• अपनी ज़िंदगी में से किसी एक ऐसे इंसान को चुन लें, जिसे आप बिल्कुल भी पसंद नहीं करते हैं। अब, उस इंसान के नजरिए से एक कहानी लिखना शुरू करें। जितना हो सके उसे पढ़ने वाले के मन में उसके लिए सहानुभूति बनाने की कोशिश करें। यार रखें-ये आपकी कहानी है!
• किसी किरदार को आपको सरप्राइज़ (आश्चर्य) में डालने दें। एक ऐसे किरदार के बारे में लिखें, जिसे आप अच्छी तरह से जानते हैं और फिर इस इंसान को कुछ ऐसा करने दें, जिसके करने के बारे में आपको बिल्कुल भी संभावना न हो। देखें, ये आपको कहाँ तक लेकर जाता है। ये आपकी कहानी को और भी दिलचस्प बना देता है।
• बहस (तर्क)। ऐसे दो किरदार रखें, जो एकदम अलग ही बहस कर रहे हैं, जैसे कि कौन कचरे को बाहर रखने वाला है या कौन मूवी के लिए पे करने वाला है। इस बात को स्पष्ट कर दें, कि ये जो बहस है, वो असल में किसी एक बड़ी और और ज्यादा सीरियस चीज़ के बारे में है, जैसे कि कौन रिश्ते को पहले खत्म करने वाला है या कौन बहुत ज्यादा दे रहा है, लेकिन इसके बदले में उसे कुछ भी नहीं मिल रहा है। जहां तक हो सके, डाइलॉग को ही सारा काम करने दें। हालांकि, उसे बोरिंग भी मत बनाएँ।
• बॉडी लेंग्वेज। ऐसे करीब 500 शब्द लिखें, जो एक-दूसरे के सामने बैठे हुए दो किरदारों के बारे में डिस्क्राइब करते हों। बिना डाइलॉग यूज किए, आपके रीडर्स को खुद ही देखने दें, कि ये दोनों किरदार आखिर एक-दूसरे के बारे में क्या फील करते हैं।

अपनी कहानी लिखने की कला को सुधारना

• उदाहरण के लिए, मान लीजिए, आपके पास में पर्पल पर्दे हैं। आपके पर्दे कैसे नजर आते हैं? वो आपको किस की याद दिलाते हैं? वो आपके रूम में कहाँ पर लगे हुए हैं?
• हालांकि, आपको बहुत ज्यादा भी स्पष्ट नहीं करना है, क्योंकि बहुत ज्यादा स्पष्ट करने की वजह से आपकी कहानी धीमी पड़ जाएगी। बस आपको अपने रीडर के मन में एक वास्तविक तस्वीर बनाने की कोशिश करना है।

• कंस्ट्रक्टिव क्रिटिसिज़्म (निर्माणकारी आलोचनाओं) को सुनें और समझें, कि कब आपको आपकी राइटिंग स्किल्स में सुधार करने की जरूरत है। इसके साथ, ये भी जानना सीखें, कि कब ये सिर्फ जैलसी है। प्रैक्टिस के जरिए आप इसे करना सीख जाएंगे।

अपनी कहानी तैयार करना

• फर्स्ट पर्सन: फर्स्ट पर्सन को एक ऐसे किरदार के नजरिए से व्यक्त किया जाता है, जो खुद का जिक्र करने के लिए "मैं (I)" का यूज करता है। "मैंने इससे पहले कभी किसी को इसके बारे में नहीं बताया है," ये फर्स्ट-पर्सन राइटिंग का एक उदाहरण है। अगर आप किसी एक किरदार के विचारों और नजरियों पर ही सारा ध्यान लगाना चाहते हैं, तो आपके लिए फर्स्ट पर्सन यूज करना सबसे अच्छा होगा, लेकिन अगर उस किरदार के नजरिया बहुत सीमित होगा, तो ये आपके लिए भी बहुत सीमित हो सकता है। अगर आप अभी शुरुआत ही कर रहे हैं, तो आपके लिए अभी फर्स्ट पर्सन का नजरिया बहुत आसान हो सकता है।
• थर्ड पर्सन: थर्ड पर्सन, उस वक़्त यूज होता है, जब आप "वह" या "वो" लिखकर, बाहरी नजरिए से किसी एक किरदार के बारे में लिखते हैं, जैसे कि, कहना, "वो थक गया था।" थर्ड-पर्सन में, लेखक या तो किरदार के विचारों के एकदम करीब पहुँच जाएगा या फिर किरदार से एकदम दूरी बना सकता है।
• सेकंड पर्सन: सेकंड पर्सन सीधे तौर पर रीडर को "तुम/आप" कहकर संबोधित करता है। जैसे कि, "आप ऑफिस तक जा रहे हैं।" ये रीडर को थामे रखने की अच्छी टेक्निक होती है, लेकिन ये कभी-कभी जरूरत से ज्यादा भी यूज हो सकता है।

• राइजिंग एक्शन/एक्सपोजीशन: ये आमतौर पर शॉर्ट स्टोरी की शुरुआत में आता है, जब रीडर को मुख्य किरदारों, सेटिंग और केंद्रीय संघर्ष से अवगत किया जाता है। हालांकि, कुछ कहानियाँ एक्शन के ठीक बीच में भी शुरू हुआ करती हैं और रीडर्स के मन में, असल में पहले क्या हुआ था, जानने के लिए जिज्ञासा जगाता है।
• संघर्ष: कहानी की असली बाजी। हर कहानी के अंदर कोई न कोई एक दांव होना ही चाहिए नहीं तो रीडर इसे पढ़ ही नहीं पाएगा, फिर चाहे आपकी कहानी की भाषा कितनी ही अच्छी क्यों न हो। हर एक कहानी में एक संघर्ष की या फिर तनाव के पल की जरूरत होती ही है; ये दो पुरुषों के, किसी एक ही महिला को पाने की लड़ाई करने या किसी लड़की के मन में, अपने फ्रेंड के द्वारा उसे पार्टी पर बुलाए जाने या न बुलाए जाने की कश्मकश के जितना ड्रामैटिक भी हो सकता है। संघर्ष किस प्रकार का है, ये कोई मायने नहीं रखता -- अगर कुछ मायने रखता है, तो वो ये कि रीडर्स के मन में आगे क्या होने वाला है, की जिज्ञासा।
• नियति (The falling action): कहानी का समाधान। संघर्ष के समाप्त होने या उसके ऊपर चर्चा होने के बाद, कहानी को अब खत्म होना चाहिए। लेकिन ज़्यादातर कहानियों की इतनी अच्छी खुशनुमा एंडिंग नहीं हुआ करती है। ज़्यादातर कहानियाँ ऐसे किसी शब्द या इमेज पर खत्म हो जाती हैं, जो रीडर्स को सोचते हुए छोड़ देती है। अगर आपकी कहानी आखिर में अच्छी तरह से "समाप्त" हो जाती है, तो आपने रहस्य और आकर्षण को कुछ हद तक कम कर लिया है।

• वो क्या कहते हैं, को डिस्क्राइब करें। डाइलॉग की कुछ परफेक्ट लाइंस किसी भी किरदार के असली मकसद की पहचान करा सकती हैं -- खासकर अगर वो डाइलॉग उसकी सोच से मेल न खा रहा हो, तब।
• वो क्या करते हैं, को डिस्क्राइब करें। क्या वो शख्स अलार्म के बिना भी रोज सुबह छह बजे उठ जाता है या फिर वो रोज सुबह उठने से पहले कई बार "स्नूज (snooze)" बटन दबाकर घंटों तक भी बिता देता है? हर एक छोटा सा काम भी उस किरदार को बनाने में मदद कर सकता है, हालांकि ये आपको शुरुआत में जरूर बेकाम का नजर आ सकता है।
• वो कैसे नजर आते हैं, को डिस्क्राइब करें। क्या वो इंसान मार्केट जाते वक़्त बहुत अजीब ढ़ंग से तैयार हुआ करता है या फिर किसी बहुत दर्दभरे लम्हे में भी अजीब ढ़ंग से मुस्कुराता है? किसी भी किरदार का फिजिकल अपीयरेंस, उसकी मानसिक स्थिति की भी गवाही दे सकता है।
• वो दूसरों के साथ में किस तरह से बातचीत करते हैं, के बारे में भी बताएं। क्या आपका किरदार बहुत ज्यादा शर्मीला है या फिर वो इना ज्यादा बॉसी है, कि उसके आसपास मौजूद हर एक इंसान, उसके मुँह खुल जाने को लेकर घबराता है? क्या वो इसी वजह से वेटर्स के साथ में अच्छे से पेश आता है, क्योंकि उसकी माँ भी कभी एक वेट्रेस थीं या फिर वो सभी वेटर्स के साथ में इसलिए बदसलूकी करता है, क्योंकि एक वेट्रेस ने उसका दिल दुखाया है या फिर बस उसे ऐसा करना अच्छा लगता है? किसी किरदार के बारे में जाहिर करना, उसके बारे में काफी कुछ उजागर कर सकता है।

• दो किरदारों के बीच में मौजूद डाइलॉग भी उनके बारे में काफी कुछ उजागर कर सकते हैं।
• जो नहीं बोला जा रहा है, उसके ऊपर भी ध्यान दें। उदाहरण के लिए, अगर कोई एक छोटा बच्चा इस बात से दुखी है, कि उसके फादर ने उसका बेसबाल गेम मिस कर दिया, लेकिन फिर भी जब वो दोनों अगली बार मिलते हैं, तो वो गेम के बारे में कोई बात किए बिना, वो उन से पूछता है, कि "आपका काम कैसा हुआ?" ये भी उसके बारे में काफी कुछ उजागर कर सकता है।
• अपने डाइलॉग को बहुत ज्यादा भी ज़ोर देना अवॉइड करें, जैसे कि "हरी ने कहा..." की जगह पर "हरी ने व्यक्त किया..." लिखना।

• फिर चाहे सेटिंग कहानी के लिए बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी न भी हो, रीडर्स को कन्फ़्यूज मत करें और उन्हें ये समझ आने दें, कि ये घटना किस जगह पर घटित हो रही है, फिर चाहे ये जगह दुनिया के किसी कोने में मौजूद एक छोटी सी झोपड़ी या एक अनजाना सा स्कूल जैसा कुछ भी क्यों न हो।
• टाइम पीरियड भी सेटिंग का एक बहुत जरूरी हिस्सा हो सकता है। अगर आपकी कहानी 1960 के वर्ष की है, तो अपने रीडर्स को इसके बारे में भरपूर संकेत दे दें या फिर आप ही इसे बार-बार बताते जाएँ, ताकि वो आधी से ज्यादा कहानी को आज के दौर की समझकर न पढ़ते जाएँ।

