Online Education Essay in 500-1000 words for UPSC

Introduction: Online education is a flexible method of providing instruction that includes all online learning. Online learning helps students who need to do their work on their own time and at their own speed and gives teachers access to students who may not be able to enroll in a regular classroom course.

The modern method of education, known as online education, differs greatly from the traditional method of learning. For a better comprehension of the students, the instructor or mentor employs a variety of techniques, including texts, audios, films, animations, etc.

Every field is experiencing a rapid increase in the amount of distant learning and the awarding of online degrees. The number of institutions and schools that provide online education is likewise increasing. Students who are seeking degrees online need to be careful in making sure that they finish their coursework through a reputable and recognized university.

Synchronization is a well-known benefit of online learning. Here, the chosen format allows for lively dialogue between the students and the teachers. Sources are exchanged through these communications, and a synergy that is open-ended develops as a result of a learning process. It helps the learner learn more when each person shares their point of view or opinion through conversations and comments on others’ work. This unique advantage can only be achieved through online learning, which creates a virtual learning environment focused on the needs of the students.

We don’t need to commute over long distances or travel to different place because we can take classes online. While pursuing a degree online to advance our careers, we can remain where we are and keep our current jobs. Digital nomadsтАФthose who advocate a technologically enabled or location-independent lifestyleтАФare also helped by online schooling. No matter where we are, we may finish our schoolwork and view lectures.

The online education experience offers a lot more reasonable schedule, whether we are full-time or part-time students. The low cost of online education has contributed to its popularity. Online courses are less expensive than those provided at schools or colleges because of this. While attending a university, we might need to pay for things like transportation, lodging, and meals; however, online education might not.

The inherent flexibility of online learning is one of its key benefits, but there is a catch: one needs to be very self-motivated. The top online learners use a variety of strategies for maintaining their assignments. Setting aside time each week for studying and designing a workspace with few distractions can both be highly beneficial.

Conclusion: Increased educational access, high-quality learning opportunities, improved student outcomes and abilities, and more educational options are some of the possible benefits of online education. Because of online education, variables like location, time, and quality are no longer taken into account when looking for degree programmes or higher education.

Writing a Great 200-Word Essay (Tips & Examples)

While some students often struggle to write longer essays and come up with enough words to hit the required word count, others are challenged to write shorter ones. In fact, 200-word essays are among the toughest to write as students must convey a complicated message in four short paragraphs. In this article you will find effective tips on how to write a great 200-word essay, as well as some examples.

Here’s How to Write a 200-Word Essay

  • Step 1: Understand the Prompt : Clearly understand what the essay is asking. Identify the key points or questions you need to address. Jot down your thoughts, facts, or arguments related to the topic. This step is about gathering content, not worrying about the word limit.
  • Step 2: Create a Thesis Statement : Develop a clear thesis statement that encapsulates the main idea of your essay. This statement will guide the direction of your essay.
  • Step 3: Plan Your Essay Structure : Organize your thoughts and knowledge on the topic into an introduction, body, and conclusion. Given the word limit, plan for a brief introduction and conclusion (about 40-50 words each) and a more substantial body (100-120 words).
  • Step 4: Write the Introduction : Start with a hook to grab attention, then briefly introduce your topic and end with your thesis statement.
  • Step 5: Write the Body : Focus on 1-2 key points that support your thesis. Provide evidence or examples for each point, explain your ideas. Be concise and avoid over-elaborating.
  • Step 6: Write the Conclusion : Summarize the main points and restate your thesis in a new way. Avoid introducing new information.
  • Step 7: Edit and Revise : Review your essay. Ensure each word serves a purpose. Check for clarity, coherence, and conciseness. Remove any unnecessary words or phrases. Check for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. Ensure you’ve met the word count requirement. Read your essay aloud to ensure it flows well and makes sense. Make any last adjustments.

Here are Some 200-Word Essay Examples

Essay example #1 (the impact of technology on modern education), essay example # 2 (the power of music in cultural unification), essay example #3 (the meaning of friendship), general essay writing tips, тЬЕ brainstorm ideas.

