پاکستان میری پہچان

صدر گرامی قدر !آج کی محفل میں میرا موضوع تقریر ہے

جناب والا ! میں اپنی پہچان کی تلاش میں تحریک پاکستان کے ایمان آفرین دور میں داخل ہوتا ہوں۔ ایک طرف برطانوی طاغوت ہے جو ہزاروں برس تک حکومت کرنے کا اعلان کر رہا ہے۔ دوسری طرف ہندوستان سامر اج ہے جو مسلمانوں سے اپنی ہزار سالہ غلامی کا انتقام لینے پر تلا ہوا ہے۔ ان دو عفریتوں کے درمیان میرا عظیم قائد محمد علی جناح مسکرا رہا ہے۔ اس کی پیشانی پر فتح عظیم کی بشارت لکھی ہے۔ وہ اتحاد ،تنظیم اور ایمان کا اسلحہ لے کر وقت کی بلندیوں پر ابھرتا ہے۔ اسکی آواز ا وقت کا سینہ چیر کر ہر مسلمان کے دل کی دھڑکن بن جاتی ہے۔ ملت اسلامیہ کے تمام غیرت مند فرزندان توحید کے پہلو بہ پہلو میرے جیسے لاکھوں طلبہ بھی اس قائد ملت اسلامیہ کا ہراول دستہ بن جاتے ہیں۔

اور جناب صدر !ایسے ہمت آفرین دور میں ایک برطانوی نمائندہ میرے قائد سے پوچھتا ہے کہ

” پاکستان کب وجود میں آئے گا”

تو میرے قائد کا یہ جواب تاریخ کی انمٹ گواہی بن جاتا ہے کہ

” پاکستان تو اس وقت ہی معرض وجود میں آگیا تھا جب برصغیر میں پہلےہندو نے اسلام قبول کیا تھا۔”

یہ میرے قائد کا جواب ہی نہیں تھا بلکہ تقدیر کا فیصلہ تھا ایسا فیصلہ جس نے پاکستان کی صورت میں ملت اسلامیہ کو اس کی پہچان عطا کر دی۔

جناب والا! پاکستان محض ایک ملک کا نام نہیں۔ بلکہ ایک عظیم نظریہ کی سربلندی کا پیغام ہے ۔یہ فقط ایک خطہ زمین نہیں بلکہ یہاں کا ذرہ ذرہ اسلامی غیرت کا امین ہے۔یہ صرف ایک ریاست نہیں بلکہ خدائے قدوس کی عظیم امانت ہے۔

صدر ذی وقار! پاکستان ہماری پہچان ہے۔ اس عظیم سرزمین نے ہمیں کیا کچھ عطا نہیں کیا ۔اقوام عالم میں بلند رتبہ عطا کیا۔باطل سے ٹکرانے کا حوصلہ بخشا۔ باوقار زندگی کا اسلوب اور غیرت ایمانی کا شعور بخشا ۔جغرافیائی تحفظ اور نظریاتی شکوہ عطا کیا۔ تہذیب کا حسن اورتمدن کا وقار عطا کیا۔ اسلامی قلعہ بن کر ہماری حفاظت کی۔ صنعت و حرفت کی ترقی اور معیشت کا وقار بخشا ۔جوہری توانائی کا اعزاز بخش کر ہمارے مستقبل کو محفوظ کر دیا ۔