• वॉइस (Voice) लेखक के शब्दों के साउंड होने के तरीके को डिस्क्राइब करता है, न कि किरदार के द्वारा बोले जाने वाले शब्दों के साउंड को। शॉर्ट स्टोरी में लिखा हुए हर एक शब्द, लेखक की अपनी वॉइस की पहचान बनाने में अपना योगदान देता है।

• "जानकारियों का भंडार भरना" अवॉइड करें। अपने रीडर्स को कहानी की शुरुआत में ही वो हर एक बात न बताते जाएँ, जो आपको लगती हैं, कि उन्हें मालूम होनी चाहिए । अगर आप कुछ होने के पहले ही, सिर्फ अपने किरदारों को और घटनाओं को बताने के ऊपर तीन पेज बर्बाद कर देंगे, तो आपके रीडर्स बोर हो जाएंगे।
• ट्रिक एंडिंग (एक चालाकी से समाप्त) करने से बचें। कोई भी इंसान किसी कहानी के आखिर में ये जानकर खुश नहीं होगा, कि अब तक जो भी हुआ, वो तो सिर्फ एक ख्वाब था या फिर इसे तो बस एक दूसरे नजरिए से पेश किया जा रहा था। ओ हेनरी (O. Henry) इसी तरह की एंडिंग के लिए फेमस हुई थी, लेकिन अब उसे एक बकवास की तरह माना जाता है।
• इसे बहुत सिंपल रखें: हो सकता है, कि आप ऐसा सोचें, कि शॉर्ट स्टोरी लिखने के लिए एक उन्नत, बनावटी भाषा ही यूज की जाना चाहिए। अगर आप एक हाइ सोसाइटी लाइफ के बारे में कोई कहानी लिख रहे हैं, तो फिर इसे यूज करना आपके लिए ठीक रहेगा, लेकिन ज़्यादातर कान्सैप्ट के लिए, इसे छोटा और सिंपल ही रखना सही माना जाता है।
• डाइलॉग को बहुत ज्यादा भी फैलाने से बचें। नरेशन, नॉन-डाइलॉग को आपके रीडर्स को आपकी कहानी के बारे में बेसिक जानकारी बताने के लिए यूज किया जाना चाहिए। डाइलॉग का यूज किरदार के बारे में, उसके स्ट्रगल के बारे में, उसके रिश्ते बगैरह के बारे में बताने के लिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा यूज किया जाना चाहिए, लेकिन इसे कहानी की "सच्चाई" के लिए नहीं यूज होना चाहिए। जैसे कि, एक किरदार को ऐसा कभी नहीं बोलना चाहिए, कि "मनु, मुझे लगा, कि तुम 20 साल के हो और ये तुम्हारा मुंबई में दूसरा साल है..." क्योंकि ये एक ऐसी बात है, जो कहानी के किरदारों को पहले से ही मालूम है।
• कहानी के असली दांव को एकदम स्पष्ट रखें। किसी भी रीडर को, आपकी कहानी को पढ़ते वक़्त और उसे पूरा पढ़ लेने के बाद, इस सवाल का जवाब देते आना चाहिए, कि "इस कहानी का असली मकसद क्या है?" अगर कोई रीडर कहानी पूरी पढ़ लेता है और उसे अभी तक यही नहीं समझ आता, कि असली मुद्दा क्या है, तो फिर आपकी कहानी फेल हो चुकी है।

अपनी कहानी को रिवाइज करना (दोहराना)

• कभी-कभी आपके द्वारा लिखी जा रही कहानी को एक वर्ड डॉक्यूमेंट में प्रिंट करके भी आपको इसे एक नए नजरिए से देखने में मदद मिल सकती है।
• अगर आप सच में अपनी कहानी को सुधारना चाहते हैं, लेकिन अभी एकदम स्तब्ध हैं, तो उसे कम से कम एक या दो महीने के लिए एक तरफ रख दें। आप खुद ही इस वक़्त के दौरान अपने नजरिए में आए बदलाव को देखकर अचंभित हो जाएंगे।
• अपने काम को कुछ वक़्त के लिए एक तरफ रख देना, एक अच्छा आइडिया होता है, लेकिन इसे इतने ज्यादा वक़्त के लिए भी एक साइड न रखें, कि आपकी इस पर से दिलचस्पी ही खत्म हो जाए।

• फीडबैक केवल तभी मददगार साबित होंगे, जब आप इन्हें अच्छे से स्वीकार करें। अगर आपको लगता है, कि आपने दुनिया की सबसे अच्छी कहानी लिख ली है, तो फिर आप असल में किसी की एक बात भी नहीं सुन सकेंगे।
• पुष्टि कर लें, कि आप आपकी कहानी को सही रीडर्स को ही दे रहे हैं। अगर आप एक साइंस फिक्शन लिख रहे हैं, लेकिन आप आपकी कहानी को एक ऐसे राइटर फ्रेंड को पढ़ने के लिए दे रहे हैं, जिसने आज तक कभी भी साइंस फिक्शन नहीं लिखी है, तो आपको बेस्ट फीडबैक नहीं मिल सकेगा।

• नजरिए में आने वाले बदलाव को बदलने की जरूरत। हो सकता है, कि पहली बार पढ़ने पर आपको आपकी कहानी फर्स्ट पर्सन में ही सबसे अच्छी लगे, लेकिन दूसरी बार पढ़ने पर, शायद आपको ऐसा लगने लगे, कि आपके द्वारा बताई जाने वाली कहानी के लिए थर्ड पर्सन ज्यादा सही रहेगा।
• शब्दों में कमी करना। एक नियम के हिसाब से, अपनी कहानी में से कुछ 250 (ये कम से कम 10 पेज के बराबर लंबी होनी चाहिए) तक शब्दों को कम करने के बाद आप मान सकते हैं, कि आपकी कहानी पूरी हो गई है। आप खुद ही आपकी कहानी में मौजूद गैर-जरूरी शब्दों को पाकर दंग रह जाएंगे।
• किसी भी कन्फ़्यूजन को अलग कर दें। खुद से पूछें, कि अगर ये कहानी आपने खुद न लिखी होती, तो इसमें जो भी कुछ हो रहा है, वो आपको अच्छे समझ आता या नहीं। हो सकता है कि कहानी का जो कान्सैप्ट है, वो आपको बहुत अच्छे से मालूम हो, लेकिन आपके जो रीडर्स हैं, वो शायद इसकी वजह से बहुत ज्यादा कन्फ़्यूज भी हो सकते हैं।
• इसमें फीलिंग्स, साउंड्स बगैरह को शामिल करने की पुष्टि कर लें। फीलिंग्स किसी भी कहानी में एक जान डाल देती हैं। आखिर, वो कहानी ही क्या, जिसमें कोई फीलिंग्स न हों?
• जरूरत हो, तो और भी रिसर्च करें। अगर आप 60 के दशक में पानीपत के एक गाँव के बारे में कुछ लिखना चाह रहे हैं, और फिर आपको लगता है, कि आपको इस वक़्त के बारे में उतनी भी जानकारी नहीं है, जितनी की आपको जरूरत है, तो फिर इस वक़्त पर आपको इस एरा के बारे में एक ठोस कहानी लिखने के हिसाब से कुछ बुक्स को पढ़कर रिसर्च कर लेना चाहिए।
• सुदृढ़ (पर्सिस्टेंस) रहें। जब भी आप परेशान हो जाएँ, तब खुद को बस एक बात याद दिलाएँ, कि कोई भी कहानी अपने पहले ड्राफ्ट में ही परफेक्ट नहीं बन जाती है -- लेकिन अगर आप एक दूसरा, तीसरा और शायद चौथा ड्राफ्ट भी लिखते हैं, तो आप में एक अमेजिंग शॉर्ट स्टोरी लिखने की क्षमता है।
• आप आपके मुख्य किरदारों को कैसा बनाना चाहते हैं, से अवगत रहें। अगर आपको मालूम है, कि ऐसा नहीं हो सकता, तो फिर किसी एक बेवकूफ से बच्चे को एक ऐसा कूल सेंटेन्स न दें, जो बोलना उसके स्वाभाव में ही न हो। अपने किरदारों को भी ठीक वैसे ही जानें, जैसे कि आप खुद को जानते हैं। किसी दिन अपने किरदार के अंदर ही रहें।
• एडिट करते रहें। बेशक, विराम चिह्न (punctuation), स्पेलिंग, ग्रामर और वाक्य बोध को चेक करें--लेकिन बड़े सवालों को इग्नोर मत करें। क्या आपके किरदारों के एक्शन और रिस्पोंस मुमकिन होने लायक हैं? क्या आपने प्लॉट के लिए कोई शॉर्टकट लिया है, जो उसे सांसारिक या बनावटी बनाता है?
• अगर आप बहुत आसानी से दूसरे लोगों की राइटिंग से प्रभावित हो जाते हैं, तो बहुत ज्यादा मत पढ़ें। सिर्फ उन्हीं बुक्स के साथ जुड़े रहें, जिन से आप अवगत हैं, और पढ़ें, की लेखक ने किस तरह से किरदारों को, प्लॉट को और लक्ष्यों को निर्धारित किया है। हालांकि, आपको अपने आप को पिंजरे में भी बंद करके नहीं रखना है।
• आप जहां भी जाएँ, अपने साथ में हमेशा एक नोटबुक लेकर जाएँ, ताकि आप के मन में जब भी कोई आइडिया आए, तो आप उसे फौरन लिख सकें। अगर आपके पास में खाली वक़्त हो, अपनी नोटबुक को निकाल लें और आपके मन में आने वाली सबसे पहली चीज़ को लिखने लगें।
• जब लिख रहे हों, तब ऐसी जगह पर न रुक जाएँ, जहां आप कुछ भी नहीं सोच पा रहे हैं। अगर आप ऐसा करते हैं, तो आप आपकी कहानी को कभी भी खत्म नहीं कर पाएंगे। एक ऐसी जगह पर रुकें, जहां आपके दिमाग में कोई प्लान आ रहा हो।
• एकदम फौरन अपनी कहानी की एडिटिंग करना मत शुरू करें, ऐसे में आपके द्वारा गलतियाँ और खामियों को देखे जाने की कम ही संभावना होती है। जब तक आप आपकी कहानी को एक नए नजरिए से देखने लायक न बन जाएँ, तब तक इंतज़ार करें।
• फ़ाइनल कॉपी तैयार करने से पहले ड्राफ्ट्स जरूर तैयार करें। ये आपको एडिटिंग में बहुत मदद करने वाले हैं।
• एक रोचक कहानी लिखने के लिए डाइलॉग और डिटेल्स बहुत जरूरी होती हैं, रीडर्स को आपके किरदारों की जगह पर रखकर देखें।
• जब एक कहानी लिख रहे हों, तब मुख्य किरदार को फोकस करने की पुष्टि कर लें, लेकिन उसके फ्रेंड्स के बारे में भी कहानियाँ बताने की जगह जरूर छोड़ें। हर मुख्य किरदार को सामने आने के लिए टाइम की जरूरत होती है और उसके फ्रेंड्स की हिस्सेदारी भी जरूरी होती है!
• अपने आप को बहुत ज्यादा भी गंभीरता से मत लें।
• अपनी कहानी लिखने से पहले, किरदारों के नाम और वो किस तरह की पर्सनालिटी को दर्शाने वाले हैं, इन सब की एक लिस्ट बना लें।
• काम करते वक़्त ही एडिट मत करें। ये आपकी लिखने की स्पीड को कम कर देता है। इसकी जगह पर बार-बार ब्रेक लेते रहें और जब आप से हो, तब एडिट करें।
• अपनी कहानी को दिलचस्प बनाने के लिए, कभी किसी दूसरे के काम को चोरी न करें। एक अच्छी कहानी लिखने में हमेशा वक़्त लगता है, तो इसलिए आप अपनी तरफ से धैर्य बनाए रखें!
• कहानी को बहुत ज्यादा भी न खींचें। किसी भी सब्जेक्ट को बहुत ज्यादा भी न खींचें। उसके लिए केवल उतनी ही जानकारी दें, जो उसे समझने और रुचि बनाने के हिसाब से सही हो।
• किसी भी चीज़ को पूरी तरह से उल्लेख करने पर आप कभी इसे खत्म नहीं कर पाएंगे ।
• अपने वाक्यों की लंबाई के अलग-अलग होने की पुष्टि कर लें।
• अपनी फैमिली के जैसे, किसी जाने-माने इंसान के बारे में बहुत करीब से जानकारी देना बहुत आसान होता है। या तो अपने परिवार को अपमानित करने से बचने के लिए किरदारों को पर्याप्त रूप से अलग बनाएँ या फिर आगे जो होने वाला है, उसके लिए तैयार रहें।
• बार-बार बहुत बड़े, भारी-भरकम शब्दों का यूज न करें। ये कुछ इस तरह से अनप्रोफेशनल लगते हैं, जैसे कि आपने आपके कंप्यूटर से आपके लिए इन्हें लिखने को कह दिया है, आपको कोशिश यही करना है, कि बार-बार बोरिंग प्लेन शब्दों का कम ही यूज करें।