Take another look at the prompts for the essay to gain a deeper understanding of the topic at hand. Make sure you fully understand what your teacher expects before starting to write. DonтАЩt jump into writing an essay blindly without understanding what the paper is supposed to be about. The document may be 200 words, but it still needs a compelling structure like any other essay. Take advantage of all the other fundamentals of essay writing, you know. Create an attention-grabbing introduction and introduce a new idea with each paragraph.

тЬЕ Choose an Appropriate Topic

Choosing a topic you know about and familiar with is vital for any essay, especially a short one. Write your paper on something that means something to you or is otherwise essential to you. Choosing an appropriate subject helps you create an authentic and excellent piece. Your essay reflects your familiarity with the issue. A perfect quality paper increases your chances of achieving your goal, such as landing a scholarship.

тЬЕ Do Some Research

Be sure to dedicate some time to researching the subject. Understand the topic at hand. Doing research gives you the information you can use to write a better essay backed up with facts and figures to convince the audience to your way of thinking.

тЬЕ Give Yourself Enough Time

Be sure to take your time when writing the essay and think about the prompt. Create a plan and draft and revise them to put together the best possible paper. Essays and personal statements that you take the time to write correctly are sure to stand out and improve your chances of success.

You donтАЩt have much room to play with for a 200-word essay. As such, you should keep things brief and avoid using jargon and complicated terminology. Stick to direct and efficient language to send your message.

тЬЕ Have a Thesis Statement

The thesis statement covers the main themes of an essay. The statement introduces readers to what they should expect from the piece. You can develop a short, two-sentence statement after creating an outline for the paper. This statement should introduce the purpose of the essay, so having an outline in mind helps to create one. This statement also gives you something to refer back to when writing the essay.

тЬЕ Write the Introduction

Once youтАЩve created a thesis statement and written the body of the essay, go back and write a compelling introduction. The introduction fascinates readers and encourages them to keep reading. Busy openings discourage people from reading and send the wrong message. Use an exciting story, quote, summary, revelation, or other hooks to start your paper and introduce the topic. Your hook should tie into the thesis statement.

тЬЕ Write the Essay Body

The essay body is the bulk of the text. This is where you describe your topic and make your arguments. The body is where you discuss the main ideas identified in your outline. Each paragraph in the body introduces one new concept or idea. DonтАЩt forget to give each section an introductory sentence and ensure they serve a purpose.

Explaining the themes and ideas of the essay comes after this introductory sentence. Be sure to back up your claims with credible sources and information. Cite any material you reference or quotes you use according to the assigned essay format.

тЬЕ Stick to the Word Count

The desired word count is one of the most essential parts of writing an essay. If your piece comes with a word limit, then make sure that you respect that word count and convey your message in an appropriate number of words. Slight deviations are acceptable, but donтАЩt severely under-write or over-write your essay. Also, avoid repeating information covered in companion pieces, such as a resume. The paper should be brief and written with perfect grammar. Go through the essay and correct grammar and spelling mistakes.

тЬЕ Write a Conclusion and Proofread the Essay

Make sure the points of your essay are appropriately organized. Avoid writing too much in the paper, or you risk losing control of the writing. Your essay conclusion summarizes the paper and the main points covered. The conclusion should be no more than five sentences long.

DonтАЩt introduce any new ideas during the closing statements. With that said, you can restate your thesis statement. Some people like to write conclusions by restating the introduction. When finished, go through the paper and correct any mistakes or other issues you find.

The Key Features of a Short Essay

  • Thesis Statement . The thesis statement is crucial to any essay, no matter how long it is. However, how you formulate that statement can change. This statement should be placed in the first three sentences of the essay. Ensure that your thesis statement appears at the start of the essay.
  • Opening Sentences . Each new paragraph must begin with a topic phrase. Approach the topic sentences from different angles and choose the most persuasive argument to create the most substantial opening sentences in a 200-word essay.
  • Supporting Phrases . Writing such a short essay means ensuring each paragraph has supporting evidence that backs up the main arguments. However, avoid using over-long sentences or wordy facts to save room in the piece. Remove quotes that donтАЩt add to the paper.
  • Conclusion . Cover the thesis statement in the conclusion and provide a summary of the paper.

