انٹرنیٹ موجودہ صدی کی سب سے حیرت انگیزاور مفید ایجاد ہے۔اسے معلومات'کاروباری ترقی اور تفریح کا ذریعہ سمجھا جاتا ہے۔جس کے ذریعے زندگی کے ہر شعبے سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد فائدہ اٹھا سکتے ہیں۔انٹرنیٹ ایسی جدید ٹیکنالوجی ہے جسے کمپیوٹر کوڈ کے ذریعے دنیا کے کسی بھی ملک سے مطلوبہ معلومات حاصل کی جاسکتی ہیں۔ سائنس کی اس تر قی کے فوائد اور نقصانات بھی بہت ہیں۔ایران نے مغربی ممالک سے درآمد کی جانے والی وڈیو گیمزپر پابندی عائد کر دی ہے اور خود اپنی وڈیو گیمز تیار کرنا شروع کر دی ہیں۔اس پابندی کی وجہ یہ بتائی گئی ہے کہ یورپی ممالک سے امپورٹ کی جانے والی ویڈیوگیمز بچوں میں تشدد پسندانہ رجحانات پیدا کرتی ہیں'جس سے مستقبل میں ان بچوں پر منفی اثرات مرتب ہوں گے۔

انٹرنیت کے فوائد:-

پاکستان میں ہزاروں کی تعداد میں انٹرنیٹ نصب ہیں۔جو معلوماتی 'تجارتی 'سائنسی اور سفارتی امور کے لئے استعمال کئے جاتے ہیں اگر یہ انٹر نیٹ ترقی یافتہ ممالک کی یونیورسٹیوں سے منسلک کر دئیے جائیں تو پاکستان میں تعلیمی انقلاب آسکتا ہے۔اس سے طلبہ کی علمی قابلیت میں اضافہ ہو سکتا ہے اور ہمارے ملک کے طلباء کا تحقیقی کام بھی ترقی کر سکتا ہے۔ہر تحقیق کے لئے انٹر نیشنل رفرنس حاصل کر نا ضروری ہوتے ہیں۔ہر مضمون کے لئے درآمدی کتب بازار میں دستیاب نہیں لیکن یہ کئی سال پہلے لکھی گئی ہوتی ہیں۔نئے تجربات کے بارے میں کافی عرصہ بعد ہمیں معلوم ہوتا ہے۔درآمدی کتب ایک تو مہنگی بہت ہوتی ہیں۔جو ہر طالب علم کے لئے خریدنا مشکل ہے۔ اگر کسی کالج یا یونیورسٹی لائبریری میں ایسی کتب آ بھی جائیں تو ان کی تعداد بہت کم ہوتی ہے۔ایک مضمون پر صر ف ایک ہی کتا ب خریدی جا تی ہے۔وہ اگر کوئی طالب علم جاری کر والے تو دو ہفتوں کے لئے ایک ہی طالب علم کے پاس رہتی ہے۔

انٹر نیشنل رسالو ں میں مختصر معلومات پر مضامین ہوتے ہیں جو طالب علم کی ضرورت کو پورا نہیں کر سکتے۔اس طرح پاکستان کے بارے میں مکمل معلومات کو انٹرنیٹ پر لانا ضروری ہے تاکہ دنیا کے ہر ملک میں ہمارے ملک کے بارے میں مفید معلومات پہنچائی جا سکیں۔سائنسی ' طبی ' زرعی ' انجینئرنگ ' فنی اور آرٹس میں انٹر نیٹ سے رابطہ ہماری تعلیم کے حصول کے لئے کہیں جانے کی ضرورت نہیں رہے گی۔یورپ اور امریکی ممالک میں یہ سہولتیں میسر ہیں۔تعلیم کے میدان میں انٹرنیٹ سے بین الاقوامی رابطہ سے تمام یونیو رسٹیاں دفاتر کی شکل اختیار کر لیں گی۔ہمارا زرمبادلہ بچ جائے گا۔یہ انٹر نیٹ اگر ہمارے سرکاری ہسپتالوں میں نصب کر دئیے جائیں تو بعض امراض کے علاج لئے لاہورُ ' کراچی اور اسلام آباد میں موجود ماہرین سے رابطہ کرکے وقت بچایا جاسکتا ہے اور ہنگامی صورت میں مریض کی جان بچائی جا سکتی ہے ۔

