How to Publish a LearnSQL.com Course Certificate on LinkedIn

Author's photo

LinkedIn draws both job seekers and recruiters. Showcasing your knowledge, skills, and experience on this professional networking site can lead to great opportunities. We know this well at LearnSQL.com. Have you finished one of our courses? Great! Tell your future employer about what you have learned. Here's a step-by-step how-to guide for publishing a course certificate on LinkedIn.

I will show you how easy it is to publish a LearnSQL.com course certificate on LinkedIn. My instructions will use one of our popular beginner courses, SQL Basics , as an example.

By the way, it's a great course! This is where I started my adventure with SQL, and it is probably the best place for that. Before finding this course, I tried to learn from tutorials on Youtube and courses on other platforms, but none of them gave me comprehensive knowledge about SQL basics.

SQL basics

I was extremely proud of myself when I was able to complete this course and finally get the longed-for certificate. I immediately published it not only on LinkedIn but also on Facebook and Twitter. It was nice to get congratulations and likes. Maybe you'll even get a job offer or a raise!

Okay, but how to do it? How do you download our certificate and attach it to your LinkedIn profile? It's easy. Just follow these six steps.

1. Go to Your LearnSQL.com Dashboard

To download the certificate, you must be logged in to LearnSQL.com . On the main page, click on your profile—it is at the top right. A window will appear where you can click "Dashboard," "My Profile," "Payment & Billing," and “Log out.”

Important note! Make sure your first and last names are entered correctly in your profile . What you entered to create your profile will appear on the certificate. You can check and fix it in the "My Profile" tab.

Is everything okay? Then, click "Dashboard."

Dashboard

2. Find the Completed Course

You can manage your courses and tracks here. You can see a list of what you have completed, track your progress, rate courses, and recommend them to others. If you have not yet completed a course, you can click "Continue" to start where you left off.

Find the completed course under “My Courses.” You will see a large "Get Certificate" button. I marked it in red below. Click it.

Get certificate

3. Download the Certificate or Copy the Link

A new window will appear with a blue link to your certificate. When you click it, your certificate will appear. Cool, yeah? You can print it or save it to your computer.

Get certificate

If you want to add your certificate to your LinkedIn profile, just copy the URL of your certificate and click the “Add to profile” button.

4. Go to LinkedIn

Now it's time to head over to LinkedIn . Log in and go to your profile. A form will appear.

If you have copied the certificate link you can also add it later. Below the "Experience" and "Education" sections is the "Licenses & Certifications" section. Here you can place your professional certificates. To add a new one, just click the "+" sign on the right.

If you don’t have a “Licenses & Certifications” section on your LinkedIn profile yet, you can add it by clicking “Add new profile section” at the top of your profile and clicking the “+” sign next to “Licenses & Certifications.”

Licenses & Certifications

5. Fill out the Form

  • Type the name of the certificate. In our case, it is "LearnSQL.com - SQL Basics."
  • Select Vertabelo as the company conducting the online course. ( LearnSQL.com is part of the Vertabelo family.) Just enter our name, and click on our logo.
  • Click the “This credential does not expire” box. Our certificate does not expire. Select the month and year that you finished the course.
  • Paste the previously copied web address for the certificate.
  • Leave the "Credential ID" field blank. This field would need to be filled in if our certificate were issued on paper, not online.

Once filled out, your form should look like this:

Licenses & Certifications

6. Attach the Certificate to Your LinkedIn Profile

Just click "Save," and it's ready! You just published your certificate on LinkedIn. Now, your future employers can see what you know and where you learned it! Certificates and diplomas are often the first things that recruiters pay attention to, especially in the IT industry and other industries related to marketing and finance.

In this guide, I explained how to download a certificate confirming the successful completion of a course on LearnSQL.com . I also showed you how to easily add it to your LinkedIn profile.

Have you already done it? Nice! Now, just wait for new job offers or congratulations from colleagues.

In the meantime, you can continue learning. On LearnSQL.com , you will find courses designed for your level and needs.

Are you a beginner? Start with the SQL Fundamentals track. Do you know the basics and want to further develop your knowledge and skills? I recommend the Advanced SQL track, which will help you learn about topics like Recursive Queries and "Window Functions" course . Start learning today!