How to Reduce Word Count For a 200-Word Essay

Writing a 200-word essay is a challenge for students and professionals. Summarizing a complex idea in 200 words is a challenge for anyone. One way to approach the issue is to write a longer essay and then remove words to bring it down to 200. If your paper is longer than 200 words, you need to go through it and remove unnecessary words and sentences. Here are some tips on how to reduce the word count in a 200-word essay.

  • Highlight key sentences you need in the essay and remove ones that arenтАЩt.

Fall 2014 Update: As of this application cycle, we no longer require the short essay as part of your application. Even so, I hope that there are still parts of blogpost that are relevant to the application process. Each piece of your application has value, so spend time thinking about what it is that you are showing us. Your Common App essay and your Oberlin supplemental essay are certainly the places to think deeply about how you are presenting yourself, but I encourage you to reflect on whom among your teachers you want to write for you. If there's something you know you want to have visible in your applications and it isn't going to be highlighted in your essay, is there a teacher who might be able to speak to that activity, skill, or trait? In our holistic review of your file, we hope to get a complete and coherent image of you. Take advantage of every opportunity the Common App gives you. ______________________________________________

Blogging about admissions means that I should probably write something about The Essay. It's one of the few parts of the Common Application that is entirely yours to construct and build, sort of the final frontier of your application. By the time you sit down to fill out the Common App, your classes have already been taken, your SATs or ACTs scored, and your teachers already know you. Those things are the givens of your application: at this point, you're not changing or rewriting them.

But the essay itself? That's your playing field. Admissions officers across the US will tell you that the personal essay is your chance to tell us who you are, what you stand for, and what is most important to you. There is no one right way to tell us that, but there is an abundance of ways to approach the personal essay that will help us read you as you want to be read.

There are plenty of thoughtful blog posts about writing a great personal essay, and I'd encourage you to read through some of them . If nothing else, they might spur some ideas or reinforce some of the things you've already been thinking. They might reassure you that you're writing from a solid place, or that the topic you chose isn't so off-the-wall and unreadable after all.

What I want to write about, though, isn't the personal essay. Yes, it's my favorite part of your application. And I absolutely love it when I flip from your personal essay to your Extracurricular Activity essay, and continue to be blown away.

But all too often, I get to this short essay--all 200 words of it--and I am left wanting more.

The thing is, we read your application as a holistic portrait of you. Each piece of your application contributes to the portrait, from the Oberlin-specific essay through your SAT/ACT scores, the recommendation letter from your AP US History teacher, the personal essay, and the Extracurricular Activity essay. Each piece has value.

And it kills me when I get to that answer, and you've wasted it.

Those are valuable 250 words. You want your application to come across as coherent, but also to present us with the fullest portrait of you that you can provide. Use the short answer to highlight something new about you, something you haven't already detailed in your personal essay or Oberlin essay. We want to see as many facets of you as possible in the spaces allotted to you. Show us how unique you are, where you put your energy, what you spend your time on. These are the things that help us get a sense of you as an individual and as a potential member of our larger Oberlin community.

Ideally, the short answer will illuminate something that pops up on your list of extracurriculars. Or maybe you'll use it to highlight an independent project you're undertaking, something that doesn't really fit into any of the boxes the Common App offers you. Maybe it'll be an explanation of why you learned to kickbox, or why knitting caps for preemies is so important to you. I know it's a short block of text, but that doesn't mean you should shortchange it.

Intention is important to me as a reader, and nothing clues me in to that as much as your short answer. It's easy to write it off, so I'm that much more impressed when you take the time to craft a really compelling answer.

Think of your application this way: if it's a portrait, your essay is the face. The transcript, SATs, recommendation letters: those are the pose, the background, the positioning of your arms.

If it's done right, the short extracurricular activity essay becomes the color.

So here's my advice: write a vivid short answer, and compel me to look deep into the heart of your application.