پاکستان میں ہونے والے کسی آپریشن میں غیر ممالک میں موجود ماہر ڈاکٹر انٹر نیٹ سے رابطہ سے ضروری صلاح مشورہ لے سکتے ہیں۔ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں مریض کی کیس ہسٹری انٹرنیٹ کے ذریعہ بتا کر ماہر ڈاکٹروں کی خدمات سے فائدہ اٹھایا جا سکتا ہے۔ان ضروری معاملات میں انٹرنیٹ ہر ملک کو ایک دوسرے سے قریب کر دے گا۔جس سے دنیا میں امن بر قرار رکھنے میں آسانی پیدا ہوجائے گی۔پھر ایک ''انٹرنیشنل ویلج '' قائم ہوسکتا ہے۔حالات بتا رہے ہیں کہ یہ رابطہ ایک دن ضرور قا ئم ہوجائے گا۔تعلیم کی روشنی مزید پھیلے گی۔غریب طالب علم بھی امیر تعلیم حاصل کر سکے گے۔پھر بات میرٹ پر آجائے گی۔سفارش اور تعلیم میں غیر قانونی اقدامات خود ہی دم توڑ دیں گے۔نفر تیں مٹ جا ئیں گی ' جب انٹر نیٹ دنیا کے لوگوں کو آپس میں ملانے اور سمجھنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرے گا۔محبت کا راج ہو گا۔ترقی کے راستے کھولے گے۔

انٹر نیت کے نقصانات:-

خفیہ دستاویزات اور اہم راز انٹرنیٹ کے ذریعے دنیا میں کہیں بھی ٹرانسفر کئے جا سکتے ہیں۔اب ملکی رازوں کی چوری مشکل نہیں رہی۔انٹر نیٹ کمیونی کیشن کا ایک ایسا ذریعہ ہے جس پر کوئی چیک ہی نہیں ہے۔فیکس یا دیگر ذرائع استعمال کرنے کی بجائے انٹر نیٹ استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے کمپیوٹر کے چند بٹن دبا کر یہاں کی معلومات دنیا کے کسی خطے میں پہنچ سکتی ہیں اور کسی کو خبر تک نہیں ہو سکتی کیونکہ اس سے راز افشاہونے کا کوئی ثبوت باقی نہیں رہتا۔صنعتکاراپنی ٹیکنالو جی یا کاروباری خفیہ رپورٹس یا مستقبل کے پروگراموں کو کمپیوٹر کو مخصوص تکنیک کے استعمال سے اوپن کر کے اس میں محفوظ معلومات حاصل کر سکتا ہے۔کریمینل جسٹس اکیڈیمی نارتھ کیرولینا'امریکہ کے پروفیسر رچرڈ مورنے واشنگٹن پوسٹ سہ ماہی رسالہ میں انٹر نیٹ پر اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے لکھا ہے کہ آئندہ جرائم پیشہ تنظیمیں انٹرنیٹ کے ذریعہ معلومات حاصل کر کے بڑے بڑے سرمایہ داروں سے جبری دولت حاصل کرنا شروع کر دیں گی۔