Expert Tips: How to Put Incomplete Degree on Resume

how to show completed coursework on linkedin

Should You Mention an Incomplete Degree on Your Resume?

We have worked with several executives who do not hold a college degree – or who started a post-graduate degree and never completed it.

If you are in a similar position, rest assured that an incomplete degree is not a deal-breaker if you have relevant professional experience.

In this article, we explain how to present your incomplete degree in a way that builds your credibility while avoiding red flags.

We also provide an example of an effective way to do so.

To put your incomplete degree on your resume, follow the steps below:

1) add an education section.

We advise including any education on your resume, even if it isn’t a full degree - especially if you are still in the early stages of your career.

2) Be Transparent About What You Studied

You shouldn’t list “Bachelor of Arts in English” on your resume, for example, if you did not earn the degree.

Recruiters perceive such an approach to be misleading, which could significantly harm your chances of landing a job.

However, there is an easy way to approach this situation by adding “coursework toward” in front of the degree you were pursuing.

By saying that you completed “Coursework toward a Bachelor of Arts in English” instead, you make it clear that you have completed college-level courses but are not implying that you have earned the degree.

3) Include the Dates You Completed Your Studies

For each degree listed in the education section, it is a resume writing convention to only include the date you completed the degree.

If you did not complete the degree, list both the months and years you studied at the university, for the avoidance of doubt.

Example Listing

A sample entry under the education section for an applicant who only completed two years of college would be:

The University of Illinois at Chicago | Chicago, Illinois

Coursework toward Bachelor of Science in Management | August 2016 – September 2018

  • Courses included: Finance, Accounting, Microeconomics, Organizational Behavior, Managerial Consulting, Marketing and Sales Channels, Human Resource Management

To list an educational experience on your resume, you do not need to have earned a degree from the institution.

As long as you’re honest and not misrepresenting any information, you should still include your education to help build your credibility – even if you only took a few courses.

Most importantly, don’t spend too much time thinking about whether the fact that you don’t hold a college degree will hold you back in your career.

From our experience, the further along you are in your career, the less weight your college degree tends to hold.

How to Include Relevant Coursework on a Resume (with Examples)

13 min read · Updated on September 11, 2023

Ken Chase

If you are a recent graduate struggling with a lack of work experience, knowing how to include relevant coursework on a resume can be one of the best ways to create a more compelling resume narrative.

One thing that many recent college graduates have in common with one another is a general lack of work experience. That lack of experience can sometimes make it difficult for them to construct a resume that sells their potential to be the best candidate for a job. Fortunately, there are ways to still create a strong and compelling resume, even without experience. For example, did you take classes that might be relevant to the position? If so, including relevant coursework on your resume may be the perfect solution to your resume challenges.

In this post, we will explain how you can identify relevant coursework and where it should be listed in your resume. We will also include several examples of relevant coursework on a resume so that you can see the best options for using these details to strengthen your job search efforts.

What is relevant coursework?

Of course, when we talk about relevant coursework, we are talking about those classes and educational activities that have direct relevance to the position you are seeking. The first thing you need to recognize is that many of the classes you took during your college career will not need to be included in your resume. After all, most degrees require that students complete any number of basic foundational courses that will have little if any relation to their chosen job — at least from a resume standpoint.

So, what types of classes, achievements, and activities should you focus on as you identify suitable courses to add to your resume? While this sounds like a simple question, it actually requires some serious thought and evaluation. Fortunately, there are some basic rules that you can follow as you make that determination. Below are just some of the potentially relevant things that you might want to include in your resume:

Coursework that demonstrates that you have a foundation of knowledge in a required aspect of the job you are seeking. For example, if communication skills are needed for the position, you should include courses that focused on business communications, writing, etc.

Projects that are related to particular job skills. For a marketing position, you should include any marketing-related projects you completed during your studies. Or you could include research projects you engaged in if you are seeking a job where research skills are essential.

Academic achievements can also be included, including notably high GPA scores or awards you received. Also, be sure to include any related extracurricular activities. That could include everything from clubs to sporting activities if they helped you develop skills that would be useful for the job.

Again, do not include coursework that has no bearing on the job at hand. This will require you to carefully consider each course to determine its relevance. One way to do that is to read the job posting and select keywords and phrases of import that seem to be describing the skills or educational qualifications needed for the job. Then go through your coursework and try to match courses to those skills. As you do so, remember that some basic courses like those involving communication—both written and verbal—may be included, since communication is one of those soft skills that every company values .