दोस्तों हमें खाली समय पर कहानियां पढ़ना काफी पसंद होता है। कहानियां काफी मजेदार होती है और समय आराम से कट जाता है। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कहानियों को पढ़ना जितना आसान है उसे लिखना उतना ही कठिन है। अगर आपके जीवन में भी कोई कहानी हैं और आप उसे शेयर करना चाहते हैं, तो आज मैं आपको कहानी लिखने के अच्छे टिप्स बता रहा हूँ..

Story writing with hints in hindi

1). शार्ट स्टोरी एक बार में लिखें.

अपनी कहानी को हो सके तो कम समय में लिखें। यदि आप एक छोटी कहानी लिख रहे हैं, तो इसे एक बार में लिखने का प्रयास करें। यदि आप एक उपन्यास लिख रहे हैं, तो इसे एक सीज़न (तीन महीने) में लिखने का प्रयास करें। कोशिश करें कि एक बारी की सेटिंग में, मतलब एक ही बार बैठ कर आप एक पूरी शार्ट स्टोरी को लिख पाए। इससे आप एक अच्छी स्टोरी तैयार कर सकते हैं। अगर आप शार्ट स्टोरी के लिए समय तोड़-तोड़ के लिखेंगे, तो कहानी के पात्र भूल सकते हैं।

2). अपने कहानी के हीरो का विकास करें

ज्यादातर कहानियां हीरो के बारे में होती हैं, और यदि आपके पास एक अच्छा हीरो नहीं है, तो आपके पास एक अच्छी कहानी नहीं है। तो इसलिए फोकस स्टोरी के हीरो पर करे। अपने हीरो को और विकसित करने के लिए, खलनायक की तरह अन्य चरित्र का उपयोग करें, नायक का विपरीत, या मूर्ख, चरित्र जो नायक के नरम पक्ष को दिखाता हो।

3). कहानी में सस्पेंस और ड्रामा बनाएं

कहानी को और ज्यादा मजेदार बनाने के लिए कहानी में सस्पेंस और ड्रामा को बनाए रखें। यह पाठकों को ज्यादा समय तक अपनी ओर खींच कर रखेगा। और उन्हें कहानी पढ़ने के लिए ज्यादा प्रभावित करेगा।

4). दिलचस्प बनाये

जब आपकी कहानी में कुछ दिलचस्प होता है जो आपके चरित्र के भाग्य को बदलता है, तो इसके बारे में जल्दी न बताएं। बल्कि उस दृश्य को दिखाने की कोशिश करें, उसमें इमोशन डालने की कोशिश करें। इस प्रकार से लोगों की दिलचस्पी आप की कहानी में बढ़ेगी और उनके भी इमोशंस आपकी कहानी के साथ जुड़ जाएंगे।

5). कहानी में डायलॉग डाले

हर कहानी में डायलॉग होना बहुत जरूरी है। वह उस किरदार को ज्यादा खूबसूरत और ज्यादा प्रभावशाली बनाता है। कहानी के हर कैरेक्टर की अलग-अलग डायलॉग सुने चाहिए जो कि उसका किरदार अच्छी तरह से दिखाता हो।

6). कहानी में जॉनर तय करे

आपको कहानियों के इमोशन्स तय करना है, जैसे कहानी का मुख्य भाव क्या है, कॉमेडी, रोमांटिक, एक्शन इत्यादि। इसका मतलब यह है कि अगर आप कोई मोटिवेशनल कहानी लिख रहे हैं तो आपको यह तय करना होगा कि यह कहानी का जॉनर क्या है? और आगे तक उस से ले कर जाना होगा।

7). प्रभावशाली और संतोषजनक अंत

कहानी का अंत बहुत ही प्रभावशाली और संतोषजनक होना चाहिए। कहानी का अंत जितना ही रहस्यमई होगा, वह पाठकों को उतनी देर तक अपनी ओर खींच कर रखेगा।

8). प्रेरणा डालने की कोशिश करे

कहानी लिखने समय ध्यान रखे की कहानी का कुछ मतलब हो। कहानी पढ़ने के बाद लोगो को कुछ प्रेरणा मिले।

9). सरल भाषा में लिखे

अपनी कहानी सरल भाषा में लिखने की कोशिश करे। जितनी सरल भाषा में कहानी होगी, उतनी लोगो को समझ आएगी।

10). कहानी पढ़े

हर किसी के लाइफ में कुछ कहानी होती हैं, लेकिन उस कहानी लिखना बहुत कठिन हैं। कहानी लिखने का सिखने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका हैं दूसरे के द्वारा लिखी कहानी पढ़े।

Due to a lack of exposure to good Hindi literature, most people in India struggle with creative writing in Hindi. If you are a parent who wants to help improve your child’s writing capabilities or an adult trying to hone your writing skills, this course is for you. This course uses prompts, which can be situations, newspaper articles, images, films, poems, and stories in Hindi. Hindi is one of the official languages of India, with more than 545 million speakers. This Indo-Aryan language is written using the Devanagari script. [1] X Research source The Devanagari alphabet is written from left to right and top to bottom in horizontal lines. The alphabet includes both consonants and vowels. The language also includes more than a thousand conjunct letters, which are used to express clusters of consonants. [2] X Research source

Forming Individual Letters

• The University of North Carolina has a full chart of all the Devanagari letters available at https://taj.oasis.unc.edu/Hindi.Less.25/wrtingsys.htm . Another chart with the letters divided into pronunciation groups is available at https://www.omniglot.com/writing/devanagari.htm .
• Practice a small group of 5 or 6 letters for a few minutes each day. When you can write those letters automatically, move on to the next group of letters. Remember to go back and review the letters periodically so you don't forget what you've learned.

• The strokes that you make are important. Doing them correctly and in order will make it easier when you start connecting letters together to write words. Your letter chart may outline the strokes to be made, or you can search online for other sources that give you the correct ordering of the strokes for each letter.
• The horizontal line at the top of each letter is always the last stroke to finish the letter. When you practice, try to keep the letters close to the same size, so this line is always at roughly the same height.

• For example, अ is a short a , which has a sound similar to the a in the English word "about." Add another vertical line after the first to make a long a , आ. This vowel has a sound similar to the a in the English word "father."

• All consonants are attached to a short a , unless specified otherwise. Therefore, the short a , or अ, does not have a matra , or dependent form.
• Each vowel's matra is 1 or 2 strokes appended to the consonant the vowel is attached to. For example, the matra for a long a is ा (with the circle showing where the consonant should go). A long a attached to the letter sa would look like this: सा.

• You might also practice the consonant with the different vowel matras, so you know how to write these syllables. Since Hindi is a phonetic language, this will help you when you start reading and writing words.

• The script tutor available at https://www.hindibhasha.com/ is recommended by many university language departments for learning Devanagari script.

Creating Short Words

• For some letters, such as the short a , the line isn't over the entire letter. Keep this in mind when you're connecting multiple letters together. [9] X Research source

• For example, a Hindi word most people are familiar with is "namaste." This greeting, written in the Devanagari script, is नमस्ते.
• Writing polite words and phrases is also important. For example, if you wanted to say "thank you" in a letter, you would write धन्यवाद.

• You can find the words and script on many language learning websites. For example, many of the words for parts of the body included in the song are available at https://blogs.transparent.com/hindi/hindi-vocabulary-for-body-parts/ . You can also use a Hindi-English dictionary to find translations for the words you need.

• Start with a handful of large objects. Once you've committed them to memory, you can add a few more. You might also go from a large object to a small object. For example, you could label your bed (बिस्तर), then later add words for "pillow" or "blanket."
• The University of North Carolina has an extensive introductory program on Hindi and the Devanagari script available online for free at https://taj.oasis.unc.edu/ . This program includes lessons on Hindi grammar and vocabulary, as well as listening exercises and quizzes to test your knowledge. Many of the vocabulary words can be used to label items around your home.

Writing Full Sentences

• For example, in English, you might say "these tomatoes are cheap." However, the Hindi sentence would read "ये टमाटर सस्ते हैं।" The literal translation would be "these tomatoes cheap are."

• If you use a period rather than the purn viraam , most Hindi readers and speakers will understand the mark to mean the same thing.
• Hindi does not have a separate mark to indicate a space between words. Simply type a space as you would in a language, such as English, that uses the Latin alphabet.

• For example, to write "What is your name?" you would write: "आपका नाम क्या है?" This literally translates to "Your name what is?"

• Colorado State University has an extensive list of Hindi resources on the internet available at http://www.cs.colostate.edu/~malaiya/hindilinks.html .
• Reading children's books is also a good way to become more familiar with the language and learn simple words and phrases. Check the Learning Hindi website for links to digital files of children's books that you can download for free.