By actually going through a rational & nuanced approach towards studies & extra-curricular activities, we gain a greater amount of knowledge & this way, we tend to remember things for a longer time & handle situations quite well. Rather she believes in being with her student & hearing them out what difficulties they face, where was she not able to make them understand a particular topic, how do they want her to deal with their doubts & concerns. These are the things sets her apart from the other teachers & that is what makes her an approachable person. She is one of the most empathetic, righteous & down to earth person I have come across.
In everyone’s life, at different stages, ofe come across several people who teach us different things. Such people can be our friends, parents, family members, siblings, our teachers, seniors/colleagues etc. But amongst such people that make the most significant impact on a child right at the very early stage can be seen in the form of a teacher-student relationship. How children & teachers interact with each other. The sort of bond they build over the years, the strength, support & influence a teacher has in an individual’s life holds a lot of importance. It plays a major role in our upbringing & the kind of person we become in our life. A good teacher can be a mentor, guide & a friend who helps us through the ups & downs of life, not just in the field of academics. If an individual manages to find a good teacher, then s/he can really benefit a lot from this bond as they can channel their emotions & thoughts in a more efficient manner. Instead of feeling helpless & lost, a good teacher can help him/her figure out things/ situations that may seem difficult at first. I am a UPSC aspirant, aged 26 years old. Born & brought up in Delhi, also done my entire schooling & higher studies from the capital city. What draws me towards people is their attitude & behaviour, this also plays a major role in the kind of teachers or people I look upto. Till date, I have been fortunate enough to have come across really supportive teachers who have shaped the person that I am today. One of my favourite teachers that I will forever be grateful is my History teacher from school, Mrs. Ambika Singh. She is one of the reasons why I chose to do my graduation & post-graduation in History. She has a great personality, what sets her apart from the other teachers is the way she teaches history, the passion & love she has for the subject. Apart from being a teacher, she’s a fitness freak, animal-lover & loves baking. She loves all her students & is not the one who believes that punishing students is the right way to handle things. She focuses more on understanding the student on a personal level at first & then with time builds a rapport with them so that students feel free to share their concerns & doubts with her. She always deals with her students in a kind & compassionate manner. I am still in touch with her & she always manages to lift my spirit whenever I feel low. She is one of the people I seek help from in times of need & she’s always there to hear you out. She’s always available for all her students. I feel that a good teacher is one who is understanding, caring & patient. The support & guidance they provide shapes up a student’s life & approach towards a subject or life in general. How a teacher has an ability to handle or deal with things, the approach they use & the knowledge they possess that makes them a good teacher. The role the teacher plays in our life is immense, how our bond with them is over the years, & how they may inspire us. A teacher is one of the role-models students usually look upto. When a teacher shows faith & belief in their students & has empathy, kindness & compassion towards them, s/he can motivate the students. This also makes a teacher earn more respect in the eyes of his/her students.

Ambika Singh is a great teacher as well as someone I look upto. She has all the favourite qualities a teacher should have & is one of those people who lightens up your mood & boosts your morale. In todayтАЩs session, you are going to learn to write short essays on the topic of тАШMy Favourite GameтАЩ. In this lesson, I will write three generalised essays on three different games within different word limits.

Table of Contents

Short essay on my favourite game (chess) in 100 words, short essay on my favourite game (hide and seek) in 200 words, short essay on my favourite game (cricket) in 400 words.

Feature image of Short Essay on My Favourite Game

Games immune us physically as well as mentally. Games are important for us because they give us the fitness to stay healthy. If we are physically fit then automatically our brain will function better. I have never received any open playground in my childhood.

So I have grown up playing different indoor games with my parents and siblings. My favourite indoor game is chess. I love to play chess, especially with my father who has taught me all the rules and regulations of that game. The best thing about this game is the use of the brain. Even the easiest step can do checkmate. I have often lost to my father but still, I love to play it again and learn it always.┬а

Playing outdoors under the open sky is great fun and happiness. It means freedom from studies and the tensions in our lives. Every evening playing outside with my friends gives me lots of pleasure and joy. The best game that I like to play is тАШHide and seekтАЩ.