You can learn more about the difference between hard and soft skills by reading our excellent article, Key Differences Between Hard Skills and Soft Skills . A better understanding of those critical soft skills can help to ensure that you don't underestimate the value of any of your classes. There's a great chance that you have more marketable soft skills than you realize!

When should you include relevant courses on your resume?

Before you add your job-related classes to your resume, you should decide whether it is necessary. For example, you can almost certainly benefit from including your relevant coursework on your resume if:

You recently graduated from school or are beginning the process of looking for a job because you are close to graduation. Students and recent graduates typically have little or no real job experience to highlight skills. Fortunately, their studies and project assignments will likely have helped them to develop important skills that they can highlight in their resumes.

Your educational achievements are necessary to qualify for the position you are seeking. In those instances, your prospective employer will be interested in knowing that you have fulfilled those requirements and have the basic knowledge needed for the position.

There may also be times when you need to include coursework even after you have been in the workforce for some time. For example, if you are switching careers and your current work experience does not include the skills needed for your new job, that may not matter as much if you can show that your studies prepared you for the role.

Including coursework related to your minor

As you select relevant coursework for your resume, don't forget to consider courses of study related to your minor too. Hopefully, you will have selected a minor that is at least tangentially related to your desired career path. If so, then chances are that some of the courses you completed may have some relevance that can translate to a useful resume listing. For more information about minors and when they can be added to your resume, read How to Include a Minor on Your Resume .

When should I take coursework off my resume?

Obviously, there will be times when you should forgo any mention of your courses in your resume. Some examples of situations where you might not need to list your specific coursework include:

When your coursework is not really relevant to the position you seek. Including irrelevant coursework could actually distract from your important skills and experiences.

Situations in which coursework was completed so long ago that the information is no longer useful. For instance, many technology-related courses can lose their value over time. Other examples include old marketing courses and other educational achievements that involve skills that have evolved rapidly in recent years.

If your resume is already filled with enough work experience and skills that there is no need or room for specific course details. Remember, you want to add your courses to enhance your value as an employee. If adding a particular course does nothing more than add length to the resume, skip it.

Where should relevant coursework be listed in your resume?

In most resumes, the coursework should be placed in the education section, with a subheading titled “Relevant Coursework.” When creating this part of the education section, you should insert the subheading under the name of your degree, with a list of the courses you studied. For example:

Bachelor's in [Name of Degree]

[College Name, City, Graduation Date]

Relevant Coursework: [Course 1], [Course 2], [Course 3], [Course 4], [Course 5]

Alternatively, you can also opt to show your courses in a bullet-point list if your resume is short and you need to fill more space. You can even elaborate on each course with a few words to describe the skills you learned in class. For example:

Relevant Coursework:

If you have no actual work experience, you may even want to consider using your education section as a substitute for that experience section. If you choose that option, you may want to place the education section closer to the top of your resume and flesh out each course in the same way you would detail a job listing in your work experience section. That means using detailed descriptions that include quantifiable results highlighting your achievements.

Key tips to remember when listing relevant coursework

Before we show you some examples of how to list relevant coursework on your resume, there are a few tips that can help to ensure that your final product is as compelling as possible. By incorporating these ideas into your resume creation process, you can more effectively make that all-important great first impression on any hiring manager.

Only list relevant coursework if you lack sufficient work experience to meet the job requirements.

Always make sure that the courses you list highlight skills and knowledge needed for the position. If a course has nothing to do with your chosen line of work, it has no place in your resume.

Relevant courses may be related to hard and soft skills.

If you choose to use descriptions for each course, use that as an opportunity to insert relevant keywords from the job description. This can be a great way to ensure that your resume can get past any applicant tracking system .

Always proofread your entire resume to eliminate spelling mistakes, punctuation and grammar errors, and style or formatting discrepancies.

Make sure that you tailor your resume to fit the job you want. Since you will likely be applying for different jobs during your job search, you may need to modify your educational coursework details to align with the needs of each position.

Do not forget to include important skill information in your coursework descriptions. Again, try to use those job description keywords.

If you are maintaining an updated resume throughout your educational career, be sure to continually edit your resume as your coursework evolves over time. This can make it easier to keep it updated and can save you some time when your job search begins.