انٹرنیٹ کی مدد سے کسی بڑے ادارے کا بینک ریکارڈ حاصل کر کے اس سے رقم اپنے اکاؤنٹ میں ٹرانسفر کرانے کے چوبیس گھنٹوں کے بعد رقم نکلوالیتی ہیں۔بعض حالتوں میں ملٹری ریکارڈبھی نکلوالیتی ہیں۔کسی فرد واحد کا ریکارڈ معلوم کرنا تو ان کے لئے بہت آسان ہے۔بعض بڑے کاروباری اداروں میں اعلیٰ درجے کی آسامیاں حاصل کرنے کے لئے ایسی تنطیموں سے رابطہ کیا جاتاہے۔وہ ایسے امیدواروں کی خفیہ زندگی تک کے حالات معقول معاوضہ کے عوض دے دیتی ہیں۔جاپان کی سب سے بڑی تنظیم خفیہ زندگی تک کے حالات معقول معاوضہ کے عوض دے دیتی ہیں۔جاپان کی سب سے بڑی خفیہ تنظیم''یاکوزے YAKUZY '' خفیہ رپورٹیں فروخت کر نے کے علاوہ انٹر نیشنل مار کیٹوں میں کاروبار بھی کرتی ہے۔یہ عالمی ضروریات کے پروڈکٹس کو خرید کر سٹاک کر لیتی ہے ۔جب مارکیٹوں میں ان مصنوعات کی قلت ہو جا تی ہے تو دوگنے داموں فروخت کر تی ہیں۔جس سے اس تنظیم کو بھاری منافع حاصل ہوتا ہے۔جاپان کی یہ تنظیم دنیا کے بڑے بڑے شہروں میں بننے والے پلازے خرید لیتی ہے پھر مہنگے داموں فروخت کرتی ہے۔

کاروباری بڑی عمارتیں خریدنے کا دھنداامریکہ اور جاپان میں کیا جاتا ہے جو اسی تنظیم کے کنٹرول میں رہتا ہے۔کاروباری وصنعتکار لوگوں کے راز حاصل کرنے کے لئے 'ان کے مستقبل کے پروگرام کے عمل کو چوری کرنے کیلئے ان کی مصنوعات کی تیاری کے فارمولے چرانے کے لئے اور بڑے پبلیشرز سے معیاری کتب کے مسودے حاصل کرنے کے لئے جرائم پیشہ تنظیمیں جدید کمپیوٹر کے ماہرین سے انٹرنیٹ کی مدد سے یہ راز چوری کراتے ہیں اور انہیں بھاری معاوضہ دیتی ہیں۔ان رازوں کو خریدنے کے لئے دوسرے صنعتکار اپنے ماہرین کو ساتھ لاکر ان کی نگرانی میں سوداطے کر تے ہیں۔پروڈکٹس کی تیاری بہت جلد کرتے ہیں اور مارکیٹوں میں پھلا دیتے ہیں۔رازوں کی اس چوری کا تو پتہ ہی نہیں چلتا۔ایسے موقعو ں پر بڑے کاروباری اداروں کے متعلقہ ملازمین ہی شک کی گرفت میں آتے ہیں اور بے قصور مجرم ٹھہرائے جاتے ہیں۔

جرائم میں اضافہ

امریکہ کے ایک کرائمز رسالے میں یہ بھی انکشاف کیا گیا ہے کہ سیاروں SATELLITES کا استعمال آئندہ مجرموں کے لئے ایک آلہ استعمال ہو گا۔جس سے وہ دنیا کے ہر ملک میں مواصلاتی نظام کو متاثر کر سکیں گے۔سیٹالائٹ سے حاصل ہو نے والی مواصلاتی سروس اور نیٹ ورک کمر شل مارکیٹوں میں عام دستیاب ہیں۔آئندہ آنے والی اکیسویں صدی میں ایسے جرائم پیشہ ادارے اپنے سیارے خود خرید سکیں گے۔مثال کے طور پر ڈرگ مافیا کا گروپ اپنے سائنسدانوں کی ایک ٹیم ملازم رکھ لے گا۔جس سے وہ سیاروں کو لانچ کر سکے گے اور منشیات کی ترسیل کے لئے راستہ ہموار کر سکیں گے۔ان کے پاس دولت کی فراوانی دنیا کی ہر چیز خرید سکے گی۔

