Many languages are spoken in India. 22 languages have been recognized by the constitution. Among all these languages, Hindi is the most spoken language of India. Now, the number of people who speak and know Hindi is increasing all over the world, and Hindi is ranked third in the most spoken language in the world. In addition to being the oldest language in the world, Hindi is also the simplest and most prosperous language. Its script is Devanagari and anyone can learn it easily. Hindi is spoken as a second language in most parts of the country, except for the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra, and also by a large part of people in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh, who also write in this language.

Hindi is India’s second language, next only to English. Despite this, India’s official status and recognition of this language is far from being satisfactory.

While English is the most popular foreign language in India, Hindi has barely a mention in school textbooks, even in Hindi-speaking states. Most people have only heard of the language through movies and television. While English is taught in schools from the standard level, Hindi is rarely taught in schools, especially from higher grades.

Hindi became an official language of India in 1950 and since then it has been on a continuous march to become the “most popular language of the nation”. Hindi Day is an annual celebration held on 11 September on the occasion of Hindi’s 150th anniversary.

It is celebrated every year in cities and towns across the country and a large number of public and private events take place to mark this day. It is believed that there are more than a billion speakers of Hindi.

Hindi was born as a variant of Sanskrit. In course of time, it developed into an independent language with its own dialects. It is the most widely used language of the Indian subcontinent. Hindi derives most of its vocabulary from Sanskrit, Persian and Arabic languages. Hindi developed a script of its own from the 16th century and the first publication in the Devanagari script was done in 1822.

Hindi was originally written with the script of the Sanskrit language. After 1822, when the first Devanagari edition was published, the script was revised and the Hindi language became available in a standardized form. The Hindi alphabet has 26 letters in contrast to the 26 letters of the Devanagari script and all 26 letters of the alphabet have the same form as in English. After 1822, the language continued to evolve and over the centuries the modern form of Hindi has become distinctive.

The language has many dialects and varieties with its own sets of written scripts. These include Awadhi, Bundeli, Bhasa, Braj, Bundi, Buxar, Garhwali, Gaya, Hindi, Kumaoni, Maithili, Malawi, Mahajani, Marwari, Nagari, Nimadi, Pahari, Panjabi, Rajasthani, Saraswat, Saurashtra, Shilahari, Sindhi, Tharu, Western Hindi, Western Odia, and Western Punjabi. The script written in each language is its official script.

Devanagari was the standard script of Sanskrit and it was used to write Marathi from 1534 onwards. Marathi became a separate language in the mid-19th century. It is written using the Devanagari script and, like other Indian languages, is largely a Brahmic language.

In the eastern part of India, Gujarati was written in the Gujarati script. After 1820 the script became the official script of the government of the Bombay Presidency. It was followed by another Bengali script called Gaurī and was used for the official script of the Calcutta Presidency from 1787.

Gaurī was replaced by Bengali script from 1874 and it was later used for the official script of East Bengal and the present state of Bangladesh. The Bengali script was written in a modified form with new letters which were borrowed from Devanagari.

Gujarati, Bengali, and Assamese were Brahmic languages. Sanskrit was different from them in that it had two scripts. The standard script, called Devanagari, was used in the west, whereas Brahmī script, called the Nīlakṣmī script, was used in the east.

Javanese and Sundanese scripts used for writing Malay, Dutch, and English are based on Brahmic script. The Malay script, called Batak, was based on Brahmic script. It was used to write Malay and Makassarese. It was influenced by Latin.

The Javanese script, called Sunda Batara, was a modification of Malay script and was used for Javanese and Indonesian. The Sunda Batara script was also influenced by Roman script. The Makassarese script is not influenced by the Roman script and is more similar to the Javanese script.

The Assamese script is also based on Brahmic script. It was used to write the Assamese language and was influenced by Javanese script and Brahmic script. The Brahmic script was used to write Hindi in different forms.