Many people can play together and so itтАЩs my favourite outdoor game. With many friends, it is great fun to hide in different places and make one search for all of us. Hide and seek involves lots of physical exercises and that enables us to stay fit, even without our knowledge. Also, that search is exciting. The sudden finding of one friend and often using that friend to get others to involve lots of mischiefs. The laughter at the end is worth the most to me.

Today due to the lack of any playground we hardly get a chance to play this game. However, it is still an important part of our memory. As we have grown up over the past years, we have realized how important the simple game was. Today we have smartphones and video games but then only this innocent play every evening meant a lot to us. Also running back home all happy and fresh in mind helped us to concentrate better on our studies. Hide and seek still remains to be more fun for me than just any other outdoor game.

Games are an essential part of human life. It is very important to play games as it helps us to remain healthy and fit, both physically and mentally. All sorts of diseases and pains can be reduced if we regularly play games.

Indoor games help us to immune our brains while outdoor games are important to build our own strong immunity and body. From my early childhood, I have loved to play games, especially outdoor games. My parents have always encouraged me to play games to keep a healthy and fit body. The game that I have played the most and also have seen the most is cricket. It is not only my favourite game but also the ideal one for me.

Cricket is generally a game played by men, but nowadays women equally engage in playing cricket. My inspirations in this game are Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar, Jhulan Goswami, and also M.S. Dhoni. I have watched them play several matches and every time I have been inspired to play like them. My father taught me the basics of cricket and later on, I was admitted to a club. From there every morning I go and practice cricket.

Cricket involves lots of exercise and practice. This game originated mainly in England as a colonial sport and later on spread over several countries. It happened when Britain started colonizing all over the world and the game spread all over as part of their culture. But today it is almost a native sport for the country as well. When I play cricket it does not seem that it was once used by a different country, but now it feels like it is my own.

Cricket is played with a bat, ball, wicket, stumps, and a proper pitch for a smooth throw of the ball. The team contains 11 players and all need to be equally efficient to be a part of the cricket team. The best part of playing cricket is teamwork. I love to see the captain planning everything and then adjusting it with his or her team.

This constant equation between the team member is my favourite part of the game. Cricket has taught me lots of things. It has only made me physically fit. Cricket has taught me how to collaborate and work as a team. It has successfully built the team. It is always a great company to me than any simple outdoor game.

I have adopted a simplistic approach to writing essays on the topic for a better understanding of all kinds of students. If you still have any doubts regarding this context, kindly let me know through the comment section below. Keep browsing our website for more such sessions.

Essay on my favourite book.

Short & Long Essay on My Favourite Book – The essay on my Favourite book has been written in simple English and easy words for children and students. This English essay mentions the book, why should we read books? What do books teach us? Why everyone should know about it. Students are often asked to write an essay on my favourite book in their schools and colleges. If you are also looking for the same, then we have given an essay on my favorite book in 100 тАУ words, 200 тАУ words, 300 тАУ words, and 500 тАУ words.

Short & Long Essay on My Favourite Book

Essay – (100 words).

I am very fond of reading story books and I have read different types of books but my favorite book is Panchatantra written by Vishnu Sharma. This book has a collection of many types of stories and this book has provided me with different types of stories which is inspiring

Like the story of the crane and the crab which shows the presence of mind and intelligence of the crab. As the crane grew old, he was unable to search for food, so he made up a false story, and all the fishes, frogs, and crabs fell into his trap. But the crab used his intelligence and as soon as he came to know about the crane’s intention, the crab killed the crane and ran away. I felt very happy after reading this story. These stories, apart from being interesting, also teach us some moral principles of life.

Essay – (200 words)

I have read many types of romance novels but the best among them is Chetan Bhagat’s novel 2 States. Bhagat wrote this book inspired by his love story. People liked this book very much and a film was also made on it.

The story is based on a Punjabi boy, Krish, and a South Indian beautiful girl, Ananya. Both of them study in IIM Ahmedabad. They spend a lot of time together and become good friends but soon they fall in love.