3 Examples of relevant coursework on a resume

In this final section, we will explore some different examples to show you how you can successfully incorporate relevant coursework into your resume. We have included a couple of examples of the most basic listing options, as well as an expanded sample that enables you to provide more details and skills. You can refer to these samples and use them as guides as you create your own relevant coursework section.

Example #1: The Basics

Bachelor's in Information Technology

My College, Anytown 2022

Relevant Coursework: Cyber Security 101, Business Intelligence, Application Development, Networking and Telecom, Artificial Intelligence

This simple listing would be a good option for anyone who has at least some relevant work experience but who still needs an additional boost to meet the job requirements. In this case, the job seeker's coursework listing is presented in a minimalist format, documenting the specific courses and areas of focus—but without any other information about those studies.

Example #2: Bulletpoint List of Courses

Cyber Security 101

Business Intelligence

Application Development

Networking and Telecom

Artificial Intelligence

This option is similar to the first example but presents the classes and areas of focus as separate bullet points. This provides additional emphasis for each area of study, while also taking up a bit more space in the resume. This can be a great option if your resume is a little short and you need to expand the content.

Example #3: Detailed Format

My College, Anytown

Completed in 2022

Certified Cyber Security Expert, skilled in protecting data, information, and infrastructure.

Coursework included training on risk analysis, threat mitigation, compliance assurance, and cloud security.

Completed multiple projects and research assignments designed to test knowledge and adaptability to various types of cyber threats.

 Business Intelligence

Business analytics certificate, training focused on data interpretation and communication to resolve business problems with a data mindset.

Course included 3 projects testing analytical skills using hypothetical business challenges based on real-world business scenarios.

 Application Development

Courses focused on the development of software coding skills used for web application creation, troubleshooting, and debugging.

Final course project involved the creation of an independent web app to streamline online sales processes for a test company.

Training focused on routing, packet switching, and cybersecurity needs.

Spent eight weeks as a volunteer networking intern for a local ISP, receiving hands-on training from experienced networking professionals.

AI and machine learning studies, emphasizing tech integration into business processes, impact on sales and marketing, and ethical concerns.

Conducted study for the course final, evaluating potential AI benefits for enhanced marketing in the digital age and impact on online sales.

This more detailed example is a superior option for those who have no work experience and need their educational credentials to highlight their skills. In this sample, each area of interest is accompanied by bullet point details describing the types of courses studied and the lessons or skills developed during those classes. In addition, bullet points are added to highlight specific achievements, describe studies and real-world application of skills, and demonstrate competency in the subject matter.

This type of format can enable your coursework section to serve as a replacement for work experience if you have never been employed. When used for that purpose, you can expand on each course listing to include additional skills and keywords from the job post. Simply add new bullet points where needed to flesh out each area of emphasis.

Again, if you choose to replace your work experience section with this relevant coursework section, make sure that you move this section closer to the top of your resume so that it receives more prominence. Basically, if your strongest selling point is your education, then make sure that your important courses are one of the first things that a prospective employer sees. Also, you may want to highlight your educational qualifications in your resume summary so that the reader expects to see those coursework details.

Don't underestimate the power of a well-crafted and compelling resume

Finally, it is important to reiterate just how vital it is that your resume makes the best possible impression. When you approach the labor market with little or no work experience, you are usually already at a competitive disadvantage. There will almost always be someone else who has a similar level of skill and educational background, as well as real-world experience. To compete against a qualified rival, you need a resume that can effectively sell you as the best candidate for the job.

For recent graduates and job seekers moving to entirely new careers, a lack of relevant work experience can be a major impediment to landing job interviews and employment offers. One way to overcome this obstacle is to learn how to use relevant educational coursework on your resume to highlight your qualifications and skills. Hopefully, this post and its resume examples can provide you with the inspiration and help you need to translate your educational experience into a compelling resume narrative. Fortunately, there are ways to ensure that your resume effectively positions you to have the best chance at landing any interview and job. Spring break set to show the need for I-65 widening projects

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Spring Break is now upon us and if you need any proof, just look at some of the roads out there. I-65 is once again seeing traffic and delays.

The work to widen I-65 to six lanes from Alabaster to Calera is expected to start in fall 2024 and the hope is to complete the widening project by 2027.