اس سے ڈرگ مافیا کے لوگ حکومتوں کو بھی پریشان کرنا شروع کر دیں گے۔ایسی دہشتگرد تنظیمیں اپنی پرائیویٹ آرمی منظم کریں گی جو ساری دنیا میں قائم ہو گی۔حالات کو مزید خراب کرنے کے لئے گزشتہ بیس سالوں سے ''ایٹمی مافیا '' بھی قائم ہو چکا ہے۔اس مافیا کے گروپ کسی نہ کسی طریقے سے ایٹمی ہتھیار چور ی کر کے دوسرے ممالک میں فروخت کر دیتے ہیں اور بھاری رقم وصول کر تے ہیں ۔جرمنی ایٹمی ہتھیاروں کی سمگلنگ کا مرکز بن گیا ہے۔جرمنی بین الاقوامی دباؤ کے خوف سے ڈر رہا ہے۔اگلی صدی میں جرائم پیشہ تنظیمیں ایٹمی ہتھیارخود بنانے لگیں گی۔آئندہ آنے والے سالوں میں جرائم پیشہ تنظیمیں پس پردہ یا براہ راستہ حکومت کنٹرول کرے گی۔

جاسوسی تنظیموں کی کاروائی:-

انٹر نیٹ کو تخریبی کاموں میں بڑی کامیابی سے استعمال کیا جارہا ہے۔اس کا استعمال عالمی بد نام شہرت یافتہ جاسوسی کی تنظیمیں کر تی ہیں۔جس میں اسرائیل کی جاسوس تنظیم''موساد''اٹلی کی مافیا'فرانس کی ڈی جی ایس ای'روس کی این بی آر ایف ایم 15 اوربرطانیہ کی سی آئی اے شامل ہیں۔جس سے پوری دنیا میں دہشت گردی 'فرقہ واریت اور ملک دشمن سرگرمیوں میں انٹر نیٹ کے استعمال کا خدشہ نظر انداز نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ایسے ممالک جو سیٹلائٹ کے جدید ذرائع استعمال نہیں کرسکتے وہ حساس آلات انٹرنیٹ سے منسلک کرکے انٹرنیٹ سیٹلائٹ سسٹم استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔جس کے ذریعے کسی اہم ادارے میں ہونے والی خفیہ میٹنگ کی کاروائی براہ راست کسی ملک میں دیکھی اور سنی جا سکتی ہے۔انٹر نیٹ کے ذریعہ تخریب کاروں کی تربیت بھی چیک کی جا سکتی ہے اور انہیں گائیڈ بھی کیا جا سکتا ہے۔اس جدید ٹیکنالوجی نے تخریب کاری پھیلانے میں اہم کردار ادا کیا ہے۔امریکہ میں انٹرنیٹ کو کنٹرول کر نے کے لئے خصوصی کوڈ نمبر کمپیوٹر میں نصب کر دئیے گئے ہیں مگر یہ کوڈ نمبر کا راز ادارہ کے چیف کے علاوہ کمپیوٹر آپریٹر کے پاس ہی رہے گا جو اسے چلائے گا۔

Today the internet has penetrated and integrated into every sphere of human life and activity. In the first place, it offers an endless supply of information and knowledge that allows people to learn about almost any topic. Millions of videos further facilitate the process of learning.

The second notable advantage of the internet is that is has cut down the distances of months and years to just seconds and milliseconds. In the olden days, it took days or even months to receive a letter from someone else. Today the internet allows you to send and receive e-mails in just seconds.

The GPS technology, an offshoot of the internet, can help you find a place with precision in the world. It allows you to quickly route to your location or find businesses in your area.

Another significant advantage of the internet is that you can get access to your bank account anywhere. In this way, you can view your balance, make transactions, or transfer money. Moreover, you can do online shopping and make online payments.

Other benefits of the internet include doing online business, working from home (freelancer), getting access to the global workforce, making donations, collecting funds, entertainment, cloud storage, cloud computing, and so on.

Meanwhile, the internet also has some disadvantages. For example, it has breached your privacy and engendered several cybercrimes.