एक समय की बात है, एक गांव में ढेर सारे मुर्गे  रहते थे। गांव के बच्चे ने किसी एक मुर्गे को तंग कर दिया था। मुर्गा परेशान हो गया, उसने सोचा अगले दिन सुबह मैं आवाज नहीं करूंगा। सब सोते रहेंगे तब मेरी अहमियत सबको समझ में आएगी, और मुझे तंग नहीं करेंगे। मुर्गा अगली सुबह कुछ नहीं बोला।  सभी लोग समय पर उठ कर अपने-अपने काम में लग गए इस पर मुर्गे को समझ में आ गया कि किसी के बिना कोई काम नहीं रुकता। सबका काम चलता रहता है।

2. शेर का आसन

शेर जंगल का राजा होता है। वह अपने जंगल में सब को डरा कर रहता है। शेर भयंकर और बलशाली होता है। एक दिन शहर का राजा जंगल में घूमने गया। शेर ने देखा राजा हाथी पर आसन लगा कर बैठा है। शेर के मन में भी हाथी पर आसन लगाकर बैठने का उपाय सुझा। शेर ने जंगल के सभी जानवरों को बताया और आदेश दिया कि हाथी पर एक आसन लगाया जाए। बस क्या था झट से आसन लग गया। शेर उछलकर हाथी पर लगे आसन मैं जा बैठा। हाथी जैसे ही आगे की ओर चलता है, आसन हिल जाता है और शेर नीचे धड़ाम से गिर जाता है। शेर की टांग टूट गई शेर खड़ा होकर कहने लगा – ‘ पैदल चलना ही ठीक रहता है। ‘

3. रेलगाड़ी

पिंकी बहुत प्यारी लड़की है। पिंकी कक्षा दूसरी में पढ़ती है। एक दिन उसने अपनी किताब में रेलगाड़ी देखी।  उसे अपनी रेल – यात्रा याद आ गई, जो कुछ दिन पहले पापा-मम्मी के साथ की थी। पिंकी ने चौक उठाई और फिर क्या था, दीवार पर रेलगाड़ी का इंजन बना दिया। उसमें पहला डब्बा जुड़ गया , दूसरा डब्बा जुड़ गया , जुड़ते – जुड़ते कई सारे डिब्बे जुड़ गए। जब चौक खत्म हो गया पिंकी उठी उसने देखा कक्षा के आधी दीवार पर रेलगाड़ी बन चुकी थी। फिर क्या हुआ  – रेलगाड़ी दिल्ली गई  ,  मुंबई गई , अमेरिका गई , नानी के घर गई , और दादाजी के घर भी गई।

4. शरारती चूहा

गोलू के घर में एक शरारती चूहा आ गया। वह बहुत छोटा सा था मगर सारे घर में भागा चलता था। उसने गोलू की किताब भी कुतर डाली थी। कुछ कपड़े भी कुतर दिए थे। गोलू की मम्मी जो खाना बनाती और बिना ढके रख देती , वह चूहा उसे भी चट कर जाता था। चूहा खा – पीकर बड़ा हो गया था। एक दिन गोलू की मम्मी ने एक बोतल में शरबत बनाकर रखा। शरारती चूहे की नज़र बोतल पर पड़ गयी। चूहा कई तरकीब लगाकर थक गया था, उसने शरबत पीना था।

चूहा बोतल पर चढ़ा किसी तरह से ढक्कन को खोलने में सफल हो जाता है।  अब उसमें चूहा मुंह घुसाने की कोशिश करता है। बोतल का मुंह छोटा था मुंह नहीं घुसता। फिर चूहे को आइडिया आया उसने अपनी पूंछ बोतल में डाली। पूंछ  शरबत से गीली हो जाती है  उसे चाट-चाट कर  चूहे का पेट भर गया। अब वह गोलू के तकिए के नीचे बने अपने बिस्तर पर जा कर आराम से करने लगा।

नैतिक शिक्षा – मेहनत करने से कोई कार्य असम्भव नहीं होता।

5. बिल्ली बच गई

ढोलू-मोलू दो भाई थे। दोनों खूब खेलते, पढ़ाई करते और कभी-कभी खूब लड़ाई भी करते थे। एक दिन दोनों अपने घर के पीछे खेल रहे थे। वहां एक कमरे में बिल्ली के दो छोटे-छोटे बच्चे थे। बिल्ली की मां कहीं गई हुई थी , दोनों बच्चे अकेले थे। उन्हें भूख लगी हुई थी इसलिए  खूब रो रहे थे। ढोलू-मोलू ने दोनों बिल्ली के बच्चों की आवाज सुनी और अपने दादाजी को बुला कर लाए।

दादा जी ने देखा दोनों बिल्ली के बच्चे भूखे थे। दादा जी ने उन दोनों बिल्ली के बच्चों को खाना खिलाया और एक एक कटोरी दूध पिलाई। अब बिल्ली की भूख शांत हो गई। वह दोनों आपस में खेलने लगे। इसे देखकर  ढोलू-मोलू बोले बिल्ली बच गई दादाजी ने ढोलू-मोलू को शाबाशी दी।

रितेश का कक्षा तीसरी में पढ़ता था।  उसके पास तीन छोटे प्यारे प्यारे खरगोश थे। रितेश अपने खरगोश को बहुत प्यार करता था। वह स्कूल जाने से पहले पाक से हरे-भरे कोमल घास लाकर अपने खरगोश को खिलाता था। और फिर स्कूल जाता था। स्कूल से आकर भी उसके लिए घास लाता था।

एक  दिन की बात है रितेश को स्कूल के लिए देरी हो रही थी। वह घास नहीं ला सका, और स्कूल चला गया। जब स्कूल से आया तो खरगोश अपने घर में नहीं था। रितेश ने खूब ढूंढा परंतु कहीं नहीं मिला। सब लोगों से पूछा मगर खरगोश कहीं भी नहीं मिला।

रितेश उदास हो गया रो-रोकर आंखें लाल हो गई। रितेश अब पार्क में बैठ कर रोने लगा। कुछ देर बाद वह देखता है कि उसके तीनों खरगोश घास खा रहे थे , और खेल रहे थे। रितेश को खुशी हुई और वह समझ गया कि इन को भूख लगी थी इसलिए यह पार्क में आए हैं। मुझे भूख लगती है तो मैं मां से खाना मांग लेता हूं। पर इनकी तो मैं भी नहीं है। उसे दुख भी हुआ और खरगोश को मिलने की खुशी हुई।

7. दोस्त का महत्व

वेद गर्मी की छुट्टी में अपनी नानी के घर जाता है। वहां वेद को खूब मजा आता है , क्योंकि नानी के आम का बगीचा है। वहां वेद ढेर सारे आम खाता है और खेलता है। उसके पांच दोस्त भी हैं, पर उन्हें बेद आम नहीं खिलाता है।

सुरीली सोच में पड़ गई , इतनी तेज बारिश में खाना कहां से लाऊंगी। मगर खाना नहीं लाया तो बच्चों का भूख कैसे शांत होगा। काफी देर सोचने के बाद सुरीली ने एक लंबी उड़ान भरी और पंडित जी के घर पहुंच गई।

पंडित जी ने प्रसाद में मिले चावल दाल और फलों को आंगन में रखा हुआ था। चिड़िया ने देखा और बच्चों के लिए अपने मुंह में ढेर सारा चावल रख लिया। और झटपट वहां से उड़ गई।

घोसले में पहुंचकर चिड़िया ने सभी बच्चों को चावल का दाना खिलाया। बच्चों का पेट भर गया, वह सब चुप हो गए और आपस में खेलने लगे।

मोरल – संसार में मां की ममता का कोई जोड़ नहीं है अपनी जान विपत्ति में डालकर भी अपने बच्चों के हित में कार्य करती है।

9. रानी की शक्ति

रानी एक चींटी का नाम है जो अपने दल से भटक चुकी है। घर का रास्ता नहीं मिलने के कारण , वह काफी देर से परेशान हो रही थी। रानी के घर वाले एक सीध में जा रहे थे। तभी जोर की हवा चली, सभी बिखर गए। रानी भी अपने परिवार से दूर हो गई। वह अपने घर का रास्ता ढूंढने में परेशान थी।

काफी देर भटकने के बाद उसे जोर से भूख और प्यास लगी।

रानी जोर से रोती हुई जा रही थी।

रास्ते में उसे गोलू के जेब से गिरी हुई टॉफी मिल गई। रानी के भाग्य खुल गए।  उसे भूख लग रही थी और खाने को टॉफी मिल गया था। रानी ने जी भर के टोपी खाया अब उसका पेट भर गया।

रानी ने सोचा क्यों ना इसे घर ले चलूँ , घर वाले भी खाएंगे।

टॉफी बड़ा थी, रानी उठाने की कोशिश करती और गिर जाती। रानी ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी। वह दोनों हाथ और मुंह से टॉफी को मजबूती से पकड़ लेती है ।

घसीटते -घसीटते वह अपने घर पहुंच गई। उसके मम्मी – पापा और भाई-बहनों ने देखा तो वह भी दौड़कर आ गए। टॉफी उठाकर अपने घर के अंदर ले गए।

10. मोती का मित्र

11. बलवान कछुए की मूर्खता

एक सरोवर में विशाल नाम का एक कछुआ रहा करता था। उसके पास एक मजबूत कवच था। यह कवच शत्रुओं से बचाता था। कितनी बार उसकी जान कवच के कारण बची थी।

एक बार भैंस तालाब पर पानी पीने आई थी। भैंस का पैर विशाल पर पड़ गया था। फिर भी विशाल को नहीं हुआ। उसकी जान कवच से बची थी। उसे काफी खुशी हुई क्योंकि बार-बार उसकी जान बच रही थी।

यह कवच विशाल को कुछ दिनों में भारी लगने लगा। उसने सोचा इस कवच से बाहर निकल कर जिंदगी को जीना चाहिए। अब मैं बलवान हो गया हूं , मुझे कवच की जरूरत नहीं है।

आज उसने अपना कवच नहीं पहना था। जिसके कारण काफी चोट जोर से लग रही थी।

13. चुनमुन के बच्चे

बच्चों की प्यारी गोरैया चिड़िया । यह सबके घर में प्यार से रहती है। जो दाना-पानी देता है, उसके घर तो मस्ती से रहती है। कूलर के पीछे चुनमुन का घोंसला है। उसके तीन बच्चे है , यह अभी उड़ना नहीं जानते।

चुनमुन के बच्चों ने उड़ना सिखाने के लिए तंग कर दिया।

चुनमुन कहती अभी थोड़ी और बड़ी हो जाओ तब सिखाएंगे। बच्चे दिनभर ची ची ची ची  करके चुनमुन को परेशान करते।