The project will be divided into three different portions known as the north, middle and south.

The north segment includes the 238 interchange in Alabaster, the middle segment includes the airport interchange, and the south segment leads down to exit 231 in Calera.

The goal is to help travelers and first responders get from point A to point B more efficiently and safer.

Several in law enforcement are stressing the widening efforts are an absolute necessity.

“As far down as they go with the three lanes I think that will help alleviate a lot of the traffic. Give them more running room to get on out of the way and spread out a little bit, so I think that will be a great help,” said Chilton County Sheriff John Shearon.

Law enforcement is asking everyone who is set to travel to pack your patience as you hit the road.

A complete timeline of Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider's controversies, from toxic workplace allegations to his response to 'Quiet on Set'

  • A new docuseries called "Quiet on Set" has sparked renewed interest in producer Dan Schneider.
  • In 2018, Nickelodeon cut ties with Schneider, who was accused of creating a toxic work environment.
  • Schneider recently addressed the docuseries' allegations and apologized for his past behavior.

Insider Today

Nickelodeon hit its stride as the go-to place for children's programming after producer Dan Schneider joined the network in the '90s. But startling allegations over the years have tainted his beloved TV empire.

Schneider, who created popular Nickelodeon shows like " The Amanda Show, " " Drake & Josh ," and '" iCarly ," has been the subject of renewed scrutiny on the heels of the release of Investigation Discovery's docuseries " Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV ."

Here's a complete breakdown of how Schneider's long-standing relationship with Nickdeleon ended, the allegations made against him, and what he's said in response.

March 26, 2018: Nickelodeon severs ties with Dan Schneider

"Following many conversations together about next directions and future opportunities, Nickelodeon and our long-time creative partner Dan Schneider/Schneider's Bakery have agreed to not extend the current deal," Nickelodeon and Schneider said in a joint statement to Deadline .

It was a "natural time" to part ways since Schneider's production company was wrapping up projects, the statement added.

However, Deadline reported that there was more to the story behind Schneider's departure. According to the publication, Schneider had "well-documented temper issues for years," production days were long, and photos that he posted online of female actors' feet caused concern.

Nickelodeon launched two internal investigations due to concerns about Schneider's behavior. After a 2013 investigation, Schneider started giving notes to actors on "Sam & Cat" from his office, instead of directly interacting with them. Schneider told "Quiet on Set" producers that he wasn't barred from working with the actors, but simply chose to give notes from his office.

Still, the producer continued to work with the network and created the series "Henry Danger" and "Game Shakers." But the network launched another investigation into Schneider in 2017 regarding "alleged sexual behavior" on his sets amid the Me Too movement in Hollywood. The investigation found no evidence of inappropriate sexual behavior, but it did find proof of verbal abuse in the workplace.

As detailed by The New York Times in 2021, former colleagues called Schneider temperamental and difficult to work with. Others raised concerns about Schneider asking for massages and messaging the young actors off-set.

According to Page Six , Schneider received a $7 million payout when he left Nickelodeon. The Times later reported that the aforementioned money was "still owed in his contract."

June 30, 2021: Schneider reemerges after a 3-year hiatus via an interview with The New York Times

Schneider told the publication that he "took a break" after parting with Nickelodeon to focus on backburner things, like losing more than 100 pounds.

In response to accusations that his shows like '"iCarly" and "Victorious" contained scenes with sexual innuendos and that he sexualized the young stars, Schneider said that "the comedy was totally innocent."

He denied mistreating the actors and defended his management style, saying that he has "high standards."

As for his relationships with the actors, Schneider said, "I never interacted with actors in any way, texting or otherwise, that should make anyone uncomfortable."

The producer also said that he had become "more gentle at communicating" and teased multiple projects in development, including an "ambitious and very different" TV show pilot geared toward an adult audience.

But nothing actually materialized and Schneider mostly remained out of the spotlight.

August 9, 2022: Former actor Jennette McCurdy writes candidly about her experience starring on Schneider's 'iCarly' and 'Sam & Cat' in her debut memoir

McCurdy's memoir, titled " I'm Glad My Mom Died ," nabbed the spot on the New York Times nonfiction best-seller list  and remained on the list for a whole year. The book was an immediate hit, sparking conversations about behind-the-scenes tension at Nickelodeon.