Both of them want to marry each other but they have to face many difficulties to get married.

When both their families meet, it is realized that both the families are from different cultural backgrounds and they do not find it easy to live together. Krish and Ananya try to handle the situation. However, things get out of hand and they decide to separate. It does not seem easy for them to forget each other. Eventually the situation begins to improve and they are reunited.

I liked this novel very much after reading it, I read it five times and got lost in the thoughts of this story. The characters of this story seem so real, as if I too start living with them. I thoroughly enjoyed this book while reading it.

Essay – (300 words)

I like reading books very much. They help us generate different types of information and understanding. Recently I read a Harry Potter book written by J.K. Rowling is one of the most celebrated writers of our generation. I liked the characters of this story so much that Harry Potter became my favorite book.

There are seven Harry Potter book series and these books depict the magical world and its operations. J.K. Rowling has described this world with such detail that it feels real while reading. When I first started reading the book, it piqued my interest even more. I have read many books but none has aroused my interest as much as this book has.

I have read this book many times and every time I read it, some of my favorite characters appear in this book. Author Rowling’s description of that character’s aura and personality is brilliant. This made me a big fan of this book series. Despite this, the books are based on the world of wizards and magic.

There are many lessons for youth to learn in this book. It teaches us the value of friendship. I have read many stories, but never a friendship like that of Harry, Hermoine and Ron. These three always stayed together and never gave up. From this we come to know about the importance of a good friend.

Additionally, this book taught me that no one is perfect. Everyone has both evil and good within him. This helps me make better decisions and develop understanding. This changed my perspective and I became more thoughtful.

After all, the Harry Potter books gave me hope. It gave me the courage to maintain hope even in the darkest times, as the Harry character did throughout his life. These are some important lessons I learned from Harry Potter.

Essay – (500 words)

Introduction

Books develop knowledge and moral values in us. We should always read good informative books. These books are like our good friends, so I have also read many books but I am very fond of reading novels and story books. Although I have many favorite books but among them Ramayana is very important for me. It is a sacred text of Hindus which is the greatest epic after Mahabharata written by sage Valmiki.

Story of Ramayana

The epic Ramayana depicts the story of Lord Rama. Ram was the son of King Dasharatha of Ayodhya. King Dasharatha had four sons from his three wives whose names were Ram, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughan. There was a lot of love and affection between these four brothers.

All four brothers completed their education and returned to Ayodhya. All were married. Lord Ram was married to Sita. Lord Rama had to go into exile for 14 years following the orders of his mother Kaikeyi.

During her exile, the demon king Ravana kidnapped Sita but Lord Rama defeated Ravana and brought his wife Sita back to Ayodhya. He was honored as the king of Ayodhya.

Ram was an ideal king for the people of his kingdom Ayodhya. He took care of his people. He listened to everyone in his kingdom and administered justice.

Lessons from the Lives of Various Characters of Ramayana

Lord Rama тАУ He was an ideal son to his father, an ideal brother to his mother, an ideal husband to his wife Sita, and an ideal king to the people of his kingdom.

Sita тАУ Lord Rama was married to Sita who was an ideal wife. She always stood by her husband in good or bad times of life.

Lakshman – He was an ideal brother of Lord Rama. All the brothers had great love and affection towards each other.

Bharat – He was an ideal brother of Lord Rama. He did not accept the throne as a king and also gave up the pleasures of the palace and lived in a small hut. These thoughts reflect the respect and love of a brother.

All the other characters were also great including Lord Ram’s biggest devotee Hanuman, the wives of the four brothers, all the mothers of Lord Ram, Jatayu, Shabari, etc.

Moral Education

We should be brave and courageous with high spirits whether there is happiness or sorrow in our life. This epic teaches us to respect and honor our elders and teachers. We should listen to our elders and follow them. Bad or wrong actions never give better results. To achieve success one should not take wrong and negative steps.

Ramayana is an epic full of wisdom, education, and principles of life. We need to learn good lessons from this book. I enjoy reading this book again and again. We should keep this book at our home, those who do not have this book must bring and read this book because it is full of knowledge, spiritual and moral teachings.