एक दिन चुनमुन ने बच्चों को उड़ना सिखाने के लिए कहा।

अपने दोनों हाथों में उठाकर आसमान में ले गई। उन्हें छोड़ दिया, वह धीरे-धीरे उड़ रही थी।

जब बच्चे गिरने लगते चुनमुन उन्हें अपने पीठ पर बैठा लेती।  फिर उड़ने के लिए कहती।

ऐसा करते करते चुनमुन के बच्चे आसमान में उड़ने लगे थे।

चुनमुन ने सभी को घर चलने के लिए कहा।

सब मां के पीछे-पीछे घर लौट आए।

14. कालिया को मिली सजा

कालिया से पूरा गली परेशान था। गली से निकलने वाले लोगों को कभी भों भों करके डराता। कभी काटने दौड़ता था। डर से बच्चों ने उस गली में अकेले जाना छोड़ दिया था।

कोई बच्चा गलती से उस गली में निकल जाता तो , उसके हाथों से खाने की चीज छीन कर भाग जाता ।

कालिया ने अपने दोस्तों को भी परेशान किया हुआ था।

सब को डरा कर वाह अपने को गली का सेट समझने लगा था। उसके झुंड में एक छोटा सा शेरू नाम का डॉगी भी था।

वह किसी को परेशान नहीं करता, छोटे बच्चे भी उसे खूब प्यार करते थे।

एक दिन शेरू को राहुल ने एक रोटी ला कर दिया।

शेरू बहुत खुश हुआ उस रोटी को लेकर गाड़ी के नीचे भाग गया। वहीं बैठ कर खाने लगा।

कालिया ने शेरू को रोटी खाता हुआ देख जोर से झटका और रोटी लेकर भाग गया।

शेरू जोर-जोर से रोने लगा।

राहुल ने अपने पापा से बताया। उसके पापा कालिया की हरकत को जानते थे। वह पहले भी देख चुके थे।

15. सच्ची मित्रता

अजनार के जंगल में दो बलशाली शेर सूरसिंह और सिंहराज रहते थे। सुरसिंह अब बूढ़ा हो चला था। अब वह अधिक शिकार नहीं कर पाता था।

सिंहराज उसके लिए शिकार करता और भोजन ला कर देता।

सिंहराज जब शिकार पर निकलता , सूरसिंह अकेला हो जाता।

डर के मारे कोई पशु उसके पास नहीं जाते थे ।

आज सुरसिंह को अकेला देख सियार का झुंड टूट पड़ा। आज सियार को बड़ा शिकार मिला था।

चारों तरफ से सियारों ने सुरसिंह को नोच-नोच कर जख्मी कर दिया था।

वह बेहोश की हालत में हो गया।

अचानक सिंहराज वहां दहाड़ता हुआ आ गया।

सिंहराज को वहां आता देख, सियारों के प्राण सूख गए।

सिंह राज ने देखते ही देखते सभी सियारों को खदेड़ दिया। जिसके कारण उसके मित्र सुरसिंह की जान बच सकी

16. बिच्छू और संत

बिच्छू स्वभाव का उग्र होता है। वह सदैव दूसरों को नुकसान पहुंचाता है। संत स्वभाव से शांत होता है। वह दूसरों का कल्याण करता है।

बरसात का दिन था। एक बिच्छू नाले में तेजी से बेहता जा रहा था।संत ने बिच्छू को नाली में बहता देख।

अपने हाथ से पकड़कर बाहर निकाला।

बिच्छू ने अपने स्वभाव के कारण संत को डंक मारकर नाले में गिर गया।

संत ने बिच्छू को फिर अपने हाथ से निकाला। बिच्छू ने संत को फिर डंक मारा।

ऐसा दो-तीन बार और हुआ।

पास ही वैद्यराज का घर था। वह संत को देख रहे थे। वैद्यराज दौड़ते हुए आए। उन्होंने बिच्छू को एक डंडे के सहारे दूर फेंक दिया।

संत से कहा – आप जानते हैं बिच्छू का स्वभाव नुकसान पहुंचाने का होता है।

फिर भी आपने उसको अपने हाथ से बचाया। आप ऐसा क्यों कर रहे थे ?

संत ने कहा वह अपना स्वभाव नहीं बदल सकता तो, मैं अपना स्वभाव कैसे बदल लूं !

मोरल – विषम परिस्थितियों में भी अपने स्वभाव को नहीं बदलना चाहिए।

17. महात्मा बना विषधर

गांव के बाहर पीपल बड़ा वृक्ष था। यह वृक्ष 200 साल से अधिक पुराना था। गांव के लोग उस वृक्ष के नीचे नहीं जाते थे। वहां एक भयंकर विषधर सांप रहा करता था। कई बार उसने चारा खा रही बकरियों को काट लिया था।

गांव के लोगों में उसका डर था। गांव में रामकृष्ण परमहंस आए हुए थे।

लोगों ने उस विषधर का इलाज करने को कहा।

रामकृष्ण परमहंस उस वृक्ष के नीचे गए और विषधर को बुलाया। विषधर क्रोध में परमहंस जी के सामने आंख खड़ा हुआ। विषधर को जीवन का ज्ञान देकर परमहंस वहां से चले गए।

विषधर अब शांत स्वभाव का हो गया। वह किसी को काटना नहीं था।

गांव के लोग भी बिना डरे उस वृक्ष के नीचे जाने लगे।

एक दिन जब रामकृष्ण परमहंस गांव लौट कर आए।

उन्होंने देखा बच्चे पीपल के पेड़ के नीचे खेल रहे हैं। वह विषधर को परेशान कर रहे थे। विषधर कुछ नहीं कर रहा है।

18. चिंटू पिंटू की शरारत

चिंटू-पिंटू दोनों भाई थे, दोनों की उम्र लगभग 2 साल की होगी। दोनों खूब शरारत करते थे। चिंटू ज्यादा शरारती था। वह पिंटू के सूंढ़ को अपने सूंढ़ में लपेटकर खींचता और कभी धक्का देकर गिरा देता।

एक दिन की बात है, दोनों खेल में लड़ते-झगड़ते दौड़ रहे थे।

चिंटू का पैर फिसल जाता है, वह एक गड्ढे में गिर जाता है।

चिंटू काफी मशक्कत करता है फिर भी वह बाहर नहीं निकल पाता।

पिंटू उसे अपने सूंढ़ से ऊपर खींचने की कोशिश करता। मगर उसकी कोशिश नाकाम रहती।

19. साहस का परिचय

जंगल में सुंदर-सुंदर हिरण रहा करते थे। उसमें एक सुरीली नाम की हिरनी थी। उसकी बेटी मृगनैनी अभी पांच महीने की थी। मृगनैनी अपनी मां के साथ जंगल में घूमा करती थी।

एक दिन मृगनैनी अपने मां के साथ घूम रही थी, तभी दो गीदड़ आ गए।

वह मृगनैनी को मार कर खाना चाहते थे।

सुरीली दोनों गीदड़ को अपने सिंघ से मार-मार कर रोक रही थी।

20. मुकेश की पेंटिंग स्वच्छता के लिए

मुकेश कोई छः – सात साल का होगा। उसे पेंटिंग करना और क्रिकेट खेलना बेहद पसंद है। खाली समय में वह क्रिकेट खेलता और पेंटिंग बनाया करता था।

पेंटिंग की कोई भी प्रतियोगिता स्कूल में होती, तो उसमें वह प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करता। मुकेश की पेंटिंग की सराहना स्कूल में भी की जाती थी।

मुकेश जब भी स्कूल जाता उसे रास्ते में कूड़ेदान से होकर गुजरना पड़ता था।

लोग पटरियों पर कूड़ा फेंक देते और दीवार के सामने पेशाब भी करते थे, जिसके कारण वहां काफी बदबू आती थी। मुकेश को यह सब अच्छा नहीं लगता था।

एक दिन की बात है प्रधानमंत्री स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम के लिए सभी विद्यार्थियों को सहयोग करने के लिए कह रहे थे। मुकेश को आइडिया आया उसने कूड़ेदान के पास जाकर खूब सारी पेंटिंग दीवार पर बना दी। वह पेंटिंग इतनी खूबसूरत थी कि कोई भी व्यक्ति वहां से गुजरते हुए। उस पेंटिंग की सराहना करते जाता था।

धीरे-धीरे वहां से लोगों ने कूड़ा फेंकना बंद कर दिया, और इतनी खूबसूरत पेंटिंग दीवार पर थी कि कोई अब वहां खड़े होकर पेशाब भी नहीं करता था। देखते ही देखते वह रास्ता साफ हो गया था।

मुकेश को अब स्कूल और घर के बीच किसी प्रकार की गंदगी दिखाई नहीं देती थी। इसे देखकर वह काफी खुश होता था।

कुछ बड़ा कर गुजरने की कोई आयु नहीं होती। अपनी प्रतिभा से समाज को भी बदला जा सकता है।

21. करुणा का प्रहार

अब्दुल के पास एक बकरी थी , उस बकरी का एक छोटा सा बच्चा था। अब्दुल दोनों को प्यार करता उनके लिए खेत से नरम और मुलायम घास लाता।

दोनों बकरियां घास को खाकर खुश रहती थी।

अब्दुल को दूर से देखकर झटपट दौड़ उसके पास पहुंच जाया करती थी।

अब्दुल चौथी कक्षा में पढ़ता था।

एक दिन जब वह स्कूल गया हुआ था।

उसके अम्मी – अब्बू ने बकरी के बच्चे का सौदा सलीम से कर दिया।

सलीम जब उस बच्चे को लेकर जाने लगा बकरी समझ गई। उसके बच्चे को यह लोग ले जा रहे हैं।

बकरी जोर – जोर से चिल्लाने लगी

उसकी आंखों से आंसुओं की धारा बह रही थी। काफी प्रयत्न कर रही थी, किंतु वह रस्सी से बंधी हुई थी।

सलीम बच्चे को लेकर काफी दूर निकल गया।

बच्चा भी जोर जोर से चिल्ला रहा था। वह अपनी मां को पुकार रहा था।  मां की करुणा आंसुओं में बह रही थी, किंतु बेबस थी।

बकरी ने अंतिम समय सोचा , अगर अभी प्रयत्न नहीं किया तो वह अपने बच्चे से कभी नहीं मिल पाएगी। ऐसा सोचते हुए एक बार जोरदार प्रयास किया। रस्सी का फंदा बकरी के गले से टूट गया।  वह बकरी जान – प्राण लेकर सलीम की ओर भागी।

अपने बच्चे को देखकर बकरी ने सलीम पर जोरदार प्रहार किया। काफी समय सलीम को मशक्कत करते हो गई , किंतु बकरी के प्रहार को रोक नहीं पाया। एकाएक अनेकों प्रहार बकरी करती रही।

अंत में सलीम हार मान गया और बकरी के बच्चे को वहीं छोड़कर। अब्दुल के अम्मी – अब्बू से अपने पैसे लेकर वापस लौट आया।