The modern form of the Hindi script, called Devanagari, is derived from the Brahmic script. It is similar to the Gujarati script and Sanskrit script. Devanagari is called "bhasa parochin" or the "new script" in Hindi. A Devanagari-based variant, called Nagari script, is used for writing Hindi in North India. It is used for modern Hindi. It was developed by Hindi writer, poet, and scholar Bijit Kumar Bhattacharya (1882–1931).

To encourage people towards Hindi, a ceremony is organized on Hindi Day in which prizes are given to those who use and promote Hindi during their work.

Some of the names of the awards are- Rajbhasha Gaurav Award and Rajbhasha Kirti Award.

The Rajbhasha Gaurav Award is given to any Indian citizen writing in the subject of technology or science. Souvenirs are also given to all those who receive this award. Its basic objective is to advance the Hindi language in the field of technology and science.

The Rajbhasha Kirti Award is given to limited departments, for their best work done in Hindi.

Importance of Hindi

Many litterateurs tried to establish Hindi as the national language. In 1919, Gandhiji had asked to make Hindi the national language in Hindi Sahitya Sammelan. After independence, there was a lot of discussion on the question of which language should be made the national language in 1949. Finally, it was decided by the Indian Constituent Assembly that the national language of the Union would be Hindi. However, when Hindi was introduced as the national language, non-Hindi-speaking states opposed it and demanded the status of the national language to English as well. Due to this, English also had to be given the status of the national language. Thus, both Hindi and English became the national languages of India.

Hindi Diwas reminds us of our true identity and unites the people of the country. Hindi Diwas is a day that inspires us to have a sense of patriotism. Hindi Diwas is celebrated every year to emphasize the importance of Hindi and to promote it among every generation. Hindi diwas is celebrated in schools, colleges, etc. Hindi Diwas is also celebrated at the national level. On this day, the President of the country gives awards to those who have excelled in any field related to the Hindi language. Students are taught to have respect for Hindi and the use of the Hindi language. Debate competitions, poetry competitions, story competitions, speech competitions, etc. are organized in schools and colleges on this day, besides other programs are also presented. People are giving more importance to the English language than Hindi, due to which English has had a great impact on Hindi and many words of Hindi have been replaced by English. Hindi has been made the official language but the purpose with which it was made a national language has not been achieved. Therefore, we should understand our duty to appreciate Hindi and respect it. Today, a lot of attention is paid to foreign languages, but no special attention is given to the Hindi language. We should not forget the Hindi language. Hindi is our national language, we should respect our national language because Hindi reflects our culture and civilization. भारत में प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाया जाता है। 14 सितंबर, 1949 को संविधान सभा ने जनभाषा हिंदी को राजभाषा का दर्जा प्रदान किया। हिंदी भाषा को सम्मान देने के लिए 10 जनवरी को प्रतिवर्ष विश्व हिंदी दिवस (World Hindi Diwas) मनाया जाता है। ध्यान रहे कि राष्ट्रीय हिंदी दिवस हर वर्ष 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाता है। विश्व हिंदी दिवस (World Hindi Diwas) की जानकारी भी इस लेख में नीचे उपलब्ध है।

हिंदी दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली भाषाओं में से एक है। हमारी 'आधिकारिक भाषा' होने के अलावा, हिंदी सबसे समृद्ध भाषाओं में से एक है। हिंदी दिवस मनाने का उद्देश्य युवाओं को उनकी विरासत की याद दिलाना है। यह दिन हमें हमारी वास्तविक पहचान की याद दिलाने और हमें हमारे देश के नागरिकों के साथ लाने का काम करता है।

हमारे भारत देश में हर साल हिंदी दिवस – Hindi Diwas 14 सितम्बर को ही मनाया जाता है, हिंदी भाषा के इतिहासिक पलो को याद कर लोग इस दिवस को मनाते है। 14 सितम्बर 1949 को ही हिंदी को देवनागरी लिपि में भारत की कार्यकारी और राजभाषा का दर्जा अधिकारिक रूप से दिया गया था और तभी से देश में 14 सितम्बर का दिन हिंदी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इसी दिनविशेष पर आपके लिए हिंदी भाषा पर निबंध / Hindi Diwas essay और जानकारी:

