फिर आपको सब्जियों को काटना है। सब्जियों को पकाने के लिए आपको पैन को ओवन में रखना होगा। लाल पालक के टुकड़ों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में नमक के साथ उबालना चाहिए। पकने के बाद अतिरिक्त पानी डालें। एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और उसमें उबले हुए पालक, थोड़ी सी हल्दी, मिर्च और प्याज डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। जब यह दिखे कि सब्जियां बहुत अच्छी तरह मिक्स हो गई हैं, तो इसे नीचे उतार लेना चाहिए।

Hindi is one of the official languages of India, with more than 545 million speakers. This Indo-Aryan language is written using the Devanagari script. The language also includes more than a thousand conjunct letters, which are used to express clusters of consonants. [2] X Research source

Forming Individual Letters

• The University of North Carolina has a full chart of all the Devanagari letters available at https://taj.oasis.unc.edu/Hindi.Less.25/wrtingsys.htm . Another chart with the letters divided into pronunciation groups is available at https://www.omniglot.com/writing/devanagari.htm .
• Practice a small group of 5 or 6 letters for a few minutes each day. When you can write those letters automatically, move on to the next group of letters. Remember to go back and review the letters periodically so you don't forget what you've learned.

• The strokes that you make are important. Doing them correctly and in order will make it easier when you start connecting letters together to write words. Your letter chart may outline the strokes to be made, or you can search online for other sources that give you the correct ordering of the strokes for each letter.
• The horizontal line at the top of each letter is always the last stroke to finish the letter. When you practice, try to keep the letters close to the same size, so this line is always at roughly the same height.

• For example, अ is a short a , which has a sound similar to the a in the English word "about." Add another vertical line after the first to make a long a , आ. This vowel has a sound similar to the a in the English word "father."

• All consonants are attached to a short a , unless specified otherwise. Therefore, the short a , or अ, does not have a matra , or dependent form.
• Each vowel's matra is 1 or 2 strokes appended to the consonant the vowel is attached to. For example, the matra for a long a is ा (with the circle showing where the consonant should go). A long a attached to the letter sa would look like this: सा.

• You might also practice the consonant with the different vowel matras, so you know how to write these syllables. Since Hindi is a phonetic language, this will help you when you start reading and writing words.

Creating Short Words

• Writing polite words and phrases is also important. For example, if you wanted to say "thank you" in a letter, you would write धन्यवाद.

• Start with a handful of large objects. Once you've committed them to memory, you can add a few more. You might also go from a large object to a small object. For example, you could label your bed (बिस्तर), then later add words for "pillow" or "blanket."

टिप्पण लेखन (noting) की परिभाषा.

किसी भी विचारधीन पत्र या आवेदन पर उसके निष्पादन (Disposal) को सरल बनाने के लिए जो टिप्पणियाँ सरकारी कार्यालयों में लिपकों, सहायकों तथा कार्यालय अधीक्षकों द्वारा लिखी जाती है, उन्हें टिप्पण-लेखन कहते हैं।

टिप्पण सरकारी कार्यालयों में कार्य सम्पादन का एक माध्यम है। कार्यालयों में आए हुए विचारधीन पत्रों को निपटाने के लिए लिपिक अथवा अधिकारियों के द्वारा पूर्व सन्दर्भ, वर्तमान तथ्य और आवश्यक सुझावों का उल्लेख करते हुए अधिकारी के अन्तिम निर्णय लेने की दिशा में दी गई अभ्युक्तियाँ टिप्पण कहलाती है।

सरल शब्दों में- ''किसी भी विचारधीन पत्र के निस्तारण को सुगम और सरल बनाने के लिए जो टिप्पणी लिखी जाती है, वह टिप्पण कहलाती है।''

मन्त्री, प्रधानमन्त्री अथवा राष्ट्रपति के द्वारा लिखी गई टिप्पणी को 'मिनट' कहते हैं। टिप्पण का मुख्य उद्देश्य विचारधीन पत्रों से सम्बन्धित सभी बातों को इस प्रकार प्रस्तुत कर देना है कि उसकी बातें स्पष्ट हो जाएँ और अधिकारी को निर्णय लेने में कठिनाई न हो। जब किसी पत्र के निस्तारण के लिए संक्षित्प्त टिप्पण करना होता है तो उसे मूल पत्र के हाशिये पर लिख दिया जाता है।