McCurdy, who portrayed Sam Puckett on "iCarly" and the spin-off series "Sam & Cat," wrote about a powerful, controlling, and demanding person whom she referred to only as "The Creator."

McCurdy said that this unnamed figure pressured her into drinking alcohol while underage , yelled at her whil e she was filming a kissing scene with her "iCarly" costar Nathan Kress , and "explicitly" asked that bikinis be included in a wardrobe fitting.

August 30, 2022: Business Insider's Kate Taylor publishes an investigation with new allegations against Schneider and his tenure at Nickelodeon

Multiple writers, actors, and crew members who worked with Schneider spoke to BI as part of the investigation . Some former child actors shared positive comments about working with the producer, but one longtime writer described the environment fostered by Schneider as a "maddening, disgusting, controlling little bubble."

Alexa Nikolas, who starred as Nicole Bristow on "Zoey 101," said that Schneider's set was "traumatizing" and alleged that the show creator yelled at her in a conference room with Nickelodeon executives when she was 13. Daniella Monet, who played Trina Vega on "Victorious," said that the sitcom was typically "very PC, funny, silly, friendly, chill," but there were moments that were sexualized.

Writers said that they were subjected to grueling, long work days. Female staff writers, who were sparse on Schneider's productions, accused him of being sexist. BI's investigation brought to light a gender discrimination and hostile workplace claim filed by "The Amanda Show" staff writer Jenny Kilgen in 2000.

Related stories

Other employees accused Schneider of asking for massages from adult female colleagues. A person close to Schneider said that the producer "regrets ever asking anyone and agrees it was not appropriate, even though it only happened in public settings."

March 17 and 18, 2024: ID releases the 4-part docuseries 'Quiet on Set' across 2 nights, detailing the dark side of Nickelodeon

"Quiet on Set" was directed by Mary Robertson and Emma Schwartz and produced by Maxine Productions, a part of Sony Pictures Television Nonfiction, in association with Business Insider. BI's Taylor served as an executive producer.

The docuseries included interviews with multiple crew members and former Nickelodeon stars, including Nikolas, "Double Dare" host Marc Summers, and "All That" cast members Giovonnie Samuels and Bryan Hearne.

"The Amanda Show" writers Kilgen and Christy Stratton also participated in the docuseries and recalled splitting a salary when they were employed during season one. (Schneider stated that he had no control over salaries.) Aside from issues over pay, the two female writers alleged that Schneider showed the staff pornography on his computer and played degrading pranks on employees.

A spokesperson for Schneider told BI that Schneider is "extremely sorry for his behavior that contributed to that environment and he has grown a lot since then. That behavior is clearly wrong and not for the workplace, and certainly he would never act that way again."

"Quiet on Set" also included footage of scenes from Nickelodeon shows that have been viewed as inappropriate, like Nikolas accidentally spraying "Zoey 101" costar Jamie Lynn Spears in the face with a "goo pop."

"Everything that happened on the shows Dan ran was carefully scrutinized by dozens of involved adults, and approved by the network," a representative for Schneider told BI in a statement. "If there was an actual problem with the scenes that some people, now years later are 'sexualizing,' they would be taken down, but they are not, they are aired constantly all over the world today still, enjoyed by both kids and parents."

The docuseries also detailed two predatory males who were employed at Nickelodeon and contributed to an unsafe environment for child actors: production assistant Jason Handy and dialogue and acting coach Brian Peck .

Handy, who described himself as a pedophile in his journal, was sentenced to six years in prison on two felony accounts and one misdemeanor involving two girls.

Peck was arrested in August 2003 on 11 charges of child sexual abuse related to an unnamed actor. Forty-one friends and family of Peck wrote letters supporting him and asking the judge for leniency in the case. Some of these letters were written by notable celebrities, including Alan Thicke, James Marsden, and "Boy Meets World" stars Will Friedle and Rider Strong.

The letters were sealed until Maxine Productions, one of the docuseries' producers, successfully petitioned the court to unseal them in 2023.

In October 2004, Peck was sentenced to 16 months in jail and ordered to register as a sex offender. "Quiet on Set" revealed that Drake Bell was the actor who was sexually abused by Peck when he was 15 years old.