हिं दी दिवस – Hindi Diwas भारत में स्कूल, कॉलेज, ऑफिस, संस्थाओ कार्यालयों के अधिकारी, प्राइवेट ऑफिस के अधिकारी और शैक्षणिक संस्थाए बड़ी धूम-धाम से मनाती है। जिसमे विविध कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन और हिंदी से संबंधित स्पर्धाओ का आयोजन किया जाता है, जैसे की हिंदी कविताये, कहानी लेखन, Hindi Diwas Essay / निबंध लेखन, हिंदी भाषा के महत्त्व, उपयोग और कुछ रोचक तथ्यों के बारे में लोगो को बताया जाता है।

हिंदी दिवस – Hindi Diwas पर भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा विविध अवार्ड और पुरस्कार भी दिये जाते है, नयी दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में हिंदी के क्षेत्र में अमूल्य कामगिरी करने वाले लोगो को यह पुरस्कार दिये जाते है।

इसके साथ ही कई डिपार्टमेंट, मिनिस्ट्री और राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंको को भी राजभाषा अवार्ड दिया जाता है। हिन्दी दिवस पर दिये जाने वाले दो अवार्ड का नाम गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा 25 मार्च 2015 को बदला गया था।

जिसमे राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रिय ज्ञान-विज्ञान मौलिक पुस्तक लेखन पुरस्कार को बदलकर राजभाषा गौरव पुरस्कार और इंदिरा गांधी राजभाषा पुरस्कार को बदलकर राजभाषा कीर्ति पुरस्कार रखा गया था।

हिंदी हमारी – Hindi Diwas राजभाषा है और हमें उसका सम्मान करना चाहिये। ऐसा लगता है की आज आर्थिक और तकनिकी विकास के साथ-साथ हिंदी भाषा अपने महत्त्व को खोती चली जा रही है। देखने में आता है की आज हर कोई सफलता पाने के लिये इंग्लिश भाषा को सीखना और बोलना चाहता है, क्योकि हम देखते है की आज हर जगह इंग्लिश भाषा की ही मांग शुरू है। ये सच है लेकिन हमें अपनी मातृभाषा और राजभाषा को कभी नही भूलना चाहिये।

भले ही आज इंग्लिश भाषा का ज्ञान होना जरुरी है लेकिन सफलता पाने के लिये हमें अपनी राजभाषा को कभी नही भूलना चाहिये। क्योकि हमारे देश की भाषा और हमारी संस्कृति हमारे लिये बहुत मायने रखती है।

किसी भी आर्थिक रूप से प्रगत देश की राजभाषा वहाँ के लोगो के साथ-साथ हमेशा तेज़ी से बढती जाती है क्योकि वे लोग जानते है की किसी भी बाहरी देश में उनकी राजभाषा और संस्कृति ही उनकी पहचान बनने वाली है। उसी तरह से हम भारतीयों को भी हमारी राजभाषा को महत्त्व देना चाहिये। क्योकि हिंदी भाषा ही हमारे महान प्राचीन इतिहास को उजागर करती है और वही हमारी पहचान है।

देश में हर साल हिंदी दिवस मनाने की बहुत जरुरत है, यह जरुरी है की हम अपनी राजभाषा को सम्मान दे और हमारी अगली पीढ़ी भी विदेशी भाषा की बजाये हमारी राजभाषा को जाने।

हिंदी दिवस केवल इसलिए नही मनाया जाता की वह हमारी राजभाषा है बल्कि इसलिए भी मनाया जाता है क्योकि सदियों से हिंदी ही हमारी भाषा रही है और हमें हमारी राजभाषा का सम्मान करना चाहिये और हमें अपनी राजभाषा पर गर्व होना चाहिये।

दुसरे देशो में भी हिंदी भाषा बोलते समय हमें शर्मिंदगी महसूस नही होनी चाहिये बल्कि हिंदी बोलते समय हमें गर्व होना चाहिये।

