Stay away there are far better companies out there that actually pay. Deposit bonus require too much play through for starters and their lack of gameplay is absolutely the lowest of all. Burning your hard earned money in a fire pit would last longer. Scratch off tickets have better odds than anything on MGM. I am unable to place a straight bet or round robin bet for the last 4 weeks .. now my balance on the account is at -0- because I had to place parlays for the last 4 weeks... If I could give zero stars I would. This has happened every single day I go to place wagers. “We are unable to confirm your location”. I am in my own home, wifi connected, location services turned on for the app. Every single day, literally I run into this issue. It has cost me the opportunity to win bets I wanted to place, cash out on bets already placed. I closed my account because BetMGM spend a fortune on advertisement but offer customers zero on bonuses/offers or free spins. Was sent the following offer, my £10 stake was not approved on a horse treble, instead without my knowledge Betmgm placed it as a £5 bet which did not trigger the £10 free bet. Betmgm promotions team refused to credit the £10 free bet, and said I did not place a £10 bet! Be careful of Betmgm promotions, they'll find any little discrepancies even if it's not your fault to refuse to credit you with a bonus. As for how competitive the odds are, we calculated the overround for an Ipswich and Bristol City game and compared it to Bet365. BetMGM’s overround was 105.06%, which is already a very competitive house edge for bettors, and was actually lower than Bet365, which had an overround of 105.36% for the same game.