Here are some sample essays on my favourite book .

My Favourite Book Essay - 100, 200, 500 Words

Our ability to learn and retain information improves constantly as and when we read more and more ebooks. Reading a book is the finest way to learn something. My parents are avid book collectors. We even have an enormous collection of novels and books at home. The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes is one of them, and it's my favourite.

I love Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's writing. Most of his novels have been read by me. My favourite of them is Sherlock Holmes. The main character of this book series, Dr Watson, is also very fascinating. Upon beginning to read Sherlock Holmes, I fell in love with detective fiction. I have read numerous novels throughout my life since I enjoy reading them.

The Book I Love

Rusty, an orphaned Anglo-Indian young boy, is the protagonist of the novel тАШThe Room on the RoofтАЩ. He lived with an Englishman named Mr Harrison in a colony of Europeans in Dehradun. Mr Harrison desires that Rusty should grow into a cultured Englishman and makes an effort to keep him away from the local Indians.

On the other hand, Rusty enjoys playing with his Indian friends. Thus, Rusty flees to live with his friends because he cannot stand Mr Harrison's strict rules and domineering personality. As he moves away from Mr Harrison, Rusty learns a lot about India and the Indian lifestyle. But he soon understands that in order to survive, he must work.

He soon starts teaching English to Mr and Mrs Kapoor's son Kishen. They provide him with a space under their roof and feed him in exchange for his help and support. He eventually learns that Mr Kapoor is an alcoholic. His wife Meena is 20 years younger than Mr Kapoor. Meena is attracted to Rusty, and he feels the same way about her. They become very close over time. Rusty experiences joy for the very first time in his entire life.

His joy, however, is short-lived since Meena perishes in a car accident. Both Kishen and Rusty are devastated by the news. Kishen moves in with his aunt after this occurrence, leaving Rusty alone. Rusty makes the decision to settle down in England in order to get over his tragedy and start again.

Books have always been loyal companions that stick by your side. The ones that were always there by my side were books. I like reading books. Without physically going anywhere, they have the ability to allow us to travel through other places. Furthermore, reading books helps us use our creativity. My parents and educators pushed me to read during my childhood. I learned the value of reading from them.

Harry Potter Series

Harry Potter is a series of novels by J.K. Rowling. It feels authentic because J.K. Rowling did such an excellent job at painting a visual of this world. The Goblet of Fire is my favourite volume in this series.

My interest was immediately sparked when I began reading the book. I had read every chapter before, but none of the novels had the same effect on me as this particular one did. A broader view of the wizard's society was provided. This book's presentation of the various wizard schools is among the aspects that most thrill me. One of the most original ideas I've encountered in the books of Harry Potter is the idea of the Tri-wizard competition.

The Harry Potter books offer a lot of principles for young individuals to learn, despite the fact that they are about wizards and the magical world. It first teaches us the value of friendship. Despite the number of novels I've read, I've never encountered a friendship quite like Harry, Hermione, and Ron's. Throughout the entire series of books, these three musketeers remained a team and never gave up. It made me appreciate the significance of a good friend.

I learned that none of us is flawless from the Harry Potter series. It also taught me that each person has both good and bad traits and it is up to us who we want to be and this is the decision only we make for ourselves. Even the characters with the greatest flaws, like Snape, had excellent qualities like intelligence, commitment, ambition, and talent and he fulfilled all his promises.

Although Snape was a cruel and cunning personality he changed and became a good person after Dumbledore gave him a chance. It teaches us that every bad person can change, it might be a difficult process but one should always change for good. These qualities inspire me to be ambitious and committed as this will help me to achieve all the goals in my life.

I learned from them what it is to have hope and believe that there is light on the other side of the tunnel. It empowered me to maintain optimism even at the worst moments, as Harry did throughout his entire life.

A lot of films based on novels have been produced. The authenticity and core of the novels are unmatched. No other type of media can compare to the specifics and inclusivity of books. I still think The Goblet of Fire is my favourite book because of this fact.