आज-कल हम देखते है की भारतीय लोग हिंदी की बजाये इंग्लिश को ज्यादा महत्त्व देने लगे है क्योकि अभी कार्यालयीन जगहों पर इंग्लिश भाषा का महत्त्व बढ़ चूका है। ऐसे समय में साल में एक दिन हिंदी दिवस मनाना लोगो में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति गर्व को जागृत करता है और लोगो को याद दिलाता है की हिंदी ही हमारी राष्ट्रभाषा है।

Hindi Diwas देश की धरोहर होती है, जिस तरह हम तिरंगे को सम्मान देते है उसी तरह हमें हमारी राजभाषा को भी सम्मान देना चाहिये। हम खुद जबतक इस बात को स्वीकार नही करते तबतक हम दूसरो को इस बात पर भरोसा नही दिला सकते।

हिंदी दिवस की शुरुआत 14 सितंबर 1953 से की गई है मगर आजादी के 2 साल बाद 1949 को एक केंद्र सरकार बैठक में हिंदी भाषा को राज्य भाषा का दर्जा दिया गया था। इसके पीछे का कारण था कि हिंदी भाषा भारत के 70% क्षेत्र में समझी जाती है और भारत की सबसे अधिक बोले जाने वाली भाषा है। मगर भारत में हिंदी साहित्यकारों को उतना सम्मान और सुविधा नहीं मिलता था जितना उन्हें मिलना चाहिए जिस वजह से हिंदी भाषा के प्रति पूरे भारतवर्ष में जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए हिंदी दिवस मनाने के ऊपर विचार किया गया। कुछ दिनों तक हिंदी को राजभाषा बनाने के ऊपर विवाद चला जिसके बाद अंततः 14 सितंबर 1953 को पूरे भारतवर्ष में हर साल हिंदी दिवस मनाने की परंपरा शुरू की गई।

राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस पार्टी की स्थापना (National Congress Party Founded)

इस संघर्षपूर्ण वातावरण के बीच 28 दिसम्बर 1885 को 64 व्यक्तियों द्वारा राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस पार्टी की स्थापना की गयी। जिसमें दादा भाई नौरोजी और ए ओ ह्यूम की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही और धीरे-धीरे क्रान्तिकारी गतिविधियों को अंजाम दिया जाने लगा, लोग बढ़ चढ़कर पार्टी में भाग लेने लगे।

इसी क्रम में भारतीय मुस्लिम लीग की भी स्थापना हुई। ऐसे ही कई दल सामने आये और उनके अतुल्य योगदान का ही नतीज़ा है कि हमें स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त हुई। जिसके लिए कई वीरों ने गोली खाई और कईयों को तो फांसी हुई, कई मांओं की कोखें रोईं, तो कुछ भरी जवानी अभागन हुई।

सांप्रदायिक दंगे और भारत का बंटवारा (Communal Riots and Partition Of India)

इस प्रकार देश को अंग्रेज़ छोड़ के तो चले गये और हम आज़ाद भी हो गये परंतु एक और जंग अभी देखना बाकी था, जो की थे सांप्रदायिक हमले। स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त करते ही सांप्रदायिक हिंसे भड़क उठे, नेहरू और जिन्ना दोनों को प्रधानमंत्री बनना था, नतीज़न देश का बटवारा हुआ।

भारत और पाकिस्तान नाम से एक हिंदू और एक मुस्लिम राष्ट्र की स्थापना हुई। गांधी जी की मौजूदगी से इन हमलों कमी तो आई, फिर भी मरने वालों कि तादात लाखों की थी। एक तरफ आजादी का माहौल था तो वहीं दूसरी ओर नरसंहार का मंज़र। देश का बटवारा हुआ और क्रमशः 14 अगस्त को पाकिस्तान का और 15 अगस्त को भारत का स्वतंत्रता दिवस घोषित किया गया।

स्वतंत्र भारत व आजादी का पर्व (Free India and Independence Day)