حق تو یہ ہے کہ

مقدس سرزمیں اللہ کا احسان ہے

اس کی حرمت پر ہماری جان بھی قربان ہے

ملک و ملت کے تحفظ کو یہی اعلان ہے

سب سے اعلی سب سے پہلے پاکستان ہے

جناب والا! اپنی پہچان کسے عزیز نہیں ہوتی۔ پہچان کھو جائے توا قوام حالات کے راہگزاروں میں گم ہوجاتی ہیں۔ اور اس ملک خداداد کی پہچان اسلام ہے۔ وہ اسلام جس نے بزم عالم میں چودہ صدیاں قبل پہلی مرتبہ اسلامی سلطنت کی بنیاد ڈالی تھی وہ اسلامی سلطنت جس کا دارالخلافہ مدینہ منورہ تھا اور جس کی وجہ سے شام ابدتک وسیع تھی۔ وہ اولین اسلامی حکومت جس کے خدوخال محبوب دو عالم حضور محمد مصطفی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ابھارے تھے۔ وہی اولین اسلامی سلطنت، پاکستان کا آئیڈیل ہے۔ اسلامی سلطنت جس کا منشور قرآن حکیم کی صورت میں وقت کےکوہ فاران پر طلوع ہوا تھا ۔اسی پہچان کو قائد اعظم محمد علی جناح نے ہمیشہ پیش نظر رکھا تھا۔ یہی وجہ تھی کہ جب بابائے ملت سے ایک انگریز صحافی نے سوال کیا کہ“پاکستان کا دستور کیا ہوگا” تو قائداعظم نے دو ٹوک انداز میں فرمایا تھا کہ

“پاکستان کا دستور تو چودہ صدیوں قبل وجود میں آ چکا ہے اور وہ ہے قرآن مجید”

جناب صدر! پاکستان اسی عظیم نظریاتی سربلندی کی عصر حاضر میں تشکیل نو ہے۔ علامہ اقبال نے اسی لئے فرمایا تھا ک ہ

اپنی ملت پر قیاس اقوام مغرب سے نہ کر

خاص ہے ترکیب میں قوم رسول ہاشمی

جناب والا! آج وقت کا تقاضہ ہے کہ اپنی شناخت کو بصدافتخاراقوام عالم کے سامنے پیش کیا جائے۔ پاکستان سے فکری اور عملی یکجہتی کا مظاہرہ کیا جائے ۔جب آندھیوں کی آمد ہوتی ہے تو کمزور سے کمزور پرندہ بھی اپنے آشیانے کی حفاظت کرتا ہے۔ اور میرا پاکستان تو لطف و رحمت کا سائبان ہے۔ راحت زندگی اور مونس قلب و جاں ہے۔ ہم کیسے گوارا کر سکتے ہیں کہ اس پر معمولی سی آنچ بھ ی  آئے ۔

آج ہمیں عہدکرنا ہوگا کہ

سر کٹا دیں گے ہم تیرے نام پر

تیرے اعزاز پر، تیرے پیغام پر

تیرے اقبال پر ،تیرے انعام پر

جان لٹا دیں گے ہم دین اسلام پر

سرزمین وطن، سرزمین وطن

صدر ذی وقار !پاکستان کی صورت میں ہماری یہ ملی شناخت آسانی سے عطا نہیں ہوئی ۔لاکھوں شہداء نے اپنا مقدس لہوارض پاک کے وجود کی خاطر نذر کیا۔ بے شمار خواتین اسلام نے اپنی عصمتوں کے آبگینے پاکستان کی عظمت پر نثار کر دیئے۔ معصوم بچے نوکوں پر اچھالے گئے۔ بزرگوں نے اپنی زندگیوں کا قیمتی اثاثہ پاکستان کے تقدس پر قربان کر دیا ۔اس سرزمین کے ذررے ذرے سے فدایان اسلام کے پاکیزہ خون کی مہک پھوٹتی ہے ۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ یہ سرزمین ہمیں مانند ت حرم عزیز ہے۔ یہ ہمارا فکری و عملی سرمایہ ہی نہیں بلکہ عالم اسلام کی آنکھوں کا نور بھی ہے۔ یہ کہنا غلط نہ ہوگا کہ یہ ارض عظیم عطا کرکے رب کریم نے اسلامیان ہند کو نہیں بلکہ زمانے بھر کے فرزندان توحید کو شوکت ایمان کا قلعہ عطا کیا ہے۔

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the first governor general and founder of Pakistan. The name Pakistan was suggested by Chaudhry Rehmat Ali in 1933. He proposed the word Pakistan as a name for a new state by combining the first alphabets of its regions as Punjab, Azad Kashmir, Sindh and Baluchistan. With to the tireless struggle and tireless of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam, the Muslims got success in achieving a separate county for Muslims the Islamic republic Pakistan.

The Muslims sacrificed their wealth, prosperity and lives for the sake of Pakistan. I love my country from the depths of my heart, because I was born and brought up on its scared land ,the fountains of which had the sacred blood of my forefathers.