अब्दुल जब वापस लौट कर आया उसे पड़ोसियों ने पूरी घटना बता दी। जिसके बाद वह अपने मां-बाप से गुस्सा हो गया। मां बाप ने काफी समझाया किंतु उसने किसी की एक न सुनी।  क्योंकि वह बकरी उसके लिए अमूल्य थे जिसे वह बेचना चाह रहे थे।

• मां की करुणा के प्रहार से बड़ी से बड़ी शक्तियां पराजित हो जाती है। मां अपने बच्चे के लिए अपना जीवन भी दांव पर लगा देती है।

22. और बन गई क्रिकेट टीम

राजू पार्क में उदास बैठा था , आज उसके दोस्त खेलने नहीं आए थे। राजू के पास एक गेंद थी , किंतु बैट और मित्र नहीं थे। वह अकेले ही गेंद के साथ मायूसी से खेल रहा था। पार्क में अन्य बालक भी क्रिकेट खेल रहे थे , किंतु राजू उन्हें जानता नहीं था। इसलिए वह अकेला ही कभी गेंद से खेलता और कभी बैठ कर उन बालकों को खेलता हुआ देखता रहता।

कुछ देर बाद सामने खेल रहे बालकों की गेंद पड़ोस के एक बंद घर में जा गिरी।

वहां से गेंद के लौट का आना असंभव था , और कोई बालक उसे लेने के लिए भीतर भी नहीं जा सकता था। अब उन बालकों का भी खेलना बंद हो गया। वह सभी उदास हो गए , क्योंकि अब वह भी क्रिकेट नहीं खेल सकते थे।

उन बालकों की नजर राजू के ऊपर गई , जिसके पास गेंद थी।

फिर क्या था , उन लोगों ने राजू को खेलने के लिए अपने पास बुला लिया। राजू खेलने में अच्छा था। इसलिए काफी बेहतरीन शॉर्ट लगा सकता था। गेंद को पकड़ने के लिए और बालकों की आवश्यकता हुई। जिस पर पार्क में खेल रहे और बालक भी उनसे जुड़ गए। और फिर देखते देखते दो दल बन गया।

इस प्रकार राजू की एक नई क्रिकेट टीम तैयार हो गई।

23. स्वयं का नुकसान

शहर में एक छोटी सी दुकान , जिसमें कुछ चिप्स , पापड़ , टॉफी , बिस्किट आदि की बिक्री होती थी। यह दुकान अब्दुल मियां की थी। इनकी हालात सभी लोगों को मालूम थी , इसलिए ना चाहते हुए भी आस पड़ोस के लोग कुछ ऐसा सामान ले लिया करते थे। जिससे अब्दुल मियां की कुछ कमाई हो जाए।

दुकान में चूहों ने भी अपना डेरा जमा लिया था। दुकान में एक से बढ़कर एक शरारती चूहे आ गए थे।

इन चूहों ने टॉफी और बिस्किट को नुकसान पहुंचाना चालू कर दिया था।

अब्दुल काफी परेशान हो गया था , उसे समझ नहीं आ रहा था कि वह इस शरारत से कैसे बचे।

एक दिन की बात है, अब्दुल बैठा हुआ था तीन – चार चूहे आपस में लड़ रहे थे।

अब्दुल को गुस्सा आया उसने एक डंडा उन चूहों की ओर जोर से चलाया।

चूहे उछल कर भाग गए, किंतु वह डंडा इतना तेज चलाया गया था कि टॉफी रखने वाली शीशे की जार टूट गई।

ऐसा करने से और भी बड़ा नुकसान हो गया।

निष्कर्ष – क्रोध में किसी प्रकार का कार्य नहीं करना चाहिए , यह स्वयं के लिए नुकसानदेह होता है।

24. अपने गलती का पछतावा

गोपाल के घर पांच भैंस और एक गाय थी। वह सभी भैंसों की दिनभर देखभाल किया करता था। उनके लिए दूर-दूर से हरी – हरी घास काटकर लाया करता और उनको खिलाता। गाय , भैंस गोपाल की सेवा से खुश थी।

सुबह – शाम इतना दूध हो जाता , गोपाल का परिवार उस दूध को बेचने पर विवश हो जाता।

पूरे गांव में गोपाल के घर से दूध बिकने लगा।

अब गोपाल को काम करने में और भी मजा आ रहा था , क्योंकि इससे उसकी आर्थिक स्थिति भी मजबूत हो रही थी।

कुछ दिनों से गोपाल परेशान होने लगा , क्योंकि उसके रसोईघर में एक बड़ी सी बिल्ली ने आंखें जमा ली थी। गोपाल जब भी दूध को रसोई घर में रखकर निश्चिंत होता। बिल्ली दूध पी जाती और उन्हें जूठा भी कर जाती। गोपाल ने कई बार उस बिल्ली को भगाया और मारने के लिए दौड़ाया , किंतु बिल्ली झटपट दीवार चढ़ जाती और भाग जाती।

एक  दिन गोपाल ने परेशान होकर बिल्ली को सबक सिखाने की सोंची ।

जूट की बोरी का जाल बिछाया गया , जिसमें बिल्ली आसानी से फंस गई।

अब क्या था गोपाल ने पहले डंडे से उसकी पिटाई करने की सोची।

बिल्ली इतना जोर – जोर से झपट रही थी गोपाल उसके नजदीक नहीं जा सका।

किंतु आज सबक सिखाना था , गोपाल ने एक माचिस की तीली जलाई और उस बोरे पर फेंक दिया।

देखते ही देखते बोरा धू-धू कर जलने लगा , बिल्ली अब पूरी शक्ति लगाकर भागने लगी।

बिल्ली जिधर जिधर भागती , वह आग लगा बोरा उसके पीछे पीछे होता।

देखते ही देखते बिल्ली पूरा गांव दौड़ गई।

पूरे गांव से आग लगी……………….. आग लगी  , बुझाओ …….बुझाओ

इस प्रकार की आवाज उठने लगी। बिल्ली ने पूरा गांव जला दिया।

गोपाल का घर भी नहीं बच पाया था।

आवेग और स्वयं की गलती का फल खुद को तो भोगना पड़ता ही है , साथ में दूसरे लोग भी उसकी सजा भुगतते हैं।

25. दद्दू की चोट पर हुई किसकी पिटाई

दद्दू और मोहित दोनों भाई थे। दोनों एक ही विद्यालय में पढ़ते थे , मोहित दद्दू से 2 साल बड़ा था। दोनों एक साथ स्कूल जाते , लौटते समय भी दोनों साथ ही आते थे।

एक दिन की बात है दद्दू अपने दोस्तों के साथ साथ , तेज कदमों से घर की ओर लौट रहा था। अचानक उसका पैर एक पत्थर पर पड़ा , कंधे पर किताब – कॉपी का बोझ लदा था , वह संभल नहीं पाया और गिर गया।

दद्दू को चोट लग गई , उसका घुटना छिल गया………….

जिससे दद्दू जोर जोर से रोने लगा।

पीछे मोहित आ रहा था दौड़ कर झट से अपने भाई को उठा लिया।

मोहित समझदार था दद्दू को काफी समझाया किंतु वह चुप नहीं हो रहा था।

मोहित ने झटपट एक उपाय सोचा और सड़क पर 4-5 लात जोर से मारी और दद्दू को कहा लो इसने तुम्हें चोट लगाया था मैंने इसे चोट लगा दिया।

दद्दू अब सोच में पड़ गया , उसने भी 8 -10 लात मारी।

उसके और दोस्त थे ,

वह भी सड़क पर उछलने लगे जिससे सड़क को और चोट लगे।

बस क्या था , अब यह मनोरंजन का साधन बन गया। कुछ देर बाद सभी वहां से जा चुके थे।

घर पहुंच कर मोहित ने दद्दू के चोट को दिखाया और डिटॉल तथा साफ पानी से घाव को साफ किया गया।

संदेश – समय पर लिया गया निर्णय सर्वदा ठीक होता है।

26 कुम्हार का वात्सल्य रूप

आज लकड़ी काटने के लिए मदन घूमता रहा, किंतु उसे कोई सूखा पेड़ नहीं मिला। वह प्रकृति से इतना जुड़ा हुआ था कि वह हरे-भरे वृक्षों को अपने कुल्हाड़ी के चोट से नहीं काटता। पेड़-पौधों को वह बेटे के समान मानता था और बेटे की हत्या मानव कभी कर ही नहीं सकता।

मदन बेहद गरीब था, घर में बुजुर्ग मां-बाप, पत्नी और दो छोटे-छोटे बच्चे थे। उनका भरण-पोषण मदन के कार्य से ही चलता था। मदन दिनभर जंगलों में घूमता लकड़ियां जमा करता और शाम तक बाजार में बेचकर खाने-पीने का सामान घर ले आता। इसी से पूरा घर दो वक्त की रोटी खा पाता था।

न जाने आज कैसा दिन था कि आज उसे कोई सुखी लकड़ी या सुखा पेड़ मिल ही नहीं रहा था। वह थक हार कर एक जगह बैठ गया वह आज बेहद दुखी था कि आज उसे घर ले जाने के लिए अन्य पानी का प्रबंध नहीं हो सका। वह सोचते सोचते बेसुध हो गया और वहीं लेट गया।

प्रकृति सदैव मानव की रक्षा करती है, मानव के जीवन का एक अभिन्न अंग होती है और मनुष्य को प्रकृति पुत्र के समान पालन करती है।

मदन की ऐसी हालत देख प्रकृति में भी उदासी का भाव था। तभी अचानक एक अनोखी घटना घटती है, पेड़ों से शीतल हवा बहने लगती है।

मदन कि अचानक नींद खुलती है तो वह अपने नजदीक एक कपड़े की पोटली पाता है। यह पोटली पेड़ों से चलने वाली हवाओं के साथ मदन के पास आया था।

इस पोटली का रहस्य यह था – कुछ दिन पूर्व एक भले आदमी को लूट कर जंगली डाकू भाग रहे थे, तभी अचानक उनका पैर फिसला और वह पहाड़ों की दुर्गम खाई में जा गिरे जिससे उनकी मृत्यु हो गई। यह पोटली गिरते समय डाकुओं के हाथ से छिटक कर पेड़ पर टंग गई थी। आज आवश्यकता की घड़ी में मदन को उन पैसों से सहायता हो सकी।

मोरल – जब आप किसी की सहायता करते हैं निर्दोष लोगों को परेशान नहीं करते तो प्रकृति भी आपकी सहायता करती है। जब आप प्रकृति का नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं तो प्रकृति भी आप को नुकसान पहुंचाती है, यह नुकसान दीर्घकालिक होता है।

27. बड़े भैया का रुमाल

राजू तीसरी कक्षा में पढ़ता है , उसका बड़ा भाई कार्तिक भी उसी विद्यालय में पांचवी कक्षा में पढ़ता है। दोनों भाई एक साथ विद्यालय जाते-आते थे।  रास्ते में दोनों खूब मस्तियां किया करते थे। कार्तिक के पास एक रुमाल था , जिसे वह हमेशा डिटॉल से धोकर साफ-सुथरा रखता था। राजू अपने भैया को हमेशा देखता वह अपने पास सोचता भैया रूमाल को रखते है?