आजादी एवं बटवारे के बाद हम हर वर्ष, स्वतंत्रता दिवस को अपने अमर वीर ज़वानों एवं दंगे में मारे गए निर्दोष लोगों को याद कर के मनाते हैं। अमर ज़वानों की कोई निश्चित गणना नहीं है, क्योंकि इसमें बच्चों से लेकर बूढ़ों तक सब शामिल थें।

पूरा देश एक जुट था तब जाकर ये सपना साकार हुआ। हां कुछ प्रमुख देश भक्त ऐसे थे जिन्हें नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं किया जा सकता जैसे की भगत सिंह, सुखदेव, राज गुरू जिन्हें फांसी हुई, लाला लाजपत राय, बाल गंगाधर तिलक, सुभाष चंद्र बोस इत्यादि। महिलाएं भी इस काम में पीछे न थीं, जैसे कि एनी बेसेंट, सरोजिनी नायडू व कई अन्य।

नए दौर में स्वतंत्रता दिवस के मायने (Meaning of Independence Day in the New Era)

स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह की तैयारी बड़े ज़ोरो-शोरों से की जाती है, लाल किले के प्राचीर से हर वर्ष हमारे माननीय प्रधान मंत्री जी तिरंगा फहराते हैं। उसके बाद राष्ट्र गान एवं उनके भाषण के साथ कुछ देशभक्ति कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं, जिनका आनंद हम वहां प्रस्तुत हो कर या घर बैठे वहां के सीधे प्रसारण से ले सकते हैं।

हर वर्ष इस कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि किसी अन्य देश से बुलाए जाते हैं। स्वतंत्रता दिवस हमारा राष्ट्रीय पर्व है और इस मौके पर सारे स्कूल, कॉलेज, कार्यालय सब बंद रहते हैं। यह एक ऐसा पर्व है जिसे पूरा देश एक जुट हो के मनाता है, बस सबके ढ़ग अलग-अलग होते हैं। कोई नई पोशाक पहन के तो कोई देशभक्ति गीतों को सुन के इस दिन को मनाता है।

यह पर्व हमें अमर वीरों के बलिदान के साथ-साथ इतिहास को न भूलने का स्मरण कराता है, ताकी दोबारा किसी को व्यापार के बहाने शासन का मौका न दिया जाए और आज के युवा पीढ़ी का परिचय उनके गौरवपूर्ण इतिहास से कराया जाए। भले ही स्वतंत्रता दिवस मनाने के सबके तरीके अलग हों, मकसद एक ही होता है। सब मिल-जुल कर एक दिन देश के लिए जीते हैं, स्वादिष्ट पकवान खाते हैं और मित्रों को मुबारक बाद देते हैं।

15 अगस्त का दिन हमारे भारतीय लोकतंत्र और भारतीयों के लिए बहुत खास दिन है। इसी दिन हमें अंग्रेजी हुकूमत से आजादी मिली थी, लगभग 200 वर्षों बाद हमारा देश अंग्रेजों के अत्याचार और गुलामी से 15 अगस्त सन् 1947 को पूर्ण रुप से आजाद हुआ था। यह भारतीयों के लिए बहुत खास और सुनहरा दिन होता है, और हम सभी मिलकर आजादी के इस दिन को बड़े जोश और धुमाधाम से मनाते हैं। आज हमारे देश की आजादी को 76 वर्ष हो गये हैं, पर आज भी आजादी के उन पलों को याद कर हमारी आंखें नम हो जाती हैं।

अंग्रेजों का भारत आगमन (Arrival of British India)

आज से तकरीबन 400 वर्षों पहले अंग्रेजों की ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी भारत में व्यापार करने के उद्देश्य से भारत में आयी थी। उन दिनों पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश भारत के ही हिस्से हुआ करते थे। अंग्रेज यहां अपने व्यापार के साथ-साथ लोगों की गरीबी, मजबूरी और उनकी कमजोरीयों को परखने लगे, और उनकी मजबूरियों का फायदा उठाने लगे।