میرے وطن کا نام بھارت ہے۔1947ء سے پہلے اسے ہندوستان کہا جاتا تھا۔ اب بھی بہت سے لوگ اسے ہندوستان یا ہندستان بھی کہتے ہیں۔ بدیشی اسے انڈیا کہہ کر پکارتے تھے۔ یہاں لگ بھگ 200 سال تک انگریزوں نے حکومت کی۔ 1857ء تک تو انگریزوں کی تجارتی کمپنی اپنی حکومت کی مدد سے یہاں راج کرتی رہی اور اس کے بعد ہندوستان براہ راست انگلینڈ کی انگریز حکومت کے ماتحت ہو گیا تھا۔

عملی طور پر ہندوستان انگریزوں کی ایک نوآبادی تھا انگریز یہاں کی دولت سمیٹ کر انگلستان لے جا رہے تھے۔ وہ ہندوستان سے خام مال خرید کر لے جاتے تھے اور اپنے کارخانوں میں کپڑا، لوہے کا سامان وغیرہ بنا کر یہاں مہنگے داموں بیچتے تھے۔ ہزارہا انگریز یہاں نوکری کرتے تھے جنہیں ہر ماہ کروڑوں روپے بطور تنخواہ دی جاتی تھی اور جب وہ واپس چلے جاتے تھے تو یہاں سے انہیں پنشن بھیجی جاتی تھی۔ اس طرح انگریزوں نے ہندوستان میں لوٹ مچا رکھی تھی وہ یہاں کسی دست کاری کو ترقی نہیں کرنے دیتے تھے یہاں تک کہ انہوں نے بہت سے ہندوستان کاریگروں کے ہاتھ کٹوا دیے تھے۔

انگریز ہندوستانیوں کے ساتھ انسانوں جیسا سلوک بھی نہیں کرتے تھے۔ ہندوستان نے مہاتما گاندھی کی رہنمائی میں آزادی کی جنگ لڑی۔کشمیر کے واحد رہنما اور مسلم لیڈر جناب شیخ عبداللہ نے بھی مہاتما گاندھی کے شانہ بشانہ ہندوستان کی آزادی کی جدوجہد میں حصہ لیا۔ وہ انگریزوں کے ساتھ ساتھ شخصی راج کے خلاف تھے اور عوام کی مسلسل کوششوں کے بعد انگریز ہندوستان چھوڑ کر چلا گیا اور 15 اگست 1947 کو ہندوستان آزاد ہو گیا۔

پنڈت جواہر لال نہرو نے 1929ء میں ہندوستان کی مکمل آزادی کا جو نعرہ لاہور میں لگایا تھا وہ 18سال بعد شرمندۂ تعبیر ہوا۔ مگر انگریزوں نے ہندوستان سے واپس جانے سے پہلے ہمارے دیش کو تقسیم کردیا۔ جو ہندوستان سے علیحدہ رہ گیا اسے پاکستان کا نام دیا گیا باقی کے حصے کو بھارت ورش کہا گیا۔ ہم سب اسی بھارت ورش کے رہنے والے ہیں اور اپنے دیش کو بے پناہ پیار کرتے ہیں۔

ہندوستان اب بھی بہت بڑا دیش ہے۔ چین کو چھوڑ کر بھارت کی آبادی دنیا کے سب دیشوں سے زیادہ ہے۔ کسی بھی دوسرے ملک میں مسلمان اتنی بڑی تعداد میں نہیں رہتے جتنے کے ہندوستان میں رہتے ہیں۔ ہندوستان میں آباد مسلمانوں کی تعداد کسی بھی مسلم دیش کی آبادی سے زیادہ ہے۔ انہیں ہندوستان کے آئین نے برابر کا حصہ دیا ہوا ہے۔ بھارت کے شمال میں کوہ ہمالیہ ہے۔ یہ پہاڑی سلسلہ 16 سو میل لمبا اور دو سو میل چوڑا ہے۔