थोड़ी सी भी गंदगी होने पर उसे साफ करते और फिर उसे मोड़ कर अपनी जेब में रख लेते। रुमाल की गंदगी उन्हें पसंद नहीं थी। राजू को इन सब बातों की समझ नहीं थी , वह सोचता रहता था कि बड़े भैया ऐसा क्यों करते हैं , लेकिन कभी उसके समझ में नहीं आया।

एक दिन की बात है राजू झूला झूल रहा था तभी उसके हाथ से झूला छूट गया और वह जमीन पर गिर गया। जमीन पर गिरते ही राजू के घुटने में चोट आ गई जिसके कारण उसके घुटने से खून बहने लगा। कार्तिक ने अपने भाई को देखा तो वह जल्दी से दौड़ता हुआ आया और अपने जेब से रुमाल निकाल कर घाव पर बांध दिया। जिसके कारण खून बहना बंद हो गया। कार्तिक तुरंत अपने भाई को हॉस्पिटल ले गया जहां डॉक्टर ने मरहम-पट्टी कर राजू को बढ़िया कर दिया।

राजू ने देखा भैया जिस रुमाल को बड़े प्यार से साफ-सुथरा करके अपने पास हमेशा रखते थे। जिससे खूब प्यार करते थे , वह अब गंदी हो चुकी थी। बड़े भाई के प्यार के सामने वह रुमाल अधिक प्यारा नहीं था।

Amazing stories. I am a hindi learner and it helps me a lot. But I have some doubts like in this sentence मुर्गा की अकल ठिकाने. Why it is “ki” and not “ka”? Another one is कालिया को मिली सजा. Why it is “mili” and not “mila”?

Storytelling in Hindi – कहानी सुनाने की कला कैसे विकसित करें

प्राचीन समय से ही जानकारियों के सरल प्रवाह के लिए Storytelling की मदद ली जाती रही है । कहानी सुनाना यानि स्टोरी टेलिंग एक कला है । यह शब्दों, ध्वनियों और छवियों के उपयोग के माध्यम से विचारों, अनुभवों और भावनाओं को संप्रेषित करने का एक जबरदस्त तरीका है । इसकी मदद से अगर किसी जानकारी को संप्रेषित किया जाता है तो सामने वाला व्यक्ति ज्यादा बेहतर से जानकारी ग्रहण कर पाता है ।

आपने भी गौर किया होगा कि स्कूलों में दो प्रकार के शिक्षक होते हैं । पहले वे जो सिर्फ किताब खोलकर एक ढर्रे पर सारी जानकारियां लिखवाते पढ़ाते हैं । तो वहीं दूसरे वे जो अपने विषय से संबंधित कोई किस्सा सुनाते हैं और आपने देखा होगा कि जो किस्सा सुनाकर पढ़ाते हैं, उनकी कक्षा ज्यादा रोचक होती है और छात्र जल्दी सीख भी रहे होते हैं ।

Storytelling का अगला उदाहरण भी देख लीजिए । एक छात्र इतिहास की कक्षा में काफी उबाऊ महसूस करता है लेकिन उसी विषयों पर मौजूद यूट्यूब विडियोज को बड़े ही चाव से देखना पसंद करता है । इसका कारण है कि यूट्यूब पर मौजूद शिक्षक उसी जानकारी को कहानियों के माध्यम से ज्यादा रोचक ढंग से समझाते हैं । तो आखिर यह कला है क्या और आप इसमें माहिर कैसे हो सकते हैं, चलिए समझते हैं ।

Storytelling क्या है ?

Storytelling यानि कहानी कहना एक कला है जिसकी मदद से विचारों, अनुभवों और भावनाओं का संप्रेषण ज्यादा आसानी से और रोचक ढंग से हो पाता है । इसके लिए कहानीकार शब्दों, ध्वनियों और छवियों की मदद लेता है । इसकी मदद से संप्रेषित जानकारी ज्यादा प्रभावी और रोचक होती है ।

कहानी कहने की कला की सबसे खास बात यह है कि सामने वाला व्यक्ति सबकुछ आपके नजरिए से देखने लगता है । ऐसे में अगर आप कहानी कहने की कला में माहिर हैं तो अपने श्रोताओं या पाठकों द्वारा भविष्य में की जाने वाले कार्यों को भी प्रभावित कर सकते हैं ।

इस कला का उपयोग आप शिक्षा से लेकर मार्केटिंग तक, लगभग हर क्षेत्र में कर सकते हैं । आपकी कहानी में होने चाहिए कुछ किरदार, एक बढ़िया विषय, किरदारों के समक्ष कुछ दिक्कतें और फिर संघर्ष । अंत में संघर्ष का नतीजा होगा कि दिक्कतों का समाधान मिल जायेगा और कहानी खत्म । सुनने में यह जितना आसान लग रहा है, उतना है नहीं । इसलिए Storytelling Art सीखने में यह आर्टिकल आपकी मदद करेगा ।

एक अच्छी कहानी कैसी होनी चाहिए ?

Storytelling समझने से पहले आपको समझना होगा कि आखिर एक अच्छी कहानी कैसी होनी चाहिए । यह जरूरी है कि आप सबसे पहले समझें कि एक अच्छी कहानी के क्या गुण होते हैं । ताकि आप इसी हिसाब से एक अच्छी कहानी तैयार कर सकें और उसे दूसरों को सुना सकें ।

1. एक बढ़िया सा शीर्षक

किसी भी कहानी का एक आकर्षक शीर्षक होना जरूरी है ताकि पाठक या श्रोता को यह अंदाजा लग जाए कि उसे क्या सुनने पढ़ने को मिलेगा । अक्सर यह देखा गया है कि लोगों की कहानियां या सामग्री तो काफी अच्छी होती है लेकिन उसका शीर्षक बिलकुल भी आकर्षक नहीं होता है । ऐसे में श्रोता या पाठक आपकी पूरी कहानी को नजरंदाज कर सकता है ।

कहानी के लिए बढ़िया सा शीर्षक तैयार करने के लिए आपको निम्नलिखित बातों पर ध्यान देना चाहिए:

• कहानी का मुख्य विषय
• कहानी का उद्देश्य
• कहानी के भावी पाठक या श्रोताओं की श्रेणी
• कहानी के रोचक पात्र
• कहानी का रोचक अंत

2. एक बढ़िया विषय

आपकी कहानी का एक बढ़िया विषय होना भी बहुत जरूरी है । बालश्रम से लेकर गृहयुद्ध तक, आपकी कहानी का मुख्य विषय कुछ भी हो सकता है लेकिन आपको उसी विषय का चुनाव करना चाहिए जिसमें आप सहज हों । हमारा मानना है कि आपको उन विषयों को हाथ लगाने से बचना चाहिए जिनपर आपकी जानकारी काफी कम है ।

किसी भी विषय पर कहानी लिखने से पहले आपको काफी रिसर्च करना चाहिए । आप इंटरनेट और अन्य किताबों की मदद से बढ़िया विषय की तलाश कर सकते हैं । खासकर कि आपको उन विषयों को चुनना चाहिए जो कहानिकारो द्वारा कम ही चुने गए हों ।

3. रोचक किरदार

Storytelling में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं किरदार, जिनकी मदद से आप संवाद बोलते हैं और भावनाएं प्रकट करते हैं । ऐसे में आपकी कहानी के किरदार काफी रोचक होने चाहिए । खासकर कि आपको दो किरदारों नायक और खलनायक पर विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए । किसी कहानी में जान डालने के किया यही दो किरदार सबसे मुख्य होते हैं और इन्हें अगर आप रोचक बनाते हैं तो आपकी कहानी सुपरहिट कहलाएगी ।

हालिया फिल्मों Avengers End, Joker और Ra-One को देखते हुए अगर आप अपने विलेन किरदार को ज्यादा दमदार और रोचक बनाएं तो ज्यादा बेहतर होगा । दरअसल अब लोग दमदार हीरो और कमजोर विलेन वाले कांसेप्ट से ऊब चुके हैं । इसलिए आपको पूरे रिसर्च के साथ कहानी के किरदारों को तैयार करना चाहिए ।

4. समाधान योग्य न लगने वाली समस्या

अगर आप अपनी Storytelling में कुछ नयापन लाना चाहते हैं तो कोशिश करें कि आपकी कहानी की मुख्य समस्या काफी जटिल हो । ऐसा करने से आपके श्रोता और पाठक भी कहानी का हल ढूंढना शुरू कर देंगे यानि कहानी में ही घुल मिल जायेंगे । आपकी समस्या इतनी जटिल होनी चाहिए कि नायक को उसका हल ढूंढने में पसीने छूट जाएं ।

इसके अलावा आपकी कहानी की समस्या कहानी के विषय से भी मिलती जुलती होनी चाहिए । ऐसा न हो कि आपकी कहानी का विषय भुखमरी हो और आपकी कहानी की मुख्य समस्या अपराध बन जाए ।

5. हैरान करने वाला अंत

आपकी कहानी का अंत हैरान करने वाला होना चाहिए । इसके साथ ही आपकी कहानी का अंत कुछ इस प्रकार होना चाहिए जो किसी श्रोता या पाठक ने कल्पना न की हो, उदाहरण के तौर पर Drishyam 2 फिल्म को आप ले सकते हैं । फिल्म का अंत कुछ ऐसा हो जैसे लगे कि अब समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया जा सकता और नायक अब कुछ नहीं कर सकता ।

लेकिन तभी अचानक से जैसे चमत्कार हुआ हो, समस्या का अनोखा समाधान मिल जाए और नायक दोबारा से अपनी सत्ता स्थापित करने के लिए प्रकट हो जाए । लेकिन ऐसा भी न हो कि आप Storytelling में anti-climax जोड़ दें । Anti-climax यानि कहानी का अंत कुछ ऐसा जो तर्कसंगत ही न हो । अंत पूरी तरह से तर्कसंगत ही होना चाहिए ।

Storytelling की प्रक्रिया क्या है ?

अबतक आप अच्छे से समझ चुके हैं कि Storytelling is an art यानि कहानी सुनाना एक कला है । लेकिन इस कला का अभ्यास करना है आपको । इसके लिए आपका स्टोरीटेलिंग की पूरी प्रक्रिया जानना बहुत जरूरी है । इस कला में महारत हासिल करने के लिए आपको निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान देना चाहिए:

1. तय करें कि आपको सुनने या पढ़ने वाले कौन हैं

चाहे आप कहानी लिख रहे हों या सुना रहे हों, सबसे पहले यह तय करना महत्वपूर्ण होता है कि आपको पढ़ने सुनने वाले आखिर हैं कौन ? जब आप यह तय कर लेंगे कि आपकी ऑडिएंस कौन हैं तो आप उनके हिसाब से कहानी लिख या सुना सकेंगे । क्या आपकी ऑडिएंस 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र की है या 50 वर्ष से ज्यादा उम्र की ?