अंग्रेजों ने धीरें-धीरें भारतीयों के मजबूरियों का लाभ उठाकर उनको गुलाम बनाकर उन पर अत्याचार करना शुरु कर दिया, और मुख्य रुप से ये गरीब और मजबूर लोगो को अपने कर्ज तले दबा देते थे। कर्ज न चुकाने पर वो उन्हें अपना गुलाम बनाकर उनपर मनमाना काम और अत्याचार करने लगे। एक-एक करके राज्यों और उनके राजाओं को अपने अधिन करते चले गए, और लगभग पुरे भारत पर अपना नियंत्रण कर लिए।

भारतीयों पर अत्याचार (Atrocities on Indians)

अंग्रेजों का भारत पर कब्जा करने के दौरान वे लोगों पर अत्याचार करने लगे, जैसे मनमाना लगान वसुलना, उनके खेतों और आनाजों पर कब्जा कर लेना, इत्यादि। इसके कारण यहां के लोगों को उनका बहुत अत्याचार सहना पड़ता था। जब वे इस अत्याचार का विरोध करते थे तो उन्हे गोलियों से भुन दिया जाता था जैसे कि जलियावाला कांड हुआ।

अंग्रेजी हुकुमत के खिलाफ भारतीयों का गुस्सा (Anger of Indian People against British rule)

अंग्रेजों का भारतीयों के प्रति रवैया और उनका अत्याचार दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ता जा रहा था और भारतीयों में उनके प्रति गुस्सा और बदले की आग भी बढ़ती जा रही थी। अंग्रेजों के इस बर्बरता पूर्ण रवैये की आग पहली बार सन् 1857 मे मंगल पांड़े के विद्रोह के रुप में देखी गयी। मंगल पांडे के इस विद्रोह के कारण उन्हें मार दिया गया, इससे लोगों में अंग्रेजों के प्रति गुस्सा और बढ़ता गया और नए नए आंदोलनों के रुप सामने आने लगा।

आजादी की मांग (Demand of Freedom)

अंग्रेजों के बढ़ते अत्याचार को लेकर लोगों में गुस्सा और अपने आजादी की मांग सामने आने लगी। जिसके कारण कई आंदोलन और अंग्रेजी सरकार के खिलाफ झड़प की घटनाएं बढ़ती रही। आजादी की मांग सबसे पहले मंगल पांडे ने 1857 में विरोध करके किया, और इस वजह से उन्हें अपनी जान गवानी पड़ी। धीरे-धीरे अंग्रेजों के अत्याचार से आजादी के मांग की आवाजें भारत के अन्य जगहों से भी आने लगी।

स्वतंत्रता के लिए स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों का महत्वपुर्ण योगदान (Important Contribution of Freedom Fighters for Freedom)

भारत को अंग्रेजों के अत्याचार से आजादी दिलाने के लिए कई स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों ने अपना बलिदान दिया है, उनमें से सबसे अतुल्य योगदान महात्मा गांधी का रहा है। भारत पर लगभग 200 वर्षो से शासन कर रहे ब्रिटिश हुकमत को गांधी जी ने सत्य और अहिंसा जैसे दो हथियारों से हारने पर मजबूर कर दिया। महात्मा गांधी ने सत्य और अहिंसा को ही अपना हथियार बनाया और लोगो को भी प्रेरित किया और लोगों को इसे अपनाकर अंग्रेजो के अत्याचार के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए कहा। देश के लोगों ने उनका भरपूर साथ दिया और आजादी मे बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया। लोग उन्हे प्यार और सम्मान से बापू पुकारते थे।

कुछ अन्य स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों का आजादी में योगदान (Contribution of Some Other Freedom Fighters for Freedom)

हालाकि स्वतंत्रता के संग्राम में पूरे हिन्दुस्तान ने ही अपने तरीके से कुछ न कुछ अवश्य योगदान दिया, किन्तु कुछ ऐसे लोग थे जिन्होंने अपने नेतृत्व, रणनीती और अपने कौशल का परिचय देते हुए आजादी में आपना योगदान किया।