ہمالیہ پہاڑ بہت اونچا پہاڑ ہے اس کی چوٹی ماؤنٹ ایورسٹ دنیا کی سب سے اونچی چوٹی ہے۔ ہمالیہ پہاڑ ہندوستان کے لئے ایک پہرے دار کا کام دیتا ہے۔ اسی پہاڑ کی وجہ سے ہندوستان میں ہر سال بارش ہوتی ہے۔ اگر ہمالیہ پہاڑ نہ ہوتا تو ہندوستان کا شمالی حصہ بنجر اور ریگستان ہوتا۔ ہمالیہ پہاڑ کی چوٹیاں ہر وقت برف سے ڈھکی رہتی ہیں اسی پہاڑ سے نکلنے والے دریا گنگا، سندھ، ستلج کے میدانوں کو زرخیز بنا تے ہیں۔اب بھارت ورش میں نہروں اور سڑکوں کا جال بچھ گیا ہے۔ یہاں اب بہت بڑے بڑے شہر آباد ہیں۔ ہندوستان کی آزادی کے بعد ہمارے شہروں نے کافی ترقی کی ہے۔ آبادی میں بے پناہ اضافہ ہوا ہے انڈسٹری اور تجارت نے کافی ترقی کی ہے۔ آسمان کو چھونے والی عمارتیں بن گئی ہیں۔

بھارت ایک سیکولر دیش ہے یعنی یہاں کوئی بھی مذہب سرکاری مذہب نہیں ہے۔ ہندوستان میں الگ الگ مذہبوں کو ماننے والے لوگ رہتے ہیں اس لئے یہاں کی سرکار سب کی سرکار ہ۔ یہاں ہندو مسلم سکھ عیسائی بھائی بھائی بن کر رہتے ہیں۔ کچھ ملکوں کو ہماری یہ بات اچھی نہیں لگتی ان کی کوشش ہوتی ہے کہ یہاں لوگوں میں آپسی نفرت بڑھے تاکہ ہندوستان جو تیزی سے ترقی کر رہا ہے اس کی ترقی رک جائے اور پھر بدیشی مال ہندوستان کی منڈیوں میں آسکے۔ مگر یہ ایک حقیقت ہے کہ ہندوستان کے بہت کم لوگ ان بدیشی طاقتوں کا آلہ کار بنتے ہیں۔ یہاں کے ہندو اور مسلمان دونوں دیش بھگت ہیں اور اپنی دھرتی سے پیار کرتے ہیں یہی وجہ ہے کہ بڑی طاقتیں اپنے مقصد میں بہت کم کامیاب ہو رہی ہیں۔اگرچہ پھر بھی ہندوستان میں کبھی کبھی کوئی فرقہ وارانہ فساد ہو ہی جاتا ہے مگر ہندوستان کا تعلیم یافتہ طبقہ ان فرقہ پرست لوگوں سے نفرت کرنے لگا ہے۔

ہندوستان نے آزادی کے بعد کافی تیزی سے ترقی کی ہے۔ اب یہاں بہت سے کار خانے کھل گئے ہیں جہاں سے بہت سا کپڑا بدیش میں جاتا ہے اور اس طرح ہندوستان بدیشی کرنسی کمانے میں کامیاب ہو رہا ہے۔ انڈسٹری کی ترقی کی وجہ سے اب بھارت سوائے گندم کے کسی بھی دوسرے دیش کا محتاج نہیں رہا۔ پٹرول اور مٹی کا تیل بھی یہاں ہی پیدا کرنے کی کوششیں ہورہی ہیں۔ اس سلسلہ میں ہم ایک حد تک کامیاب ہو چکے ہیں۔ امید کی جاتی ہے کہ آنے والے سالوں میں ہم اپنے سمندر سے وافر مقدار میں تیل حاصل کر سکیں گے۔