संक्षिप्त टिप्पणों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रकार के वाक्य प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं। 1. देख लिया। 2. मैं सहमत हूँ। 3. आदेशार्थ प्रस्तुत है। 4. अग्रसरित एवं संस्तुत। 5. आलेख अनुमोदनार्थ प्रस्तुत है। 6. आवेदन स्वीकार कर लिया जाए। 7. मुझे कोई आपत्ति नहीं हैं। 8. श्री........ कृपया अवलोकन करें। 9. आवेदन अस्वीकृत। 10. अवकाश स्वीकृत। 11. कार्यालय की टिप्पणी से सहमत हूँ। आदेश जारी कर दिया जाए। 12. यह मामला पुलिस के हवाले किया जाए। 13. इस सम्बन्ध में पृष्ठ ...... पर दी गई टिप्पणी देखें। 14. इस मामले का शीघ्र निपटारा कीजिए। 15. सभी प्रधानाचार्य को सूचित किया जाए। 16. वित्त मन्त्रालय की भी सलाह ले ली जाए। 17. अमुक कर्मचारी के विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाए। 18. अवकाश अस्वीकृत। 19. वित्त मन्त्रालय की भी सलाह ले ली जाए।

इन टिप्पणों में तीन बातें रहती हैं- (1) उस पत्र से पूर्व के पत्र आदि का सारांश (2) जिस प्रश्र पर निर्णय किया जाता है, उसका विवरण या विश्लेषण और (3) उस सम्बन्ध में क्या कार्रवाई की जाय, इस विषय में सुझाव और क्या आदेश दिये जायँ, इस विषय में भी सुझावों का उल्लेख।

अभिप्राय यह है कि टिप्पण-लेखन में विचारधीन पश्र के बारे में वे सब बातें लिखी जाती हैं, जिनसे उस पश्र के सम्बन्ध में निर्णय करने और आदेश देने में सुविधा होती है। उस विचारधीन पश्र का पुराना इतिहास क्या है ? उस सम्बन्ध में नियम क्या है ? सरकारी नीति क्या है ? इत्यादि सारी बातों का उल्लेख कर अन्त में यह सुझाव देना चाहिए कि इस सम्बन्ध में अमुक प्रकार का निर्णय करना उचित होगा। इसके बाद वह पत्र निर्णय करनेवाले उच्च अधिकारी के सामने रखा जायेगा। ऊपर दिये गये निर्देशों के साथ लिखे गये टिप्पण को पढ़कर उस अधिकारी को निर्णय करने में आसानी होगी।

टिप्पण के सम्बन्ध में कुछ विशिष्ठ बातें इस प्रकार हैं-

(1) टिप्पण बहुत लम्बा या विस्तृत नहीं होना चाहिए। उसे यथासम्भव संक्षिप्त और सुस्पष्ट होना चाहिए। (2) कोई भी टिप्पण मूलपत्र (original letter) पर नहीं लिखा जाना चाहिए। उसके लिए कोई अन्य कागज या बफ-शीट का प्रयोग करना चाहिए। (3) टिप्पण में यदि किसी पत्र का खण्डन करना हो, तो वह बहुत ही शिष्ट और संयत भाषा में किया जाना चाहिए और किसी भी दशा में किसी प्रकार का व्यक्तिगत आरोप या आक्षेप नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। (4) यदि एक ही मामले में कई बातों पर अलग-अलग आदेश लिए जाने की आवश्यकता हो तो उनमें से हर बात पर अलग-अलग टिप्पण लिखना चाहिए। (5) टिप्पण लिखने के बाद लिपिक या सहायक को नीचे बाई ओर अपना हस्ताक्षर करना चाहिए। दाई ओर का स्थान उच्च अधिकारियों के हस्ताक्षर के लिए छोड़ देना चाहिए। (6) कार्यालय की ओर से लिखे जा रहे टिप्पण में उन सभी बातों या तथ्यों का सही-सही उल्लेख होना चाहिए जो उस पत्रावली के निस्तारण के लिए आवश्यक हों। (7) यथासम्भव एक विषय पर कार्यालय की ओर से एक ही टिप्पण लिखा जाना चाहिए। (8) जहाँ तक सम्भव हो, टिप्पण इस ढंग से लिखा जाना चाहिए कि पत्रावली में पत्र जिस क्रम से लगे हों, टिप्पण में भी उनका वही क्रम रहे। (9) टिप्पण सदा स्याही से लिखे या टंकित होने चाहिए। (10) लिपिक, सहायक और कार्यालय अधीक्षक को कागज की बाई ओर अपने नाम के प्रथमाक्षरों का ही प्रयोग करना चाहिए। उच्च अधिकारी को अपना पूरा नाम लिखना पड़ता है। (11) टिप्पणों में ऐसे शब्दों का प्रयोग कभी नहीं करना चाहिए, जिनके अर्थ समझने में कठिनाई हो।

राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा प्रशिक्षण एवं सेवायोजन निदेशालय के भवनों की मरम्मत एवं अनुरक्षण हेतु लिखे गए मूल पत्र पर टिप्पण कीजिए।, मूल पत्र कार्यालय प्रधानाचार्य, राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, अल्मोड़ा।.

पत्र संख्या-/औ.प्र.सं. (अ) 7/5/20XX

दिनांक 25-6-20XX सेवा में, निदेशक, प्रशिक्षण एवं सेवायोजन निदेशालय, लखनऊ (उ.प्र.)।

विषय- भवनों की मरम्मत एवं अनुरक्षण।