ऐसे ही कई प्रश्न आप खुद से पूछकर तब एक अच्छी से कहानी तैयार कर सकते हैं । अगर आपको पता चल जायेगा कि आपकी ऑडिएंस 10 वर्ष के बच्चे हैं तो आप उन्हें अवश्य ही कोई युद्ध और रोमांस से भरपूर कहानी नहीं सुनाएंगे ।

2. अपनी कहानी का उद्देश्य तय करें

Audience तय करने के पश्चात कहानी का संदेश भी आपको तय करना है । आप अपनी कहानी से पाठकों या श्रोताओं को क्या संदेश देना चाहते हैं, यह तय करना महत्वपूर्ण है । क्या आप चाहते हैं कि आपकी ऑडिएंस आपका कोई उत्पाद खरीदे या आपका सब्सक्रिप्शन संख्या बढ़े ? क्या आप सिर्फ एक संदेश श्रोताओं तक पहुंचाना चाहते हैं ?

अगर आप इन प्रश्नों का उत्तर दे सकते हैं तो इसी आधार पर फिर आपको अपनी कहानी तैयार करनी होगी । उद्देश्य तय करने के पश्चात कहानी को तैयार करना आपके लिए ज्यादा आसान होगा ।

3. भावनाओं के साथ खेलें

Storytelling तभी प्रभावी होती है जब आप श्रोता या पाठक की भावनाओं के साथ खेलने में कामयाब होते हैं । जब तक आपकी कहानी सुनने वालों की भावनाओं को उच्च स्तर तक ले जाने में कामयाब नहीं होती है, समझ लीजिए आपकी स्टोरीटेलिंग का स्टार बेहतर नहीं है ।

अगर आप अपनी कहानी के माध्यम से श्रोताओं की भावनाओं के साथ खिलवाड़ करना चाहते हैं तो कहानी और आपके बोलने के तरीके में परिवर्तन करना होगा । आपकी कहानी में दुख, करुणा, क्रोध, डर, भय आदि भावनाओं को जागृत करने वाले तत्व तो होने ही चाहिए, साथ ही उन तत्वों को सुनाते समय आपकी आवाज भी उसी प्रकार से होनी चाहिए । यह अभ्यास करने से बेहतर बनता चला जाता है ।

4. ज्यादा जानकारी देने से बचें

आपने कई ऐसी फिल्में देखी होंगी जिनमें समय समय पर उबाऊ महसूस होने लगता है क्योंकि किसी एक ही किरदार या घटना पर जरूरत से ज्यादा फोकस किया जाता है । चरित्र चित्रण जरूरी है लेकिन एक कहानी में अन्य कई तत्व भी हैं जिन्हें पूरा करना आवश्यक है । खासकर कि अगर आप कहानी सुना रहे हैं तो यह काफी लंबी नहीं जानी चाहिए ।

इसलिए कहानी के हर तत्वों पर आवश्यकतानुसार ध्यान देते हुए चलें । इससे आप सही समय के अंदर ही अपनी कहानी को समेट पाएंगे और श्रोताओं को उबाऊ महसूस करने से बचा लेंगे ।

5. व्यक्तिगत अनुभवों को भी साझा करें

Storytelling सिर्फ और सिर्फ काल्पनिक किरदारों के इर्द गिर्द बुनी गई घटनाओं को सुनाने तक ही सीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए । बल्कि आपको भी अपने व्यक्तिगत अनुभवों को कहानी के बीच बीच में सांझा करना चाहिए । इससे सबसे पहली बात कि कहानी तर्कसंगत लगती है और दूसरे कि दर्शक भी आपके साथ ही कहानी से जुड़ाव महसूस कर पाते हैं ।

कहानी के कई ऐसे हिस्से होते हैं जिनसे संबंधित आपके भी अनुभव अवश्य हुए होंगे । कुछ ऐसी बातें भी होती हैं जो लगभग सभी जानते हैं, सबकी यादों में शामिल होती हैं । उन यादों और बातों को भी कहानी सुनाते समय जोड़ना कहानी सुनाने और सुनने की प्रक्रिया को ज्यादा रोचक बनाता है । इसका बढ़िया उदाहरण देखना हो तो यूट्यूब पर Ted Talks मौजूद हैं ।

Storytelling के लिए ध्यान रखने वाली बातें

Storytelling करने से पहले और करते समय आपको कुछ बेहद ही जरूरी बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए । इन बातों को ध्यान में रखकर आप अपनी कहानी को ज्यादा प्रभावी ढंग से सुना पाएंगे और श्रोताओं तक संदेश को पहुंचा पाएंगे ।

• आईने के सामने कहानी सुनाने का अभ्यास करें
• आपकी कहानी में किसी प्रकार की अशुद्धि नहीं होनी चाहिए
• अनजान दर्शकों को कहानी सुनाने से पहले अपने मित्रों जान पहचान के लोगों को सुनाएं और Feedback लें
• कहानी को तार्किक अवश्य बनाएं ताकि यह सुनने में अजीब न प्रतीत हो
• कहानी का अंत बिल्कुल भी दर्शकों की उम्मीदों के अनुरूप न हो, इसका भी ध्यान रखें
• कहानी के हिसाब से बीच बीच में कुछ क्षण के लिए रुकना, कभी कभार जल्दी जल्दी बोलना फिर सामान्य गति से बोलने पर दर्शक वाकई कहानी में रुचि लेंगे
• कहानी सुनाने के लिए खुद का एक तरीका विकसित करें और उसे कभी न छोड़ें । यह तरीका कुछ ऐसा हो जो आपकी पहचान से जुड़ जाए
• देश दुनिया के महान कहानिकारों को सुनें, समझें और उनसे सीखें । अगर आप हिंदी में Storytelling करते हैं तो दिव्य प्रकाश दुबे, मानव कौल, निलोत्पाल मृणाल आदि को जरूर सुनें

Storyteller कैसे बनें ?

अगर आप Storyteller बनना चाहते हैं और कहानियां सुनाने के पुण्यकर्म में हाथ बंटाना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए जरूरी है अभ्यास । सबसे पहले ज्यादा से ज्यादा कहानिकारों को पढ़ें, सुनें और इनपर रिसर्च करें । इसके बाद खुद कहानी सुनाने का एक अद्वितीय तरीका बनाएं और अंत में बार बार अभ्यास की मदद से आप कहानियां सुना सकते हैं ।

हम आपको सलाह देते हैं कि किसी भी मंच पर जाने से पहले Storytelling की शुरुआत अपने दोस्तों, रिश्तेदारों या जान पहचान के लोगों से करें । इन्हें अपनी कहानियां सुनाएं और Feedback लें । फीडबैक की मदद से खुद में सुधार करें और स्टोरीटेलिंग की कला को निखारते जाएं ।

जब आपको लगने लगे कि आपमें वाकई सुधार हुआ है तो छोटे छोटे मंचों से कम दर्शकों या श्रोताओं को कहानी सुनाने की शुरुआत करें । अगर आप फिलहाल एक छात्र हैं तो स्कूल या कॉलेज में आयोजित होने वाली विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग ले सकते हैं । अपने हिंदी शिक्षक के साथ मिलकर आप अपनी स्टोरी टेलिंग की कला पर फीडबैक ले सकते हैं ।

आज इंटरनेट का जमाना है और इसलिए आप खुद की Podcast भी शुरू कर सकते हैं । इंस्टाग्राम, फेसबुक और यूट्यूब जैसे प्लेटफार्म पर खुद का चैनल सेटअप करके कहानियां सुनाने का सिलसिला शुरू कर सकते हैं । अगर आप स्टोरीटेलिंग को बारीकी से सीखना चाहते हैं तो Storytelling Course भी कर सकते हैं ।

Well done! By completing the piece you have been working on, you have completed the first step towards getting published. Now, let’s move toward the second step.

Introduction

Have you written something, but don’t know where to publish it? Maybe you’ve written poems you want to publish? Or a short story? Or maybe it is a work of non-fiction you want to publish on a credible platform? Further, do you wonder if you can get paid for your work? Or if there are literary magazines that focus specifically on India / South Asia?

We encountered these questions repeatedly in our workshops and from the participants of our various programs. So, we put together this list which we update regularly.

Why should you submit to literary magazines?

Irrespective of the genre of creative writing, getting published is very important for a writer. For many short-story writers, finding a good home for their work matters a lot. Even if having a published book to your credit is your ultimate goal, having short stories/poetry/non-fiction published in literary journals is an important milestone. It helps you add to your author profile and create a reader base that comes in handy when your book is released.

Getting published in prominent, well-recognized sites boosts your confidence. Exposure means people read your work, and that means feedback. That in turn helps you hone your writing skills.

Before we share the list of literary journals and magazines where you can submit your short stories, a few quick points:

• The magazines/journals have been listed in alphabetical order.
• All the below-mentioned magazines accept submissions only in English. In some cases, they accept translations too but those also need to be in English. We have a separate list of Literary Magazines in Hindi.
• At the time of publishing this article, all the mentioned literary journals and magazines did not have any submission fees unless specifically mentioned (sometimes in the case of annual print editions). However, that is subject to change at the discretion of the editorial team of the respective journals and magazines.
• Most of the magazines accept short stories across genres, however, some are specific to certain genres and themes of their issues. These have been highlighted in their respective cases below.
• Currently, we have included only the literary journals and magazines which accept submissions from writers based in India and South Asia and are based in South Asia. In the future, we might come up with a similar list for international submissions also.
• Most of the magazines have submission periods during which they are open to submissions and for the rest of the year, they are not. Do read the submission guidelines before submitting.
• Last, but not least, the list is dynamic and we will keep updating it from time to time. In case you feel we have missed out on any of your favorites, do let us know in the comments.

You can send your work to multiple magazines/ journals at the same time. Some magazines have a criteria of avoiding multiple submissions at the same time, while some are comfortable accepting them. You can check their submission guidelines about this. However, it is advisable to inform them as soon as your piece is accepted elsewhere so that they can remove it from their evaluation queue.

Hemanya here, from last year’s Himalayan Writing Retreat for teens. Not sure if you remember me considering the number of retreats you’ve organised plus my unusual name, but ok 🙂 anyway, thank you so much for putting this list together! It was a HUGE help. I’ve come quite some distance from where I was during the retreat- I’ve started blogging on a website, will soon make my own blog, working on it, won a 7000 cash prize for an essay contest and been published in Inkspire, one of the magazines here.