کوئلہ کی پیداوار بھی کافی اچھی ہے۔لوہا کافی مقدار میں پیدا کیا جا رہا ہے۔کپڑے کے بڑے بڑے کارخانے لگ چکے ہیں۔ دیش کی پیداوار بڑھانے کے لیے پوری کوششیں کی جارہی ہیں۔ ہمارے دیش کی زراعت کی حالت بہت ہی خراب تھی مگر آزادی کے بعد ہندوستان کے رہنما پنڈت جواہرلالنہرو نے اس طرف خاص توجہ دی۔ پانچ سالہ پلان تیار کئے گئے اور ان میں زراعت کے لیے خاص زور دیا گیا۔ اس وجہ سے زراعت میں کافی ترقی ہوئی ہے۔ پنجاب میں گندم بے شمار پیدا ہونے لگی ہے یہاں کے لوگ بھی کافی محنتی ہیں۔ اکیلا پنجاب ہی آدھے ہندوستان کے لیے گندم پیدا کر رہا ہے۔ یہاں چند سالوں میں بجلی کی پیداوار میں بھی اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ ڈیم وغیرہ بنا کر جگہ جگہ بجلی پیدا کی جارہی ہے۔ جہاں ڈیم نہیں وہاں تھرما مل پلانٹ لگائے گئے ہیں۔ دو ایک جگہ پرمانو بجلی گھر بھی بنائے گئے ہیں ابھی ان کے لئے ایندھن دوسرے دیشوں سے حاصل کرنا پڑتا ہے اس وجہ سے کچھ مشکلات پیش آتی ہیں مگر خیال کیا جاتا ہے کہ بھارت بجلی گھروں میں استعمال ہونے والا ایندھن جلد ہی خود پیار پیدا کرنے لگے گا۔

میرے پیارے وطن میں بہت سے تاریخی مقامات ہیں۔ یہاں ہر سال بدیشی لوگ سیر کرنے کے لئے آتے ہیں۔ آگرہ کا تاج محل، دہلی کا لال قلعہ، برلا مندر، امرتسر کا گولڈن ٹیمپل، کشمیر کی وادیاں اور ہماچل کے قدرتی نظارے دنیا بھر میں مشہور ہیں۔ ان کی دلکشی لوگوں کو اپنی طرف کھینچ رہی ہے۔ کشمیر کی وادیوں کی خوبصورتی تو دنیا بھر میں چرچا کا موضوع ہے۔ جو یہاں ایک بار آتا ہے وہ ہمیشہ اس کا چرچا کرتا رہتا ہے اور بار بار یہاں آنے کی خواہش رکھتا ہے۔

دہلی ہندوستان کی راجدھانی ہے۔1947ء میں دہلی بہت بڑا شہر نہیں تھا مگر تب سے یہ شہر کافی تیزی سے ترقی کر رہا ہے اور اب پہلے سے لگ بھگ بیس گنا بڑا ہو گیا ہے۔ اب یہ بھی یہ شہر چاروں طرف پھیل رہا ہے سینکڑوں لوگ ہر روز دہلی جا کر وہاں آباد ہورہے ہیں۔ اب یہ دنیا کا ایک مشہور اور امیر شہر بن گیا ہے۔

دہلی میں بھارت سرکار کے دفاتر ہیں۔ دوسرے دیشو کے سفارتخانے ہیں، بڑے بڑے کارخانے ہیں اور مختلف قسم کے سامانوں کی منڈیاں ہیں۔ ہمیں اپنے دیش سے بہت پیار ہے سارے بھارت واسی اپنے دیش کی سالمیت اور آزادی کے لئے اپنی جانیں قربان کرنے کے لئے تیار رہتے ہیں۔اس وقت شری نرندر مودی ہمارے دیش کے وزیر اعظم ہیں۔ ان کی رہنمائی میں ہندوستان ترقی کر رہا ہے۔ ہماری خدا سے یہی دعا ہے کہ ہمارا دیش دن دوگنی رات چوگنی ترقی کرے۔ یہاں کے لوگوں میں آپ سے محبت ھو۔ سب مل جل کر رہیں، یہاں اچھوت چھات، غنڈہ گردی، بلیک مارکیٹ ختم ہو جائے۔ یہاں کے سب لوگ تعلیم یافتہ ہو جائیں، یہاں کے انجینئر اور سائنسدان دیش کی ترقی میں حصہ ڈالیں،نئی نئی ایجادات کرکے ہندوستان کو اور آگے بڑھائیں۔ دیش کی امن پالیسی قائم رہے اور دیش دنیا میں امن قائم رکھنے کے لئے اپنی کوششوں میں کامیاب ہو۔ ہماری بھی یہ دعا ہے کہ ہندوستان آنے والے سالوں میں کل عالم کی رہنمائی کرے اور دنیا کو جنگ کے شعلوں سے بچائے۔آمین۔
