسٹ ایڈ والے شخص کے لئے ایک غلط ترجیح ہے۔ فرسٹ ایڈ کے ذریعہ نادانستہ طور پر کی جانے والی ایک چھوٹی سی غلطی مقتول کے لئے مہلک ثابت ہوسکتی ہے۔ ایسی حالت میں ابتدائی طبی امداد کے بارے میں صحیح معلومات حاصل کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ کسی حادثاتی شخص کے لئے ابتدائی طبی امداد بہت ضروری ہے۔ عام زندگی میں ہم بہت سے کام کرتے ہیں جہاں ہم حادثے کا شکار ہوسکتے ہیں چاہے ہم گھر میں کام کریں یا کمپنی کی فیکٹری میں کام کریں۔ لیکن ابتدائی طبی امداد کے ذریعہ ہم اس حادثے میں ہونے والے نقصان سے بچ سکتے ہیں۔

ابتدائی طبی امداد درجہ ذیل ہنگامی مراحل میں دی جاسکتی ہے۔

• کسی چیز کی زد میں آنا ، بجلی کا جھٹکا ، دم گھٹنے (پانی میں ڈوبنے ، لٹکنے یا وینٹیکل میں پھنس جانے کی وجہ سے) ، دل کی شرح۔ دل کا دورہ ، خون بہنا ، جسم میں زہر آلود ہونا ، جلنا ، موچ ، ہڈیوں کے ٹوٹنے اور کسی بھی جانور کے کاٹنے ، کسی بھی چیز سے چوٹ لگنا وغیرہ۔

ترجیح کے آسان اصول

• کسی حادثے یا بیمار شخص کے لئے صحیح طبی امداد کا استعمال کریں۔
• کسی کو بھی ڈاکٹر یا ایمبولینس کو فون کرنے کو کہیں۔
• یہ نہ بتائیں کہ متاثرہ شخص کو موت کا خطرہ ہے۔
• متاثرہ شخص کو تنہا مت چھوڑیں۔
• غم زدہ شخص کو دلاسا دیں کہ وہ ٹھیک ہوجائے گا۔
• سب سے پہلے یہ معلوم کریں کہ متاثرہ شخص سانس لے رہا ہے یا نہیں۔ یہ معلوم کریں کہ زخمی شخص نے سانس نہیں روکا ہے۔ سانس کی نالی میں رکاوٹ خاص طور پر زبان کی وجہ سے ہوسکتی ہے۔ بیہوش ہونے کے بعد زبان منہ کے پٹھوں کے ڈھیلے ہونے کی وجہ سے گلے کے پچھلے حصے میں گرتی ہے جس کی وجہ سے ٹریچیا رک جاتی ہے۔
• جو شخص تکلیف میں ہے اس کو سانس لینے میں زیادہ دشواری ہوتی ہے تو سب سے پہلے اپنے کان کو زخمی شخص کے منہ کے قریب لے جاۓ اور سنیں اور دیکھیں کہ زخمی شخص سانس لے رہا ہے۔ چاہے وہ سانس لے رہا ہو یا نہیں، اسی وقت زخمی شخص کو براہِ راست اس کا منہ کھول کر اس کے منہ کو ہوا سے بھریں۔
• اب دیکھیں کہ اگر زخمی شخص کی نبض چل رہی ہے یا نہیں ، اگر زخمی شخص نے نبض بند کردی ہے تو اس کے لئے سی پی آر کے ساتھ کارڈیوپولمونری ریسیٹیشن شروع کریں اور ایک بار مریض کے دل سے منہ سے نکالا جائے تو دوسرے ہاتھ کو ایک ہاتھ کے اوپر رکھیں اور چار بار زور سے دبائیں۔ جب تک کہ زخمی شخص خود ہی دم نہ لے۔ یہ کام صحیح طریقے سے اس وقت کیا جاتا ہے جب دو افراد موجود ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ ایک شخص اس کا سامنا کرتا ہے اور دوسرا کارڈیو پلمونری ریسیٹیشن (سی پی آر) کرتا ہے
• ذیل میں کچھ حادثات میں ابتدائی طبی امداد کے کچھ طریقے بیان کیے جاتے ہی

1 آگ سے جلنے کا حادثہ

• اگر کھانا پکانے کے دوران یا کسی وجہ سے کسی کے کپڑوں میں آگ لگ رہی ہو تو اسے فوراً ایک کمبل سے ڈھانپ کر زمین پر ڈھانپ دے اور منہ کو نہ ڈھانپے۔
• کسی جلنے والے شخص پر کبھی بھی پانی نہیں ڈالنا چاہئے کیونکہ اس کی وجہ سے یہ زخم جلنے والی جگہ پر زیادہ سنگین ہوجاتا ہے۔ جلے ہوئے شخص کو کسی اور جگہ لے جاو جہاں پر کوئی نہ ہو یعنی ایک ویران جگہ اور اسے چائے یا دودھ پینے کو دیں۔
• جلنے والے مقام پر کھانے کے سوڈا کے چکر کے ساتھ پٹی باندھنی چاہئے۔
• اگر جلنے والے شخص کا کپڑا چپک جاتا ہے تو پھر اس کے جسم سے کپڑا آرام سے نکالیں اور زیتون یا ناریل کا تیل جلنے کی جگہ پر لگائیں۔

2 سر میں چوٹ کا حادثہ

• اگر کسی وجہ سے سر کی چوٹ ہوتی ہے تو پہلے اس شخص کے ساتھ ابتدائی طبی امداد کریں۔
• سر پر چوٹ لگے ہوئے شخص کو آرام سے کرسی پر بٹھائیں۔
• اگر کان سے خون بہہ رہا ہو تو سر کو دوسری طرف موڑ دیں۔
• کسی صاف کپڑے کو ٹھنڈے پانی میں بھگو دیں اور اسے زخمی شخص کے سر پر رکھیں۔
• اگر کوئی شخص چوٹ کی وجہ سے بے ہوش ہو جاتا ہے تو اس شخص کو ہوش میں لانے کی کوشش کریں اور جلد ہی ڈاکٹر کی مدد لیں۔

3 سانپ کے کاٹنے کا حادثہ

• سانپ کے کاٹے ہوئے شخص کو پرسکون رہنے اور اسے آرام دینے کی کوشش کریں۔
• سانپ کے کاٹے ہوئے حصے کو صابن سے اچھی طرح دھوئیے۔
• اس زہر کے پھیلاؤ کو کم کرنے کے لیے برف کے ساتھ اس جگہ اور آس پاس کے سانپ کے کاٹے ہوئے حصے کو باندھ دیں۔
• سانپ کے کاٹے ہوئے شخص کو ہمیشہ اس پر نگاہ نہ رکھنے دیں۔
• اور اس شخص کو جلد سے جلد اسپتال لے جانے کی کوشش کریں۔

4 کتے کے کاٹنے کا حادثہ

• اگر کسی شخص کو کتا کاٹتا ہے تو اس شخص کے لئے ابتدائی طبی امداد اس طرح کی جانی چاہئے۔ کیونکہ کتے کے منہ میں بہت سے قسم کے بیکٹیریا یا وائرس ہوتے ہیں اس لیے اس جلد طبی امداد بہت ضروری ہے۔
• کتے کے کاٹے ہوئے حصے کو صابن اور پانی سے اچھی طرح دھوئیے۔
• صابن اور پانی سے دھوتے وقت ضرورت سے زیادہ نہ رگڑیں۔
• اگر منقطع حصے میں خون بہہ رہا ہے تو اس سے تھوڑا سا خون بہنے دے اس سے انفیکشن صاف ہوجاتا ہے۔