महात्मा गांधी, जवाहर लाल नेहरु, सरदार बल्लभ भाई पटेल, बाल गंगाधर तिलक जैसे कई अन्य स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों ने लोगों से साथ मिलकर अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ी। कुछ ने मुख्य रुप से सत्य और अहिंसा को अपनाकर अपनी लड़ाई को जारी रखा। वहीं दुसरी ओर कुछ ऐसे भी स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे जिन्होंने अंग्रेजी हुकूमत के खिलाफ हिंसा का रास्ता अपनाया, जिन्हें एक क्रांतिकारी का नाम दिया गया। ये क्रांतिकारी मुख्य रुप से किसी संस्था से जुड़कर अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ लड़ाई को लड़ते रहे। मुख्य रुप से मंगल पांड़े, चन्द्रशेखर आजाद, भगत सिहं, राजगुरु इत्यादि कई ऐसे क्रांतिकारी हुए जिन्होंने अपने तरीके से स्वतंत्रता में अपना योगदान दिया।

सभी के अडिग दृढ़ शक्ति और आजादी के प्रयासो ने अंग्रेजों की हुकुमत को हिला दिया, और 15 अगस्त सन् 1947 को अंग्रेजों को भारत छोड़ने पर मजबुर कर दिया। इस ऐतिहासिक दिन को ही हम संवतंत्रता दिवस के रुप मे मनाते है।

आजादी का जश्न (Celebration Freedom )

हमारे स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों और लोगों के अथक प्रयासों और बलिदान के उपरान्त, 15 अगस्त 1947 को अंगेजों के अत्याचार और गुलामी से हमें मुक्ति मिली, तब से लेकर आज तक इस ऐतिहासिक दिन को हम आजादी के पर्व के रुप मे मनाते हैं। आजादी के इस राष्ट्रीय पर्व को देश के कोने-कोने में मनाया जाता है। सभी सरकारी, निजी संस्थानों, स्कुलों, आफिसों और बाजारों मे भी इसके जश्न की रौनक देखी जा सकती है।

स्वतंत्रता समारोह का यह जश्न दिल्ली के लाल किले पर भारत के प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ध्वज तिरंगे को फहराया जाता है और कई अन्य सांसकृतिक कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किये जाते हैं। इस दिन हर तरफ सभी लोग देश भक्ति के माहौल में डूबकर जश्न मनाते हैं।

15 अगस्त, एक ऐतिहासिक राष्ट्रीय दिवस के रुप में जाना जाता है, और हम इस दिन को आजादी के दिन के रुप में हर वर्ष मनाते हैं। सभी सरकारी संस्थानों, स्कूलों और बाजारों में इसकी रौनक देखी जा सकती है और हमारे देश के स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को याद किया जाता है। हर जगह चारों तरफ बस देशभक्ति की आवाजें ही सुनाई देती हैं, हम आपस में एक दुसरे से मिलकर आजादी की मुबारकबाद देते हैं और उनका मुंह मीठा कराते हैं।

15 अगस्त भारत का स्वतंत्रता दिवस है। सन् 1947 में हमारे देश ने विदेशी शासन से आजादी पाई थी। अंग्रेजों ने भारतीयों को अपना गुलाम बनाया हुआ था। हमारे स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों की लंबी लड़ाई के बाद हमें आजादी मिली। हर वर्ष हम इस दिन को बड़े उत्साह के साथ मनाते हैं। यह दिन सार्वजनिक छुट्टी का दिन होता है।

15 अगस्त की सुबह लाल किले पर विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाता है। बड़ी संख्या में लोग प्रधानमंत्री का भाषण सुनने के लिए एकत्रित होते हैं। फिर प्रधानमंत्री तिरंगा फहराते हैं और इक्कीस तोपों की सलामी दी जाती है।

सभी स्कूलों में 15 अगस्त का पर्व बड़े हर्ष के साथ मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन भी किया जाता है।

पतंगबाजी इस दिन का मुख्य आकर्षण होती है। शहरों और गाँवों का नीला आकाश छोटी-बड़ी रंग-बिरंगी पतंगों की हलचल से खिल उठता है।
