The Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU, has extended the last date for submission of assignments for both ODL and Online Programmes for the December 2023 examination. A notice regarding the same is available on the official website.

It reads, 'With the approval of the Competent Authority, the last date for submission of assignments for Term End Examination, December 2023, for both ODL and Online Programmes, GOAL and EVBB has been further extended till October 31, 2023.

To submit the assignments, candidates who have registered for both ODL and Online Programmes for the December 2023 examination can visit the official website of IGNOU, i.e., ignou.ac.in.

Even though the last date to submit the assignments is October 31, candidates are still requested to submit their applications before the last date to not face any trouble.

NEW DELHI : The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date to submit assignments for the December 2023 Term-End Examination (TEE) till November 30. IGNOU December TEE 2023 will be conducted from December 1 to January 6.

“With the approval of the Competent Authority, the last date for submission of assignments (both in hard copy and soft copy) for Term End Examinations, December 2023 for both ODL and online programmes, GOAL and EVBB has further been extended up to 30th November, 2023,” said an official notice from IGNOU.

How to submit IGNOU assignments 2023?

Submit assignments to your study centre or regional centre as per the instructions given by the regional centre. Include your contact information (programme code, course code, enrollment no, email, phone) on assignments.
If only hard copies are being accepted as per instructions provided by your regional centre, send hand written, signed assignments to the address provided to you. In case soft copies are being accepted during extenuating circumstances such as Covid 19, these must be signed and scanned. If you have opted for SOGDS as your RC, submit your assignments to [email protected]
Assignments must be submitted as single documents for each course. Do not submit separate pages and do not combine assignments for two courses in a single document.

The university is holding the registrations for IGNOU TEE December 2023 with a late fee of Rs 1,100 till November 10.

Assignment submission for June 2024 session has started from 1 March 2024. Both ODL and OL Programme mode student has to submit assignment for each course code. IGNOU Exam form submission has also started and student can Apply for exam.

IGNOU assignment last date is a time frame given to the students. They need to download question paper and submit assignment answers at Study centre (for ODL mode students ) or at LMS (for OL mode students ). Assignment to be submitted at study centre in Offline mode (in person / Speed Post) or as per your Regional Centre guidelines.

The last date is mentioned on the assignment question paper itself. As per assignment question paper for few programme last date is 31 March 2024 while it is 30 April 2024 for few programme. 2. For Student of Semester based UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma and Certificate programme

Things to Do after Submission of IGNOU Assignment

If you have submitted your Assignments to the IGNOU Study Centre then now is time for checking your marks and status online. After the submission of assignments, it goes to the evaluation department in which IGNOU evaluators start the evaluation of each assignment solution. If only a few days have passed then we advise all students that please check their Assignment Marks and Status after three or four weeks.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Monday said it has extended the last date to apply for fresh admission for the January 2024 academic year for another 10 days. Now, the new last date to apply for fresh admission for the January 2024 academic session is March 20, 2024. Interested candidates can apply at the official website: ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Originally, the last date to apply for fresh admission for the January 2024 academic year was supposed to close on January 29, but IGNOU extended it till February 15. However, due to persistent requests from interested candidates, the open university further extended the last date to complete the registration process till March 10.

Now, the IGNOU has again extended the last date for registration for fresh admission till March 20 for students who want to learn programs offered in online distance learning and online mode.

Taking to microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter), IGNOU wrote: “The last date for “Fresh Admission" for all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for the January 2024 session has been extended till 20th March 2024."

IGNOU also extended the last date for the “re-registration" for all programs offered in ODL/online mode for the January 2024 session till March 20, 2024 with a late fee of ₹ 200.