In "Quiet on Set" and in an interview with BI , Bell said that he struggled with processing his experience after Peck's arrest, but Schneider checked in on him and offered support at the time and in the years that followed.

Bell, who began acting when he was 5 years old, described Nickelodeon as "a factory" that treated child actors as "expendable."

In a statement, Nickelodeon said that it had "adopted numerous safeguards over the years to help ensure we are living up to our own high standards and the expectations of our audience."

Bell said that he turned to self-destructive habits, but going to therapy and rehab recently has been instrumental in keeping him from going down a dark path.

After the release of the docuseries, Bell defended his "Drake & Josh" costar Josh Peck after he was criticized for not commenting publicly about the doc or Bell.

In a video posted on TikTok , Bell said that Peck "reached out to talk with me and help me work through this and has been really, really great."

Peck wrote a message on Instagram the following day , saying that he "took a few days" to process "Quiet on Set." He also said that he contacted Bell privately and supported the people who spoke out about their experiences at Nickelodeon.

March 19, 2024: Schneider releases a nearly 20-minute video in which he addresses allegations in the docuseries and apologizes for past behavior

After the docuseries was released in its entirety, Schneider sat down for an interview with BooG!e, aka Bobby Bowman, who played Groovy Smoothie manager T-Bo on "iCarly."

"Watching over the past two nights was very difficult," Schneider said. "Facing my past behaviors, some of which are embarrassing and that I regret. I definitely owe some people a pretty strong apology."

Schneider said that the behavior that he exhibited back then wouldn't happen now. He admitted that the on-set massages were "wrong" and that he'd "never do it today."

"I apologize to anybody that I ever put in that situation," he said. "Additionally, I apologize to the people who were walking around video village, or wherever they happened, because there were lots of people there who witnessed it who also may have felt uncomfortable, so I owe them an apology as well."

Regarding allegations about Schneider's writers room, the producer said, "No writer should ever feel uncomfortable in any writers room, ever." He said that it's normal for inappropriate jokes or topics to come up in those settings, but he's embarrassed that he participated in it and made "practical jokes that went too far."

When asked about jokes on his shows that are viewed as inappropriate, Schneider insisted that they were written for a kid audience.

"Now we have some adults looking back at them 20 years later through their lens, and they're looking at them and they're saying 'You know, I don't think that's appropriate for a kids show,'" he said. "I have no problem with that. If that's how anyone feels, let's cut those jokes out of the show, just like I would have done 20 years ago."

Schneider acknowledged that there are people who didn't have a positive experience working with him. He chalked up his attitude to the pressure of doing 40 or more episodes per year.

He said that watching "Quiet on Set" made him want to call some of the people who spoke out and apologize for the part he played in their negative experiences. He also said that there are plenty of things he'd do differently.

"The main thing that I would change is how I treat people, everyone," he said. "I definitely, at times, didn't give people the best of me. I didn't show enough patience. I could be cocky and definitely over-ambitious, and sometimes just straight-up rude and obnoxious. I'm so sorry that I ever was."

"I wish I could go back to the earlier years of my career and bring the growth and experience that I have now, and just do a better job," he added.

Nikolas slammed Schneider's apology in a reaction video uploaded on YouTube on Tuesday.

"When someone doesn't personally come to you and apologize, it's not an apology," she said. "If you hear about it through other people, it's not really an apology right? An apology is to the person that you hurt. That's what an apology is for."

"I would've appreciated if Dan apologized directly to me," she said. "He's a bully, a meanie, and impacted my life, right? ... Where's a phone call of an apology? How come you can do all of this, how can everyone do all of this but not reach out to the person that they hurt?"

A $27 million estate in Preston Hollow with a two-hole, regulation golf course complete with sand traps and water features was one of the priciest homes to hit the Texas housing market last month.

Five of the most expensive homes listed in Texas last month were in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, according to data from the Houston Association of Realtors. The association uses information from local listing services throughout the state, including North Texas Real Estate Information Systems.

The data was compiled before the end of the month, so some homes listed in late February may be included in March’s rankings.

The six-bedroom, 12-bathroom property at 10540 Lennox Lane is a three-level home with an elevator, expansive wine cellar and a catering kitchen. The 17,201 square foot estate also includes three game rooms, two offices, a solarium, a golf simulator, and a 2-bedroom apartment. There are eight full bathrooms and four half bathrooms on the property.
